I have one empty Ordinary Amino Acids + B5 and you guys know this is my favorite hydrating serum to use on an everyday basis. I do go through one bottle every month.
Neostrata Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate is one of my favorite eye serums. This one contains additional ingredients that The Ordinary Eye Serum does not have, it actually contains ascorbic acid, which is Vitamin C, and peptides in here. If you have dark circles, this could be a great option for you. I just put one drop on my ring finger and that's all you need for both of your eyes. A little bit goes a long way with this. It spreads nice and it's very lightweight. This is hydrating but it also helps to plump up the skin around the eyes as well.
This is an antioxidant serum and antioxidants are great to brighten up your complexion. [...] This product really helps to get you to that brighter complexion quicker and it can help to address signs of aging as well. It's one of my favorite products from the ordinary and I've always said that this is underrated. I don't hear a lot of people talking about this and it's great even paired up with vitamin C serums. [...] I really love it with tretinoin because I really do like the way that they pair up together. My skin just glows and just the clarity and the tone of my skin looks improved. [...] This is oil free but it does have that oily texture to it, which is another reason why I love this serum with tretinoin because it just keeps the skin nice and comfortable. [...] If you're not into peptides for whatever reason, then using Resveratrol plus ferulic is a great option to go with.
The Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream is very lightweight but it's moisturizing, and this has nine different types of peptides so peptides are great for signs of aging as well. I love pairing up peptides with retinoids. This cream is also perfect for all skin types including dry skin. When my skin is at its driest, I feel like this does an excellent job to keep the skin comfortable, but if you have oily skin I think you will also really like this because it is lightweight. When I put moisturizers on top of tretinoin, this really does help to cut back on some of that dryness that can happen a few days later. I just really really love this moisturizer.
I remember trying their original formulation and I was so disappointed. The shades were really difficult to find a proper match for your skin tone. It also made my skin look super dry and old looking. It was a terrible formulation.
This is a mineral peptide stick with an SPF 50 and [...] zinc oxide of 22.75%. [...] Unfortunately, this shade doesn't look right as a complexion product on my skin. I don't like the way it looks because it's kind of orangey on my skin and it pulls really warm and it doesn't look right. Depending on your skin tone and undertone, this just pulls too warm and it looks really weird on my skin. That said, I really like using this on my eyelids just to give some color. [...] It actually stays on your lids all day and I don't find it creases either.
This is the worst dry shampoo I have ever used. It [...] puts this weird heavy film on my hair and it just makes my hair look lifeless. It looks dirtier than what it was prior. I've had this for a long time and I couldn't completely finish it. It just never worked for me. Maybe this would be suited for those that have thicker, coarser hair. I have pretty fine hair and maybe this is just not for my hair type. So, if you're thinking of this, I would say pass.

"The NIOD Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex is an exception to me not really using hyaluronic acid serums, since a lot of my other products already have hyaluronic acid in them, but this one contains fifteen different types of hyaluronic acid. It's actually the serum I use in the summer and not in the winter, because I feel like it performs better when there's more humidity and moisture in the air. It gives more of a plumper look to the skin, makes it look juicy and hydrated, but it's very lightweight, it doesn't pill with other skincare, and it doesn't cause breakouts for me personally even though I'm very acne prone. It's really underrated."
"This was a really effective serum for brightening the skin. Great if you have that uneven skin tone, post-acne marks, dark spots. Alpha arbutin is a tyrosinase inhibitor, so it helps prevent melanin formation. If you are dealing with discoloration and you do struggle with that, then alpha arbutin might be a great ingredient to incorporate on an everyday basis and it's well tolerated on all skin types. It is very comparable and similar to hydroquinone, but of course, alpha arbutin is more gentle and you can use this long-term without having to worry about removing it from your routine here and there. So, it's one that you can be more consistent with and you can use it twice a day if you wish. [...] Even if you just have dull-looking skin, alpha arbutin can also help to brighten the skin as well. It's a really nice ingredient to have in your routines even to prevent future hyperpigmentation."
"That was my favorite vitamin C serum. I used to always talk about it because it had an 8% ascorbic acid, so very gentle, but it also contained alpha arbutin. So, two ingredients that really brighten the skin."
"And the last OG product is the Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3%. I have yet to find a formulation like this on the market that offers a 3% for each ingredient. This is very powerful and one of the most effective products from The Ordinary. Now, this is a product that you can pair up with your vitamin C serums, also with other types of antioxidants. You can also use this at nighttime paired up with Tretinoin, a retinol, or even a retinaldehyde. It can be used with many other ingredients to enhance results for signs of aging. This can improve skin brightness as well. It also protects your skin from pollution, which is why I always use this in my morning with vitamin C. But, this is really really powerful. And the Ferulic Acid in here actually helps to stabilize the Resveratrol. It actually helps to prolong the ingredient for shelf life and the performance of Resveratrol. So, if you love your antioxidant serums and you like Resveratrol, this is the way to go. This is more for anti-aging than anything."
"Mandelic acid is a great ingredient for skin texture, improving skin brightness, giving that softer, smoother look to the skin and it does help to gently exfoliate. Great for your evening routine, but if you decide to use it in your morning, just make sure that you're wearing sunscreen. I used to use this product all the time, I want to say 5 or 6 years ago and it was my way of introducing my skin to alpha hydroxy acids, to get my skin accustomed to chemical exfoliants. It's nice that The Ordinary offers a 10% option if you wish just to use a separate serum in your nighttime routine for that exfoliation process and I love that it has hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin. It's a very gentle hydrating formulation that is super lightweight. I remember really enjoying this, and it's great for all skin types, but if you want more of that gentle approach, mandelic acid is the way to go."
"I find this to be very brightening on the skin. But in time, this will help to firm the skin as well and it just gives more of a youthful complexion the longer you use it. I was actually using this prior to the launch and I've been using this for several several weeks and I'm actually almost done this and I'm going to be buying another one because I really really like it. And if you have any post acne marks, this does help to fade those areas quite quickly when you are consistent. And when I had the post acne marks, I was using this twice a day for the first 5 days or so. And then after that, I dropped it down to one day and I was using it in my morning and those areas faded very quickly. I would say within two weeks, a week and a half to two weeks, they were non-existent. So it does a very good job to brighten the skin. So if you have any type of discoloration, it might be a nice option to look into. And there's antioxidants in here. So it's a little bit of everything in here, and that's why I really like this. You have your peptides, your growth factors, your vitamin C, other types of antioxidants. You have ingredients that are humectants to hydrate and plump the skin. This is a very plumping serum, and it's a really beautiful formula. I'm actually very impressed with this."

It really gives this nice rejuvenated look over time the more consistent you use it. I feel like within a couple of weeks I really noticed that my skin started to look a little bit more clear. And if you truly wanted to limit down in your skincare routine and get rid of some of your serums, this could replace them because of the amount of key ingredients in here. So there's hyaluronic acid, there's peptides to help firm and stimulate collagen, there's niacinamide, there's some AHAs in here, there's beta glucan, centella asiatica. Honestly, the list truly goes on. And this is going to help with texture, tone, fine lines and wrinkles. It's going to hydrate your skin. It's going to repair and keep your skin barrier nice and strong and healthy. It literally does it all. And I love it so much. And you can use this in your morning and evening. And sometimes I will use this prior to prescription tretinoin. I don't always, but sometimes I do. And this is wonderful. If you can't use vitamin C in your morning routine, use this instead because there's a lot of antioxidants in here that can help to protect our skin from everyday pollution. It really does it all. There is a little bit of a floral scent to this. So, if you can't do fragrance, just keep that in mind. But this is a great time to pick this up. It's not cheap, but it works really well."
"I just absolutely love this formulation. This is definitely more advanced than The Ordinary in my opinion because it contains more ingredients to improve the skin. This is great for all skin types, but if you have dry skin, sensitive skin, or let's say you're someone that really loves that deep hydration, that plumper, bouncier looking skin, then you're going to absolutely love this. It has peptides as well as copper peptides. These types of peptides help to firm the skin promoting collagen as well as preventing and treating fine lines and wrinkles. This also contains vegan collagen amino acids as well as ceramides to help strengthen and repair that skin barrier. It also has encapsulated vegan growth factors. There's beta glucan in here as well as centella asiatica and phyto mucin. This has a very similar texture and consistency as snail mucin, but this is vegan. There's no snail secretion in here, but it has that same type of texture where it looks like slime, but I promise you it's not real slime. It honestly feels so nice on the skin, especially when you need that hydration."

You can honestly pair this up with anything and everything. So you can use this with copper peptides, vitamin C. You don't have to stress, you can use this with anything. Even though this is considered like a water-based serum, I would still use your thinner-based serums first after a facial mist and then use this as the last serum before your moisturizer and sunscreen or before anything that is cream-based. So if your skin is angry, it has that burning sensation, it's red, it's dry, this is great to have on hand for when you need it. You can use this every day or you can just use this for when your skin is compromised. If you're someone that is using retinol, tretinoin or some type of active ingredient and it's always irritating your skin, like your skin is always angry, then pair this up with those actives to help keep your skin barrier nice and strong and moisturized. [...] It has a nice milky consistency to it and it just gives that nice relief to the skin. "This is the Green Roy Serum Light. There is another serum which is their original serum. This is their newest one. It's lighter in texture and I actually like this one a lot more. This also has ascorbic acid in it and you can use this before your after and it can be used every day twice a day."
"I have to include the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dewy Flush. This is really lovely. I do feel like the longevity is there more with the SE blushes. Like I feel like this stays on the cheeks a little bit longer. They are a little bit more pigmented as well. You can build this up to more of that rosy cheek but this is like that perfect natural flush. It's not too bold. You can shear it out and it just gives that nice little flush to the cheeks and it's really beautiful especially if you want something that is a little bit more subtle but at the same time you can build it up. So if you're afraid of liquid blushes then I would say try this one. It comes in two shades. This is the watermelon flush. There is a berry flush that's a little bit deeper. So depending on your preference will determine which one but I really love this one. And I do have this on my cheeks today just so you know. And I don't know if you can really tell like I went pretty light with it today but sometimes I do like to build it up. And it really is super beautiful. And it smells like watermelon as well."

"Polyglutamic acid is very similar to hyaluronic acid, it's a humectant, it's not going to exfoliate your skin but it's an ingredient that can actually hold on to four times more moisture than hyaluronic acid. From my experience with this ingredient specifically it's definitely more hydrating and more plumping on the skin. This product from The INKEY List is actually a serum but it should be used as one of the very last serums in your skincare routine before your moisturizer. You can actually put a few pumps of this into your foundation and apply it to your skin that way if you want to but I see the best results when I apply it within my skincare routine. This is an ingredient that can be used every day twice a day and there's no conflicts with polyglutamic acid because again it's a humectant so it's just a nice hydrating ingredient that plumps up that skin temporarily. A lot of people can't use hyaluronic acid because some people find it to be drying or some people are sensitive to hyaluronic acid especially when you're pairing it up with other types of actives or ingredients but if you can't use hyaluronic acid then look into this."
"The Naturium Vitamin C Complex Serum is really nice. This always brightens up my skin, it helps to even everything out, so when I'm experiencing post-acne marks or let's say I have some texture, this does the job. This formulation contains hyaluronic acid, it also contains retinol, niacinamide, ascorbic acid which is the purest form of vitamin C, as well as salicylic acid, so all of these ingredients will target multiple skin concerns. This serum truly never disappoints. If you are looking for a serum that targets everything, then I would say try this. You can use this every day, twice a day, remember not to forget your sunscreen if you are using this in your morning routine, but I love it. It just spreads across the skin so nicely, it's very lightweight and it's also very hydrating and it does a good job to improve texture and tone. I cannot live without this product."

"I have used this pairing many times and I really liked my experience. This is the Drunk Elephant C-Luma Hydrate Serum, so this contains 9% sodium aoryl phosphate and 1% ES scorable glucoside. You can use growth factors with vitamin C derivatives as well as ascorbic acid. There could be a potential conflict where maybe the two slightly cancel each other out, I don't exactly know for sure. But you can in fact use vitamin C derivatives, which are more gentle, they're not as harsh, they have a longer shelf life, they don't oxidize as quickly, and you can use them for a long period of time without having to worry that the product has gone bad."
"This formulation contains six procollagen peptides. It's quite pricey, I do believe it's around $80 Canadian and $59 American. I really enjoyed this serum when I was using it. There is a little bit of a scent to it from what I can remember because there is an ingredient in it called pyrus molus, it's basically a fruit extract, and I remember when I was using that serum I could smell that but it was very very mild. There's no added fragrance to the serum. It comes in a 20 mil size. You could totally use this serum alongside a moisturizer, so you'd want to apply the serum first and then the moisturizer on top. This type of serum can be used with tretinoin, can be used with retinol, other types of peptide serums, copper peptides. I remember using this serum with those types of ingredients and everything went well, no peeling. It's a serum that isn't sticky or greasy. It's also very lightweight and all you would really need is like four drops for your face and maybe like two drops for your neck."

It has ceramics and hyaluronic acid, there's Mondo grassroot extract which helps to balance your skin's microbiome, and there's Japanese Indigo extract which helps to soothe the skin and help to repair a compromised skin barrier. This is very rich and this will give your skin that glow. I do love this for nighttime, and even though they say this is an overnight repair cream, you can still use this in the morning, and I have many times and it does sit nicely underneath sunscreen and makeup. It's even more glowy and I love it in the morning because I just love that finish when it shines through my makeup. I just love that natural glow."

"I love the 10% lactic acid. It's one of my go-to chemical exfoliants because my skin can be dry sometimes, it can be flaky, and it can have that tight feel to the skin as well, especially more so come the winter months. Lactic acid has a larger molecule so it's not as small as glycolic, so this is going to penetrate a little bit slower into the skin, meaning it's going to be more gentle than glycolic acid. Not only does lactic acid help to exfoliate, improve brightness, and help with that uneven skin tone, but there are humectant properties to lactic acid as well, which means that it can be quite hydrating for those that have drier skin types. Lactic acid honestly is one of the best for those that have dry skin."

This is a lovely serum that actually works to fade these areas especially when you are consistent. "The Ethylated Ascorbic Acid 15% Solution is still wonderful it can still help to brighten up your skin address signs of aging and protect your skin from everyday pollution but this is a water-free serum this has that anhydrous serum so it might feel a little oily because there's no water in the formula so if you like that and you don't mind that type of texture then you might really enjoy this serum but some people may not like it because it might feel too heavy on the skin and then sometimes depending on the other skincare products that you're using things may not layer up as nicely. "This is very similar and comparable to hyaluronic acid but the texture and the formulation of this serum is completely different. It's very thin and watery. It doesn't leave your skin tacky or sticky. It still hydrates and plumps your skin, but we have red algae in here and it just contains different ingredients. So if you don't like that heavy sticky tacky feel of hyaluronic acid, then you may want to look into the Marine Hyaluronics. If you still want something that is even lighter and even thinner on the skin, try the Marine Hyaluronics."
"This blends really nicely into the skin. I don't feel like it's as deep as the drunk elephant bronzy drops, this doesn't have that deep pigment like the drunk elephant, but you can use this multiple different ways. They do recommend to use this as your last step in your skincare routine, but I actually like to put this on before my sunscreen. You can also apply this in with your foundation as well, which I have tried a few times and it is quite nice doing it that way. You just put one or two drops into the palm of your hand, add a few drops or pumps of whatever foundation you're using, mix it together and apply it to your skin. It will deepen up your foundation a little bit but it just adds this beautiful glow to your skin. It has the same scent as the original watermelon dew drops, it still has the niacinamide in here, hyaluronic acid to plump up and hydrate the skin. Everything is basically the same except for it's got that pigment. I also like using this just on its own as well, especially if I'm having a good skin day. If you love tinted serums like this and you know something that you can use multiple different ways, then I would say look into it. It's really nice."
"You do have to be cautious about what you apply to the eye area, so some of you might be able to put this around the eyes and some of you might not, so please be careful. But I do like to put this underneath the eyes, underneath the brow bone, not a lot of product in that area, just enough to cover the skin and treat it with the copper ingredient. This is also a lovely option, especially if you like Maelove and you're looking for additional ingredients."
"This has recently been reformulated so the formulation isn't as sticky and as tacky as the original formula, but they've also added ceramides to the ingredient list which helps to repair and strengthen the skin barrier. Ceramides also help to prevent transepidermal water loss, so this serum is honestly really nice. I haven't experienced peeling with this one, which was one of my main reasons why I really didn't like the original hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary. I always had peeling with it, but I haven't experienced peeling with this yet, so I really like this one."
"This is the 10% Azelaic Acid Booster. This was actually the very first azelaic acid product that I ever used and then of course I fell in love with this ingredient. It's a 10% azelaic acid but it also contains licorice root which can help to brighten up your complexion and it can help to reduce redness, and there is salicylic acid in here which can also help with that even skin tone but it can help to unclog your pores and prevent breakouts. If you have any texture on your skin or post-acne marks this does a really good job to get rid of texture and to improve your tone where it's more even in time with consistent use. [...] This is also a very gentle formulation that I've never seen irritation or dryness with. If you are somebody that is sensitive to salicylic acid start slow and gradually increase because perhaps that added ingredient in here might make your skin a little irritated or it might not, [...] but it really is effective."
"This one really doesn't have that strong, distinct smoky scent, so if you despise that, you might like this instead. It's worth a try. I don't know if it's because my batch is super fresh right now and that's why it's not as strong, but [...] as it starts to oxidize, that scent will get stronger and stronger, just so you know. "The Hydrator Serum is your hyaluronic acid serum but this also contains panthenol and Resveratrol, and Resveratrol is an antioxidant that is wonderful to treat signs of aging. If you love your hyaluronic acid serums and you're looking for that additional hydration and that plumped look to the skin, this is a really nice formulation and I do like it. [...] I've never experienced peeling with this. Sometimes with hyaluronic acid serums I have experienced peeling and I didn't get that with this. I did use this with different types of serums, different moisturizers, different sunscreens and makeup, and never have I had an issue with pilling. This is also a serum that can be used every day, twice a day, and you can pair this up with multiple products as well. [...] This is really nice. I like it a lot."
"The Super Smooth Resurfacing Serum [...] is very gentle but also very moisturizing on the skin. It contains aloe which is pretty high up in the ingredient list, so if you are somebody that is more on that sensitive side when it comes to exfoliation I would try this and just see how it goes, maybe use it once a week, maybe twice a week tops just to see how your skin reacts to it. I have combination skin and my skin can be quite reactive to active ingredients, especially exfoliating products like this, [...] but with that aloe I really love this. It has glycolic, lactic, and tartaric acid, which are the AHAs, and then of course we have BHA which is the salicylic acid. This is great if you have blackheads, you're breakout prone, you have enlarged pores. Salicylic acid is one of those acids that go deeper into the pore and it really helps to clean out any of the dirt, oil, and debris that are clogging your pores. When you first start using this and you become quite consistent with it, it's possible that you could experience skin purging, which is basically your skin getting rid of all of that congestion, all of that dirt and oil that was just there."
"I do remember enjoying this one because this is an oil that you can also use on your hair as well, so not only can you use this on your face and your body but you can use this after you've blow-dried your hair, you can put this on your ends, or you can put this on your hair on those non-hair wash days, or you can also apply this all over your hair before you wash your hair the night before, and it really did a good job to polish the ends, to add shine, and it did bring in a lot of moisture as well. So if you have dry, brittle hair or you're just looking for that beautiful shine and moisture, then this really is a lovely option. It is very thin and lightweight from what I can remember, [...] so if you're looking for something that you can apply everywhere, then this would be a really nice option to try."

If you're going to use a facial oil, use it on top of your moisturizer, and if you just want to use the oil by itself you can also do that as well. You can layer with this oil also if you choose to do that, and you can even incorporate it into your body care routine as well. [...] This was quite lightweight in my opinion, it wasn't too oily on the skin, but it did the job really well to keep that skin nice and moisturized and feeling comfortable. "I have an empty Needleless Peptide Serum by DRMTLGY. This is their peptide serum that actually contains a copper ingredient as well. I do feel like this is very different from The Ordinary and meets copper peptides, and if I'm going to resort to a copper peptide serum I'm going to pick either The Ordinary or the NeoD one as I do feel like they are more effective for signs of aging and to firm the skin compared to this. But if you're not really too interested in copper peptides, then I would say go with this one. So again, this one has that copper ingredient, but there's also ceramides in here as well to keep that skin barrier nice and strong. There's niacinamide in here which is great for discoloration, it's a lovely antioxidant for so many things, and also this serum is very hydrating at the same time. So you can use this every day, twice a day. I do like the DRMTLGY brand and this is one formulation that I do enjoy. I would definitely purchase this again in the future."
"I'm still really enjoying the SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic. This one is quite expensive, but if you love SkinCeuticals then I feel like you will really like this serum. I like a lot of products from this brand and this one is one of my favorites because I like how it feels on my skin and it really does work to give that bright complexion as well. This one is very moisturizing in my opinion. I feel like this is going to be a nice option for the winter months. I have been using this on and off for several years now and every time I use it I always love my experience. It does have that 15% L-ascorbic acid, it also has ferulic acid and vitamin E. It still has that thin watery texture but this one does have a little bit of a thickness to the formulation, so it's very moisturizing and my skin feels comfortable for the entire day."
"The last vitamin C that I really love is the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Fresh Day Serum. I've been using their vitamin C on and off for several years and I actually started using this over four years ago and I've always recommended this. I like this formulation a lot it does brighten up your skin but I also feel like this formula really helps to firm the skin as well. The formulation is the same but the packaging has changed since I started this back four years ago so now when you purchase this you get the ascorbic acid powder separately and then they provide you with the serum in a different bottle. When you're ready to use this you're going to mix the two together, you're going to shake this really well and then of course you are ready to use it. I like this because with other vitamin C serums you have no idea how long these products have been sitting on the shelf for or how long they've been sitting in a warehouse for so when you get it you don't know if it's already started to oxidize until you open up the bottle."

If you don't really care about a serum that repairs the skin barrier, then I would say go with this one because this one is more for hydration and plumping. [...] This does have a pineapple camide which is going to help with texture and tone. There is provitamin B5 in here which is a humectant, so this is going to hydrate and plump. Lactic acid really is great for those that have that drier skin type, but if you have that surface dead skin, you have some dryness and you also have dark spots, post-acne marks, that uneven skin tone, then this can really help to brighten up your complexion. [...] This can be used every day and you can use it either in your morning or evening routine, but I don't like to overuse lactic acid because I feel like you can overdo a good thing. I feel like Paula's Choice has some great formulations and this one is really nice especially if you're lacking that brightness and you have that uneven skin tone."
"It contains a greenish yellow hue and also has an earthy scent to it. It's not a strong scent, but it's very earthy. The scent and the color come from the micro algae. Once this is applied to your skin, honestly, you don't smell it anymore, at least from my experience. But I'm telling you, if your skin is super tight and you really need moisture and your skin is very dry, go with this one. Put this on top of your moisturizer. Go in with your serums, then go in with your moisturizer, put this on top. You really only need a couple of drops, and then just pat it into your skin. I'm telling you, this brings your skin back to life. You will have this nice glow to your skin even after rinsing your skincare off the next morning. You will have this glow. Your skin will feel softer as well, and it really improves the skin barrier. I'm not the biggest fan of facial oils. I will tell you, this isn't something that I reach for often, but when my skin really needs it, especially during the winter months, this is the one that I'm always going with because it never ever disappoints. You can use this every day, twice a day, but when it comes to facial oils, I just use this at night time because I feel like when I incorporate it in my morning routine it's just too much. When you put sunscreen and makeup on top of it, it just becomes too heavy, and then of course your chances of peeling are a lot higher. So I use this at night time, but of course you can do whatever you want. You can also use this in the morning."
"I am a huge fan of the ordinary copper peptides and that one is half the price. For me personally I wouldn't pick this over the ordinary copper peptides and I also wouldn't choose this over the Neostrata. I feel like the ordinary and Neostrata are formulated perfectly. I have seen the best results with those and for the price point I much prefer to use those. The one from the ordinary and from Neostrata, they contain more anti-aging ingredients and so I just feel like to spend $61 on this, it's just not worth it for me. But I do think it's a great option if you love this brand and you want something that has that creamy texture, something that is a little bit more moisturizing on the skin. This one is not sticky or tacky once it's dried down and it does layer up nicely with the products that I have used with it and it always sat nicely underneath my makeup as well. "This is one of their newest launches this year and this is actually really lovely, one of a kind. I haven't found anything like this. This was actually designed for those that have post acne marks, so you know when we have a blemish and it's healed we're usually left with that pinky red dark area. Sometimes it can take several weeks or months for that area to fade. This product will help to speed things up a little bit and help to give your skin more of that brighter even skin tone in time. I do feel like you need to be pretty consistent with this but it really does work. You can use this all over your face or you can spot treat with this as well. The 2% azelaic acid will keep your skin nice and hydrated, but the 2% nag, which stands for N-acetyl glucosamine, this is the ingredient that is going to help fade your post-acne marks in time."
"I've had this for a very very long time and the reason why it has taken me so long to finish this is because sometimes my skin can be okay with glycolic acid and then there are times where my skin gets a little irritated it gets a little bit angry. I think it's because I'm a tretinoin user now and I think that's why my skin has changed a little bit when it comes to glycolic acid, but again it's a hit and miss. This product was a little bit too sensitizing on my face."
"I have an empty SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E Serum now, this is nice. I actually really like it, but it's very expensive. To be honest with you, I really like the Ordinary Resveratrol Plus Ferulic Acid way better as it contains three percent of each, whereas this one the Resveratrol is only at one percent here, and then of course you have vitamin E in the formula as well. The texture is very different so you do get a nice pump. The texture is almost like a jelly so it does spread nicely. It is a little bit more moisturizing than the Ordinary one in my opinion, and this one also layers up nicely with vitamin C. But for the price point and for what it is, I much rather use the Ordinary Resveratrol Plus Ferulic because again you get three percent, it's stronger, and I do feel like the Ordinary one works a lot better than this one. So I won't be buying this one again."
"This product will plump your skin like a dream if you want that plumpness and that youthful look. I'm telling you right now, this is amazing. This one has five different types of hyaluronic acids, but this one contains polyglutamic acid. This ingredient is very similar to hyaluronic acid but holds on to four times more moisture than hyaluronic acid. We have two ingredients here that will plump and hydrate, and because of that polyglutamic acid ingredient, this just takes your skin to the next level in terms of plumpness. Also, this is very lightweight, it has that whipped gel texture perfect for all skin types, and it works great as a makeup primer. This one will leave your skin a little bit sticky and tacky. With that being said, your foundation and all of your makeup just stick so nicely on top of this, which of course gives you longevity with your makeup and a nice glow. But if you don't like that sticky tackiness, then think twice about this because this will leave your skin feeling like that even if you don't wear makeup."
"I only use it when I need it and generally I like to spot treat, but if you are blemish prone and you deal with uneven skin tone all the time then you can be as consistent as you want and use it twice a day. "I love this brand and I will still continue to use this brand. Ascorbic acid has a lower pH. It's more acidic. And so, this is going to create that cell turnover and it works a little bit quicker. With vitamin C derivatives, they have a higher pH around five or six. The same pH is what your skin is naturally, which is why it tends to be more gentle, but with derivatives, they can take a little bit longer to work as well. In my opinion, and from my experience, it really is just the acidity of the vitamin C that caused this instant reaction with my skin. So, right after I applied it, [...] within a half an hour, my skin started to feel quite tight, almost like I didn't have enough moisture on my skin. So that led me to apply more moisturizer on my skin. [...] And then again, within an hour or so, I felt very tight, especially around my mouth. "This is so hydrating on the skin. It has a very nice unique texture and vitamin C, as you know, is a great ingredient to brighten the skin and also to protect your skin from pollution. It's a great antioxidant that I feel like a lot of people should incorporate. And because this uses a vitamin C derivative, it's a little bit more gentle than a pure form of vitamin C like ascorbic acid. The one great thing with derivatives is that you can pair these up with more ingredients without having to worry about conflicts. I would generally apply the Timeless 20% vitamin C serum first, then I would go in with this afterward because it does have a milky consistency, then moisturizer and sunscreen. You don't have to pair the two up together but they do work really well with one another. They're great pairings to enhance results. I love coenzyme Q10, this is fabulous."

"I did try this prior to the launch date and I am obsessed. I have been using this every day, twice a day, since I received it, and I think that this will be very beneficial especially with long-term use, because this is designed to lift and tighten and firm the skin on the neck but also to address those horizontal neck lines that we can all develop at some point. This will also help with texture, so the ingredients in here are niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and a peptide, but there's also an ingredient called pulin which actually puts a protective barrier across the skin to protect the skin from the environment, from pollution. There's also two other key ingredients in here called elorn sea moss and tera fruit extract, so these two ingredients will also help to put a protective barrier across the skin, but these help to improve texture, and this really does help to improve that softness and that smoother look and feel to the skin. From my time using this I have noticed that, but also I do find that my neck is a little bit firmer. I haven't seen any results yet in terms of the horizontal neck lines, I feel like that's something that will take time."

This will help with that plumper look as well but if you do pair this up with the Timeless hyaluronic acid you will see even more of that plumpness and more of that youthful complexion. There's hyaluronic acid in here but there's also some ceramides as well, three ceramides which help to strengthen repair the barrier and it can also help to prevent transepidermal water loss. There's three peptides in here, great for signs of aging, great to firm the skin. There's also aloe glycerin so this serum is very soothing, repairing, hydrating but also great for signs of aging so it's a little bit of everything."

"They consider this an ultra lightweight moisturizer, and I have to agree, this actually performs very well as a moisturizer. I've been using this a lot in my morning routine this summer because it's been so hot and humid and I really haven't been wanting to put too much on my skin because I worry about breaking out. This has been one of my go-tos in replacement of a traditional cream moisturizer, and it's been performing really nicely. This is also great for reducing the look of facial redness, it helps to calm and soothe the skin, it hydrates the skin as well, and it maintains that healthy skin barrier with the ectoin, the rice lipids, and the moisturizing factors. There's also jojoba oil in here. Not greasy, oily, and it's not heavy at all. Perfect for all skin types. You can use this as your moisturizer replacement or if you need more moisture, use this after your serums but before your traditional moisturizer. This performs really well if you need that extra moisture. It's fabulous, fragrance-free, and very thin. This is probably one of my top favorites and one of the best products that the brand has launched yet."

It's a product that truly can replace a lot of the products already in your skin care routine, it has peptides, retinol, and a vitamin C derivative in it, and it keeps your skin nice and comfortable and well moisturized. It can replace your moisturizer at night time or you can use it alongside your moisturizer if you need additional moisturization."
"The OSEA Atmosphere Protection Cream is a new favorite. I've been using it for over a month and a half and I am so impressed with this formulation, and with the brand in general, I really love it. It has a seaweed marine blend that calms and soothes the skin and supports the skin's microbiome, plus an ingredient called elk dock that helps protect and shield the skin from pollution, and niacinamide. It dries down into a silky finish, sits great underneath sunscreen and makeup, and it's super lightweight but breathable and moisturizing. I really love the scent too, it smells natural rather than artificial. I think this is fabulous if you're someone who doesn't mind fragrance, though the initial scent does fade after about half an hour."
"The Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream is wonderful, very thin and lightweight. It almost has a lotion gel type of hybrid, but it's more of a lotion, and it feels like water when I apply it across my skin, perfect for all skin types. Three means there are three blemish relief ingredients, four means four nourishing ingredients, and five means five soothing ingredients. I go through this quite a bit and I actually use it in the winter as well, I just really love how lightweight it is, and it's another good one to use with tretinoin and active ingredients. I really love it for my morning routine because of how thin and lightweight it is, and it always sits great underneath sunscreen as well as makeup. It spreads quite nicely across the skin, it's never sticky or tacky, and it never pills with other skincare either."
"This is one of my favorite drugstore moisturizers, and I always need to have it in my collection. If you're somebody that doesn't love traditional makeup primers that feel a bit tacky and sticky on the skin, and you'd much prefer something that is skincare based, try this. It works as an everyday moisturizer, but it also works really well under foundation and makeup, giving a bit of a dewy finish that shines through your makeup but gives a nice healthy subtle glow to the skin. It does a very good job if you have dryness and flakiness, so great for all skin types in my opinion. I'm combination, very acne prone, and this works perfectly for me. I usually only use it in my morning routine because I love it as a makeup prep, but I do occasionally use it at night time too. This is truly 10 out of 10, one of the nicest moisturizers I've ever used, so yes, I did purchase another one."

"This is the Saie Glowy Super Gel. I've actually been using this product for several years. [...] I used to mix it in with all of my foundations to add more glow and luminosity to my skin, and it does an excellent job. [...] I recently picked up Sununglow, which is the deepest shade. [...] I plan on either using this prior all over my face before my foundation of choice or I plan on mixing this in with my foundation, a foundation that is lighter so that I can deepen up the foundation instead of going out and purchasing another shade. If you are truly looking for something that is thick like toothpaste, something that really repairs the skin and repairs the skin quite quickly when your skin is burning and it has that itchy, dry feel, you are going to really love this. It does have copper and zinc to help replenish your skin's moisture. This one is honestly suited for your nighttime routine. If you're someone that wears foundation and makeup, this is a little rich and thick to be using with makeup and a little bit too rich to use underneath sunscreen. It's also fragrance-free. This is K beauty. I have combination skin. I'm very acne prone and that cream never ever breaks me out. "This is the calming cream. I have talked about this a lot in the past and this is a product that always needs to be in my collection. If I'm not using it, I will at some point because this is great to have on hand if you're super dry, if you have itchy skin, if your skin is looking scaly and flaky. But if you ever have any type of sensitivity, like sometimes when we shave our legs and stuff, our legs become irritated. This would be a great product to use to calm and soothe your skin. This has colloidal oatmeal and I absolutely love it. There's nothing fancy about this product, but it's one that is great to have on hand whether you have dryness or not. It's just a really nice everyday moisturizer. Several years ago I developed Pityriasis Rosea. I started using this within a few weeks of having that rash, and I'm telling you, I feel like this is what diminished that rash."
"This is probably my favorite product from iNNBEAUTY PROJECT because of the richness of this, but I just love how it performs as well. It's great for all skin types, especially for those that have sensitive skin. This has a bioretinol at a 2%, so this is a plant-based retinol, so this is going to be even more gentle than the Allies of Skin and probably even more gentle than some of the other products that you might see on the shelves. If you have sensitive skin, you're a little bit nervous on what to use on your face or even your neck, then this would be like a great starter product and then you could move up to the Allies of Skin afterwards. But it also has a 3% lifting peptide, so this, of course, is going to help firm and lift the skin. There's also 3% ceramides in here to keep that skin barrier nice and strong. It's going to prevent water loss. And this product can help with skin elasticity, so improving that, but also improving skin tone, like if you have any discoloration, post acne marks."
"This one is very gentle. I've been testing this ever since I received it [...] and I had to include it in this video because it really is a nice neck cream that can address all signs of aging. There is an ingredient in here called bakuchiol. Now this is a plant-based alternative to retinol. So way more gentle than retinol, retinoin or even retinaldehyde. It will do very similar things to what retinol does but it's more gentle. There's another ingredient in here called micro peptide. So, this is actually a patented technology. It's a microsized peptide that will help to lift and firm the skin and help to stimulate new collagen. There's also another ingredient in here called neoglucosamine. So, this is actually going to help gently exfoliate the skin, which is really important, especially for the neck area. We want to get rid of any surface dead skin. And we want to improve skin quality and this of course will help to retexturize everything creating more of that softer, smoother feel and this of course will lead to a brighter complexion as well. There's also vitamin E in here which is an antioxidant."

The formulation really is beautiful for all skin types including dry skin, and for those that tend to get tight skin this really is satisfying to use when your skin is dry. "I quite enjoy the Topicals Faded Serum. This one contains tranexamic acid but it also contains azelaic acid which is great for redness, great for acne-prone skin, and it also contains niacinamide as well. I do find that the Topicals Faded works a little bit better because of those additional ingredients. Tranexamic acid really is underrated. You might hear the odd person talking about tranexamic acid but I don't hear it enough and I feel like it deserves more hype because it really is beneficial for those that are struggling with dark spots and discoloration. This can be used on a daily basis, especially depending on skin tolerance, but the more consistent you are with this ingredient specifically, you will see results."

"Pairing number three would be to use growth factors and niacinamide, and this is the one from Naturium, the Naturium Niacinamide Gel Cream 5%. It doesn't matter what niacinamide product you're using, whether it's a serum or a gel, but this pairing is exceptional for skin barrier support, so it will keep the skin barrier nice and strong and healthy. If you're someone that experiences a compromised skin barrier or inflammation of the skin, then this is also great because of wound healing. This pairing is also exceptional for discoloration, to improve fine lines and wrinkles and skin elasticity, and it can be used every day, twice a day."
"This is designed for all skin types and this is great for those that are looking to incorporate something for signs of aging or to prevent early signs of aging. This is a great moisturizer that will help to stimulate new collagen improving skin elasticity and just rejuvenating the skin. "This is a thick cream and I just strictly keep this for nighttime, but even though it's a night cream you can still try using this in the morning, it just depends if your other skincare products and makeup will sit nicely with it. [...] This is a great nighttime one. I like this one more so for winter because of how thick it is. [...] It's a great drugstore option. There are three types of ceramides in here, there's hyaluronic acid, there is a tripeptide, there's dimethicone which is a silicone that gives that slip to the skin. People don't like dimethicone in their skincare products or even in makeup products, [...] but having dimethicone in creams especially can be really moisturizing on the skin and I actually quite like to have dimethicone in my creams. This actually dries down skin-like, so generally with richer, more moisturizing creams, sometimes they can leave your skin a little shinier because they're more rich and more emollient, but this actually dries down skin-like. So if you do have oily skin, you might really like this, especially in your morning routine, but I like it even when my skin is super dry and it always does the job. This has hyaluronic acid to hydrate, there are ceramides in here to repair and strengthen that skin barrier. It also prevents transepidermal water loss. There's allantoin, which can help to soothe the skin and prevent moisture loss. There's glycerin in here and the list goes on. So it's a great one to use underneath sunscreen, makeup. I've never experienced peeling, and it's also a great one to use with active ingredients like retinol, tretinoin, glycolic acid, whatever you're using. And this can be used every day, twice a day. I like the squeezy tube type of packaging. You are getting 1.86 fluid ounces. It is fragrance-free."

"I have the Paula's Choice C5 Super Boost Moisturizer, so this contains 5% vitamin C and a hexapeptide 5. This is quite moisturizing and also it does help to brighten up the skin as well. It is very nourishing on the skin, but I didn't exactly love it. There are other products that I feel work just as good if not better in terms of brightening and moisturizing. Because there are so many other options in the market that I have used that performed better than this, I am not going to repurchase this at this time."

"This is a triple action bomb with anti-itching, repairing, and immediate soothing properties. It really helps to relieve itch, dryness, irritation. It really calms your skin if it's a little angry. I love using this on my legs and my arms and my chest because of how moisturizing it is. It does give a little bit of a greasiness to the skin, but it's not super greasy where you couldn't wear this during the day. You will have a little bit of a shine to your skin, which I think looks really nice if you have like a sleeveless top on or you're wearing shorts. About a week and a half ago I had a mosquito bite and I didn't have any after bite, you know, like that stuff that you can put on mosquito bites to stop the itch. I thought I would try this because this is anti-itch and you know what, it actually worked. I didn't think it was going to work but it really did. I just love how moisturizing it is and it really gives your skin this nice soft feel. If you have any scaliness on your legs or your arms, this gets rid of that. If you're looking for a really good rich, repairing, soothing body cream, then you need to look into this."
"The first cream that will be perfect for the summer months is by belif, the True Cream Moisturizing Bomb. I had never tried this before. Prior to using this, I've tried a few products from this brand, but I truly haven't been that adventurous. I'm really loving this one because it's a gel cream. Gel creams are perfect for the summer because they're more lightweight on the skin and feel more refreshing. But at the same time, depending on the formulation, they can also be very moisturizing and satisfying to use, even for those on the drier side. This is great for all skin types. It has hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. These two ingredients hydrate your skin, and the hyaluronic acid plumps the skin. This is very plumping, especially when you apply this to skin that is already damp from your previous serums. It also sits nicely underneath sunscreen and your makeup. You can use this every day, twice a day. You can pair this at night with your retinol or tretinoin, or pair this with your active ingredients like copper peptides. This is a very friendly cream. It also has shea butter, oat kernel extract, ceramides, and panthenol, and the list goes on. I do find this to be quite repairing, also very soothing on the skin, but at the same time nice and moisturizing."

"The one that I am very impressed with is by Drunk Elephant and this is the Silk Amino Mega Moisturizing Masque. When I say that your hair looks and feels like silk I am not lying. This will give that nice silky feel when you rinse out your hair. There's nothing better than washing your hair, putting a good mask in your hair, and when you rinse your hair out your hair just feels so soft like silk, especially after you used a clarifying shampoo. Using this afterwards is always nice to do just to add more moisture into the hair. But I use this almost every hair wash, even though this is a hair mask you can use your hair masks more than just a couple times a month. And this is exceptional to give that hydration to the hair but it also gives that shine as well. And this has been my go-to. If you're looking for a good hair mask honestly look into this Drunk Elephant. Their hair care line is really impressive. I have a lot of their hair care products but the mask is seriously one of the best. So I'm a big fan."
"This is by La Roche-Posay and this is the Toleriane cream. I really like this for both morning and evening. This is also a lovely cream that sits nice underneath sunscreen and makeup and it never ever disappoints. You can honestly pair this up with anything and it really helps to keep your skin barrier nice and nourished and repaired and it just keeps your skin looking so youthful. It does give your skin a little bit of that glow as well and it's also very moisturizing so great for dry skin but great for all skin types. It's a nice cream to use, especially if you do experience a little bit of dryness at first, because it will ensure that your skin barrier will remain nice and strong and moisturized. I really love the La Roche-Posay moisturizers."
"I have an empty Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, this is one of my favorite creams and I feel like I always need to have this in my collection. This can be used everyday twice a day but I really love this for my morning routine because I love the complexion that it gives. It gives this beautiful glowing finish to the skin and your skin just looks so radiant and healthy whether you wear makeup or not. This actually shines beautifully through your sunscreen as well as your makeup giving your skin this youthful dewy complexion. It's also very satisfying to use when your skin is on the drier side as well, so perfect for all skin types. If you are looking for something that has that richer formulation that is moisturizing that gives the skin that glow then you will really love this. There's a lot of ingredients in here to target signs of aging and to plump the skin and this really is plumping. This also contains fragrance, so if you don't like fragrance in your skincare then you will definitely want to pass on this. I love the scent of it. I don't have a problem with fragrance but it really is a wonderful cream especially in your morning routine. I have used this many times at night time as well and this really is wonderful for twice a day."

"I had a sample of the SkinFix Barrier+ Restoring Gel Cream. I felt like it did a good job to moisturize the skin, but I really didn't feel like it repaired my skin. When I was using this, I used it when my skin was balanced and normal and then when my skin needed some TLC, and I didn't feel like I received the relief like I was expecting. This has ceramides in it and it's supposed to be very repairing, and I didn't get that from this. The gel is very lightweight. This wouldn't be something that I would purchase, especially a full size. If I had to pick between this and another option, I would go with the other one because this one is very satisfying and you do get that relief and your skin is repaired and moisturized. I just didn't really like it."
"This is something that I recently just started using and I am very impressed with this. This formulation has niacinamide there, there's also squalane in here, hyaluronic acid as well as Vitamin E. So this formula is very plumping in my opinion. So if you like creams that are plumping then you will love this. Put this onto damp skin and this is going to allow this to absorb better into the skin which will give you more of that plumper look. This is also fragrance-free. It can be used every day twice a day. It works well with makeup and sunscreen. I've had no issues with pilling and again perfect for all skin types including sensitive skin. This is also a product that I feel works really well when you pair it up with your active ingredients like tretinoin, retinol, glycolic acid, as this keeps your skin nice and comfortable when you're using those active ingredients that can cause some dryness a few days later. But if you're looking for a good drugstore option and you're a fan of Vichy I would say look into this."

I don't feel like the [...] original Natural Moisturizing Factors + Hyaluronic Acid [...] is moisturizing enough, although that one is great for those that have dry skin. This one is even better if you're looking for that really rich moisturizing cream. [...] This is very satisfying to use when you need it. It has glycol lipids and also contains ceramides which help to strengthen and repair the skin barrier. There's urea, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid as well, so very plumping and very hydrating. This one contains oil whereas the Natural Moisturizing Factors + Hyaluronic Acid is oil-free, so depending on what you're looking for and whether you like that oil ingredient or not will determine which one to go with. Because this has that oil, this really is moisturizing. [...] A little bit goes a long way, it spreads really nicely, and you will get this nice glow to your skin. It doesn't [...] dry down matte, you will have a little bit of that glow."
"I really like it. I love the way that my skin looks and feels with it. A little bit goes a long way especially with this one because it does spread nicely. We do have some peptides in here as well, and yes they are further down in the ingredient list, but we do have a vitamin C derivative in here, there is shea butter, there's caffeine, there's niacinamide as well, so great if you do have that uneven skin tone, and it's wonderful. If you're looking for something new and you're a big fan of Charlotte Tilbury, I would say give this a go. This will be great for fall and winter."
"For the price point, this is pretty expensive at $70.50 Canadian for 50 mls. I don't feel like it's worth $70 because the peptide ingredients are not even at the top of the ingredient list. You can find something else that contains more anti-aging ingredients for the price. Even though it's great and it's moisturizing and will keep your skin nice and plump and moisturized, I don't know how beneficial this will be for long term with continuous use. It is a pretty thick cream that spreads nicely and doesn't have fragrance, but I just don't think it's worth the price."
"The BYOMA Moisturizing Gel Cream, I've talked about this many times on my channel and this really is a perfect formulation for the summer months, but honestly this is great for all year round. It does have that nice moisture to it from that creaminess, but then of course that gel just creates more of that lightweight feel so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin whatsoever. It always pairs up nicely with all of my skincare products, including my sunscreen and of course my makeup. I have mentioned before in the past that this is very very similar and comparable to the CeraVe PM facial lotion, which I love. [...] I also feel like this is a little bit more moisturizing than the CeraVe PM, of course based on my experience with this. Now this one has niacinamide, it also has green tea, which is an antioxidant, and there is also triceramides which will again help to strengthen and repair the skin barrier. So I really love this, it's a great option if you are looking for something that is lightweight but still moisturizing enough, and the niacinamide in here really is great if you have oily skin, so this can help to reduce excessive oil, great if you're acne prone."
"This is a gel moisturizer that is very lightweight but it's so moisturizing, it's plumping, and it's perfect for all skin types including those that have dry skin. I absolutely love this cream. It sits nicely underneath sunscreen and makeup. I've never had an issue with pilling. This keeps your skin comfortable for the entire day but also gives your skin this nice glow as well. This contains five percent niacinamide, so great if you have uneven skin tone, dark spots, redness. It has five percent glycerin, which is a humectant, so this is going to plump and hydrate the skin. Three percent betaine, which is another ingredient to hydrate, and there is a ceramide complex which is rich in omega 3, 6, and 9, so this is going to prevent transepidermal water loss but also help to repair the skin barrier at the same time. Even when my skin is at its driest and I have that flakiness to it, this cream performs well."
"I like it because it's extremely lightweight but it's comfortable. It's actually perfect for the summer months but I can see this being great for all seasons including the winter months because it just has that nice formulation that really nourishes the skin. So if you put this on at night and you wake up in the morning your skin still feels really nice and it almost gives this nice glow to your skin when you're consistent with it. Over the last several weeks I've noticed that my skin just looks softer, it looks a little bit brighter. This is a lovely option and I also like that there's Centella asiatica as well. Centella asiatica is great for anti-aging as well but it helps to moisturize the skin and I really love this ingredient. You find this a lot in K Beauty but you're starting to see it more even in drugstore skincare products as well. If you're looking for something that is from the L'Oreal brand and you know you're a fan of the Revitalift line then I feel like you're going to really like this. You are getting 50 mL of product. This is also fragrance free. There is a fragrance option I do believe but I wanted to pick up the fragrance free because I know most people want that option and I wanted to put that to the test as well because sometimes formulations change a little bit when there's perfume involved but this one is actually really nice."
"The Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Gel Cream will give your skin that nice dewy glowy complexion as well. It's perfect for all skin types including dry skin. I really like that one, especially for the summer months. Isntree really is one of my favorite brands when it comes to K Beauty because their products resonate well with my skin but also they have some wonderful products in their collection. If it's been a while since you've used Isntree, they have changed a lot of their packaging so this looks different compared to their original but the formula is the exact same."

I feel like this doesn't really shine through my makeup either, so if you're wearing this on its own you will have a little glow to your skin but it's not sticky or greasy. If you're wearing makeup I don't really feel like this shines through my makeup too much, so if you are looking for a formula like that then you're going to love this because this just keeps your skin looking like your skin. It is hydrating, it's also plumping. This formula is also great if you have redness and that's why I really like this one because I do have some redness to my skin. This one has ginger and ginger extract really helps to reduce on redness, but this one also has red sea seaweed which will help to calm the skin as well. There is squalene which is a very hydrating ingredient as well, perfect for every day twice a day."
"If you are somebody that truly loves that lightweight moisturizer, you're going to absolutely love the Natural Moisturizing Factors + Beta Glucan. It doesn't even compare to this at all. But if you're someone with that oily skin, combination, acne prone, you really love that lightweight feel that truly feels like you didn't even put anything on your skin, the beta glucan one is the way to go."
"I have talked about this quite a bit in the past. It really is one of my favorite neck creams. Is it necessary to have in skin care? No, absolutely not. You can just use your face serums and your regular moisturizers down your neck. But the neck area can be a very sensitive area for a lot of people because it's different skin. It's thinner. It doesn't have the oil glands like the face, and the skin on the neck can be very sensitive, and it's one of the places where we start to see premature aging. So, I do like a good neck cream once in a while, something that is formulated for that delicate skin and formulations that have active ingredients to really help with crepiness and really helping to firm the skin and helping to stimulate collagen. So, this is actually a really nice one because there's peptides in here. There's also ceramides, shea butter, almond oil. It's very rich and satisfying to use and it can be used every day twice a day and it comes with a nice pump. So, I do have a backup. I actually haven't used it yet, but it's ready to go when I'm ready to use it. But if you love a good neck cream, this one from DRMTLGY is quite nice."
"This is one of my favorite creams to use during the winter months, especially in my nighttime routine because it's very rich and very moisturizing on the skin. So, if you live in a colder climate like I do, this is going to be great. Even if you live in a warmer climate all year round, it's still going to be a lovely one. Just use it for your nighttime routine. You could use this in your morning even though they market this as a night cream, you could still use this in your morning if you really want, just know it's going to be a little bit richer. [...] This one has a little bit more to it. It has more peptides. There's also ceramides in here as well. Very moisturizing and repairing, but a great cream to firm the skin and help to stimulate collagen and of course to help soften fine lines and wrinkles."
"The Natural Moisturizing Factors plus Phytoceramides is their moisturizer. I really like this one out of the other two. [...] If you have dry sensitive skin or normal skin you might really like the phytoceramides. This one is more rich, more emollient. It does give your skin that dewy complexion which I really like, great for the winter months. [...] This also sits really nice underneath sunscreen and makeup from my experience with this. "The One Skin OS-01 Body SPF Broad Spectrum SPF 30 plus is water-resistant up to 80 minutes and has 14% zinc oxide, all mineral, which I like because my skin doesn't like chemical sunscreens, it gets really irritated. It has a true cream-based formulation that could totally replace your body moisturizer for the day, it's moisturizing but also lightweight, and even though you can feel the oils in it, your skin isn't greasy or tacky once it dries down. It leaves little to no cast if you really work it into the skin, and there's no fragrance or sunscreen smell. I have a really hard time finding body sunscreens I want to wear because everything is either too thick or has a gross scent, but I'm actually impressed with this formulation. It's truly 10 out of 10."
"It's an SPF 50, water and sweat resistant up to 40 minutes, broad spectrum, with a zinc oxide of 10%. I love it because there's no fragrance, it's great on my combination acne prone skin, and it never peels with my skincare products. It also sits great underneath foundation and makeup with no issues, leaving a skin-like finish with a little bit of glow. It's thin in consistency, so I see little to no white cast, though a darker skin tone might see a bit of one. The thinner the consistency, the better off you are, because thicker mineral sunscreens tend to cast more from my experience. This is always one of my go-tos when I don't want a tinted sunscreen and it never disappoints. I haven't purchased another one yet, but I will be, this is so good."
"The one I feel is best for me is the Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50, and I [...] use the untinted version. "I like this one from Dr. Dennis Gross. This is the All Physical Lightweight Wrinkle Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 30 with a PA++++. And this is all mineral with a zinc oxide of 16%. And I really like this one because there's a lot of great anti-aging ingredients in the formulation. There's also a lot of antioxidants in here as well that of course will protect our skin from pollution. But this is one of my most favorite sunscreens because it's lightweight, it's not greasy, and it always sits great with other skin care products as well as my makeup. And I really love this one a lot, especially because of the additional ingredients in here."
"This is a mineral peptide stick with an SPF 50 and [...] zinc oxide of 22.75%. [...] Unfortunately, this shade doesn't look right as a complexion product on my skin. I don't like the way it looks because it's kind of orangey on my skin and it pulls really warm and it doesn't look right. Depending on your skin tone and undertone, this just pulls too warm and it looks really weird on my skin. That said, I really like using this on my eyelids just to give some color. "This is an SPF 50, water-resistant up to 80 minutes, and it's also broad spectrum. This contains plant-based collagen and there's also antioxidants in here as well like watermelon extract. So this has a zinc oxide of 22.75% and this is one of the nicest sunscreens I have ever used underneath my makeup. This is honestly one of the nicest. This is actually better than a makeup primer itself. So if you don't like makeup primers or you don't like adding that extra step in your makeup routine, then pick up this and use this as your makeup primer. Your makeup just grips on top of this and your makeup doesn't budge. It doesn't fade. It doesn't move around. It stays in place. And I've had a lot of humid days here already in Ontario. And I have been using this underneath my makeup outside walking, sweating to death, and then coming home, my makeup still looked really good. Yes, I may have looked a little shiny, but my makeup did not budge at all. So this is great with or without makeup. There's lots of times where I'll just wear this on its own, and if there's any imperfections that I need to address, I'll just use a little bit of concealer on top of this and just touch up those areas. So this does have a beigy tone to it, and that is enough to honestly disguise that white cast for me personally and for my skin tone, but it's not a tinted sunscreen. It's not going to even out your skin, but it might slightly decrease on redness."
"I really like this sunscreen even though it is a little mattifying to the skin. I wouldn't say that this is super mattifying, it gives that nice velvety feel to the skin. It does help to control oil if you're someone that has oily skin, but even if you have normal skin and you are a little bit on the drier side, it's comfortable to use without your skin feeling tight. This one doesn't accentuate the dryness the way matte products usually do. Come summer I'm going to enjoy this a little bit more when my skin is a little bit more oily. If you're someone with really dry, dehydrated skin, I would say don't go with this one, but if you want something that will tone down the glow and give more of that mattifying look without it being too mattifying, this one does that."
"I also absolutely love my IT Cosmetics CC cream. This is my favorite every year. I've been using this for at least 6 years and it's always my go-to. It honestly, even though redness, it covers up blemishes so nicely. You can achieve a full coverage look with this but you can also achieve a light to medium coverage depending on how much you're applying but also what you're using. If you use a damp Beauty Blender you're going to achieve more of that lighter finish, but if you're using a makeup brush like a foundation brush you're going to get more of that medium to full coverage. I have two shades: this is shade Fair as well as light. I generally have to mix these two together during the winter months but in the summer I'm strictly just light. But in the winter I have to mix the two because Fair on its own is just a little bit too fair for the winter, so that little bit of light just gives that perfect tone. This is also an SPF 50, all mineral, and there's also great skincare ingredients in here as well. This never ever disappoints."
"Because of how moisturizing it is, if your skin is ever tight or on the drier side, this would be a great option. This will give that light cover, you could get to a medium coverage but you would have to apply quite a bit, not full coverage at all. But this will give your skin that true glowy dewy complexion. This is not matte; eventually it might dry down skin-like but it takes a really long time to get there. So if you don't like that glow and that dewiness, then either don't use this or you might have to powder up in certain sections. It really is a nice option. It has a dropper style type of packaging. It really does give that nice healthy natural look to the skin and it does help to even out your skin tone. But again, remember it's more of that light coverage, so if you wanted to go in with a concealer afterwards just to touch up some areas you totally could. And I love it. I really do, and I like how there's a larger color range with this one as well."
"It's water resistant up to 40 minutes, it's very lightweight and doesn't feel greasy on the skin whatsoever. I kind of thought that maybe it might be greasy because of the coconut oil, but it's not. It actually dries down pretty nice, it's skin-like, so it doesn't add more shine to your skin whatsoever. I think it's decent, but I would only use this on my body. I don't want to use this on my face. And even for the body, I still much prefer a mineral-based sunscreen. But for something like this that is really quick and easy to use, I see myself using this a lot on the tops of my hands, my shoulders before I go out for a walk. But if I'm going to be at the beach all day, I'm going to want to use something all over, and I would most likely choose a mineral-based sun cream. I do think this is nice, and I think a lot of people could possibly really enjoy this."
"This is one of the best sunscreens I've ever used for the body. It's broadspectrum with 20% zinc oxide, so it's all mineral, and it has a beautiful floral scent. I'm not really a floral type of person, but I really love this scent, especially after it has toned down a little bit after a half an hour or so. This doesn't leave your skin greasy or sticky, your skin does not cling to your clothes, there's no gross sunscreen smell, and it truly doesn't leave a white cast on my skin. It actually blends in quite nice. I do like to prep my skin beforehand with a body lotion or a body cream just to give my skin that slip before going in with this because I feel like this spreads and applies well."

"This has been one of my go-tos for quite a while now. This has a zinc oxide of 99.4% and this is very similar to the bloom sunscreen in terms of containing a beigy tone to it. I absolutely do not see a white cast with this whatsoever and it does have that nice serum texture. So if you want something that is extremely lightweight that truly feels like you don't have anything on your skin then you will absolutely love this. This sits nicely on top of moisturizer. I've never experienced peeling before and also this sits beautifully underneath makeup and of course tinted sunscreens. I use this quite a bit because I love that serum texture. It's very moisturizing and again if you want to skip a moisturizer you totally could because this just has that perfect formula that keeps your skin comfortable for the entire day no matter what skin type you have. And I do have combination skin and I am acne prone. This also contains squalene which again is very hydrating and this also contains some antioxidants as well. So I'm a big fan of this. You guys have heard me talk about this many times in the past and I truly can't recommend this enough."
"This is all mineral with a zinc oxide of 17.5%. This is great for those that have sensitive skin or for those that experience compromised skin barriers due to active ingredients like tretinoin and so on. This contains colloidal oatmeal and this ingredient is very calming and soothing. It can help to repair the barrier, moisturize your skin, but also help to reduce itching, that burning sensation, and of course redness. This is fragrance free and I really like this underneath makeup or underneath a tinted sunscreen, but this is great on its own as well. It's a little bit thicker when it comes out so it's that true white sunscreen, but surprisingly it's very lightweight on the skin. It's not greasy and sticky. I would say it's kind of like skin-like, but it does keep your skin a little bit glowy which I think looks really beautiful. I really like this especially for my neck area if my neck is ever feeling compromised, and this is again moisturizing so you could skip your moisturizer if you really wanted to. I truly don't really see a white cast on my skin."
"I really did like it. It sat nicely underneath my makeup and it really didn't give that much of a white cast to my skin, and it sits nicely just on its own as well. It's also very moisturizing on the skin, it's not sticky, it's not gross, it's actually quite lightweight as well. This has a zinc oxide of 17.5%, and this is also not water resistant, so if you're looking for a water resistant formulation this isn't it, but this is great for everyday just running errands. "One of my favorite sunscreen formulations, this one is very moisturizing, it's lightweight, it's not greasy, perfect for all skin types. It works great on its own but also underneath makeup. It's 100 mineral with zinc oxide of 13.3 percent. This formula contains aloe and it also has a vitamin C derivative. I will say this is not water resistant, so if you plan on being in water, playing sports, or sweating a lot, you really want that water resistant formulation, and unfortunately this formula is not. But this one really is great for every day just to run errands and it's exceptional. On me personally I really don't see a white cast on my skin. I feel like this blends into the skin really well."
"This contains an SPF 35 with a zinc oxide of 6.7 percent and a titanium dioxide of 7.9 percent, so this is your under eye SPF but this also helps to color correct at the same time. There are different shades to pick from depending on your skin tone. It really has a nice applicator so you push down on this back button here and this helps to de-puff at the same time and it really is lovely. For me personally I don't have dark circles so this really doesn't benefit me in terms of disguising any darkness, but if you're someone that doesn't like using under eye concealer then this would act as that and it would help to just color correct a little bit, giving some brightness to the under eyes, and you're also getting that protection of SPF 35. Is this necessary? No, you can just use your face sunscreens up and around the eye area and I do majority of the time. Right now I am not going to be picking this up because it's not something that I need in my collection. I don't need that color correction."

If you have any redness, maybe you have blemishes that are causing some redness, then this really is great to use to neutralize that and to provide more of an even skin tone. I like to use this on my no makeup days, something that still evens out my skin tone, especially if I'm running errands or to the store. This is my go-to. This provides your skin with that radiant finish so it looks like your skin but better with a little bit of a glow. It's not greasy, it's not sticky or tacky. It just looks like your skin. This blends into my fair skin quite nicely. If you're looking for a tinted sunscreen or something to help neutralize redness, this really is great. This one has a zinc oxide of 2.9 percent and a titanium dioxide of 1.9 percent."
"This formula is super lightweight but it's moisturizing and this gives that light coverage as well. So if you have any redness or let's say you have blemishes dark spots, this doesn't exactly cover that up. I feel like your redness and your blemishes will still shine through at least from the experience that I have had with this. So sometimes I do like to put a little bit of foundation on those areas for additional coverage or even concealer and when I do that I feel like everything looks really good and the complexion looks even. And also you're using less foundation and makeup that way when you're using a tinted formula. I really like it. I feel like this is a great affordable option, something that evens out your skin tones slightly but it just has that lightweight formula that feels very comfortable on the skin."
"This is one of my favorites by the way. This is the Super Light Daily Wrinkle Defense broad spectrum SPF 30. This has a zinc oxide of 13 and I've been talking about this for a few years now and it has a beautiful formula. This contains antioxidants, it contains Resveratrol, so great to protect the skin from the environment, great for signs of aging, and also this has willow bark extract which has this calming soothing property to it. Great for all skin types in my opinion, but this is really good if you have oily combination skin. It's not too heavy but it's not extremely moisturizing either. It just has that nice formula that keeps your skin comfortable but not overly moisturized. They say this is a matte formula, I personally don't believe this is mattifying at all. I feel like this is more of that skin-like finish which I much prefer. I don't like that matte look on my skin."
"This formula is amazing. They say this is a matte formulation, I would say that this is more of that skin-like finish. It doesn't exactly give your skin that glow but it feels comfortable. It doesn't feel drying on the skin. It does not cling to dry patches, which is really important for me. I don't like when sunscreens cling onto dry patches where you have that flakiness. It's a very moisturizing formula, so you could skip your moisturizer that morning if you wanted to, especially in summer. It sits great on top of moisturizer and underneath makeup, and I sometimes use it in replacement of foundation. I really love this sunscreen, it's been my go-to this summer and it's truly one of my favorites at the moment."
"This is broad spectrum with both UVA and UVB protection, with a zinc oxide of 12% and a titanium dioxide of 10%, all mineral and tinted, in the shade medium. Sometimes I use this in replacement of under eye concealer, but if you have dark circles and discoloration you may want to use it prior to concealer, or it might be enough that you don't even need concealer. It's very moisturizing and does a good job brightening up the under eyes and evening everything out. It's very lightweight, doesn't make your under eyes look worse, and doesn't accentuate dryness or crepiness. [...] I really don't experience creasing with this, so you may not have to [...] set it with powder unless you want extra longevity. It's buildable from light to [...] medium coverage. [...] It's an SPF 41, [...] all mineral, no fragrance, and great for all skin types."
"This one actually from Allies of Skin is quite nice. [...] This product does not cause irritation for me, which is really weird because mostly all chemical-based sunscreens irritate my skin. [...] I like this one a lot because it has a built-in self-tanner at the same time. So it's very unique. This is the Sunless Tan SPF 50 Daily Self-Tanner. And this one has vitamin C, green tea, chamomile, licorice fruit extract, santalum album. So a lot of great skin ingredients in there to calm the skin, to keep the skin hydrated as well. And it is a broad-spectrum SPF 50 with a PA++++, which is really good. And it's water and sweat resistant up to 80 minutes. This does contain chemical-based sunscreen ingredients, but I think this is a nice one if you want that built-in self-tanner and it doesn't give you orange looking skin. It's actually very realistic. So if you want something to give your skin a little bit more color, use this on an everyday basis to keep up with it to build up that tan or just use it every other day just to maintain the tan shade that you desire."
"The last product is the SPF radiance powder. This is a broadspectrum SPF 30 powder sunscreen. This is all mineral, by the way. So, it has a zinc oxide of 22.5% and a titanium dioxide of 12.5%. There are a few shades to pick from, but I generally use shade fair the most because this acts as a translucent shade for me personally and it doesn't pack on more color when I'm applying it over and over throughout the day. So, in the dead of summer, when I'm at my darkest or I'm self-tanning, I will wear shade medium. But when I am at my fairest or I'm starting to lose my tan, then I will always use shade fair because when you reapply it throughout the day, like I said, it can pack on more color and then you see the difference in color from your neck. So, if you're not putting this on your neck, you might see the difference in shades. Just so you know, at least from my experience anyways. So to play it safe, I use shade fair. And this is a good way to reapply your sunscreen on top of a full face of makeup. Or if you're wearing tinted sunscreen and you have a little bit of blush and bronzer on your skin, then instead of reapplying your tinted sunscreen where you're going to ruin everything, then just use a powder SPF."
"This one from Dermatology is one of my favorites from Fall to Spring. I don't use this one in the summer because it's a little bit too heavy for my skin type, but the Dermatology Daydream moisturizer is lovely. It's your everyday moisturizer for your morning routine but it has a built-in SPF 40. It's all mineral, it's broad spectrum, it is water and sweat resistant up to 80 minutes, and it has a zinc oxide of 17%. I like this one for the winter because of how moisturizing it is. It's very rich, it gives my skin this nice little glow, but I also have that built-in SPF. Now, if I'm going to be outside for a long period of time in the winter, then I would maybe skip this and use a regular sunscreen where I can put two to three finger lengths of that to get that proper sun protection. But if it's cloudy, it's kind of crappy outside, then I will grab for this because I'm still getting that sun protection even though it's a cloudy day, but it's still rich and moisturizing, which a lot of the times I am looking for, especially in my morning routine. This sits really nicely underneath foundation and makeup. I just use this in the morning. I don't use this at night time because of that sunscreen."
"The Physical Tinted Moisturizer SPF 44 is a formulation I love because it's 100% mineral with zinc oxide of 10% and titanium dioxide of 5.5%. It's very moisturizing, it gives that glow to the skin, and you're getting that sun protection. This does help to even out your skin tone, it adds color to your skin, but also it just gives your skin this beautiful glow as well and it makes your skin look really healthy. That said, I don't rely on tinted sunscreens as my main sun protection because we should be applying approximately two to three finger lengths of sunscreen to our face to get proper sun protection. If I were to apply that much of this product, my skin would be very dark and it would look really unnatural. So I use a non-tinted sunscreen first, apply two to three finger lengths of it all over, and then with this product I can apply less to achieve that nice even complexion."
"It gives your skin that skin-like look with a little bit of that glow to it, and blushes and bronzers sit really nicely on top of it. Concealer as well, you could totally put foundation on top of this if you really wanted to, but this is actually lovely on its own. I'm going to give this a 6.5 out of 10 only because the tint just isn't there. I can only wear this if I'm self-tanning, so it would be nice if they came out with some other options for shades because even if you have a darker skin tone this possibly may not even work. We need like a light, a medium, and a deep shade here. I just don't feel like this color is going to work for everyone."

"I use this morning and evening to remove my makeup and sunscreen as that first cleanse at the end of the day, and then again as a double cleanse. It works really well to remove sunscreen, water resistant sunscreen, tinted SPFs, and lip stains, it removes everything really nicely and it's so gentle. It lathers up quite nicely and it's perfect for my combination acne prone skin. I do have another one going already."
"I went with the Neutrogena Niacinamide Cleansing Jelly 3% as this has been my go-to cleanser for quite a while now. Actually, I can't even recall how many of these I have purchased. I feel like this could be my fourth one. It could even be my fifth and I'm actually almost done this one. It really is lovely, super gentle, fragrance-free. It does the job well, it doesn't strip my skin, and it lathers really nicely."
"I use the Naturium Niacinamide Cleansing Gelée 3% 95% of the time to remove my makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day. This does a really good job and it performs just as good as a cleansing balm or a cleansing oil. It is very gentle, it's fragrance free, it does not strip the skin and it lathers quite nicely. I remove my makeup and sunscreen with this and then once I rinse my face off, I go back in with this to double cleanse my skin to ensure that my skin is really clean. I do that in my night time routine and sometimes I will use this in my morning as well and I keep this in my shower. This is one of my favorites and I've been using this for several months."
"This is the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm. If you love a good cleansing balm to remove your makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day, dirt and grime, this is an amazing one to try. This is actually really gentle. There are different fragranced options depending on what you want to use. This is the original one, but they do have a Naked one, which is fragrance-free. This does have a mild, fresh, citrusy scent to it, so if you can't do fragrance, there is a fragrance-free option, which I think is amazing, and the formula is the exact same except there's just no fragrance. This is a true balm that actually helps to soften and nourish the skin while you're using it. Of course it's not going to be left on the skin for too long, as this is meant to remove your makeup and sunscreen, but if you're someone that wears water resistant sunscreens, especially in the summer, waterproof mascara, or stubborn lip stains or lipsticks, this removes everything. When I put this all over, I let it sit for a couple of minutes just to let it marinate and basically melt off everything, and then when you go and rinse your face, your skin is super clean. It doesn't feel stripped, it actually feels really nourished. But I always go in with a second cleanse afterwards with a different cleanser just to make sure my skin is really clean before I start my nighttime routine. This is really lovely."
"I really love the Elmus Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm. I use this a lot, especially if I have a lot of makeup on or I'm using really thick, waterresistant sunscreens that are a little bit more difficult to remove at the end of the day. That's when I will opt for a cleansing balm or even a cleansing oil. But I've actually been using this the most and I really love this. So, if you're looking for a good cleansing balm, this one is really good."

"This one is not stripping in the least. This is honestly great for all skin types, even oily, even combination, but if you have dry sensitive skin you are going to absolutely love this. I guarantee it. This contains 1% colloidal oatmeal, which is very calming and soothing, great for sensitive skin, great for those experiencing a compromised skin barrier. This also prevents transepidermal water loss. It's very nourishing and moisturizing, but also if you're experiencing facial redness this can help to reduce the look of rosiness. This also contains marula oil which has antioxidant properties, so this is also rich in omegas. It also gives a nice glow to the skin as well, which I have found. The other key ingredient is elipe butter, which is a rich plant-based butter that is also rich in fatty acids. This does an amazing job to remove your makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day as that first cleanse. It removes mascara really nicely, water resistant sunscreens, foundations."
"I actually really enjoyed this. I would say that this is very comparable to the Pharmacy Green Clean cleansing balm and even some of the other cleansing balms that I have used in the past. I actually like this one better than the Vers cleansing balm that I have shared on my channel as well. I think that this does a better job and also I like this better than the Bioma cleansing balm as well. If you are looking for a good drugstore option, something that you can use as that first cleanse at night time to remove your makeup and sunscreen, I really do recommend this. It removes water resistant sunscreens really nicely as well as mascaras and lip stains. It does a fabulous job. If I want to go back to something that is from the drugstore then yes this would be the first one I reach for."
"It's truly great for all skin types even though it's marketed as normal to dry skin. I have combination skin and I am acne prone and I absolutely love this. It never breaks me out, it keeps my skin nice and comfortable, nice and moisturized. It's super gentle, it doesn't burn my eyes, and it's just one of those everyday cleansers that I feel like should be in everyone's arsenal. I wouldn't say this is the best cleanser to use to remove your makeup and sunscreen as that first cleanse in your nighttime routine. It doesn't exactly remove makeup too well, so I really love using cleansing balms first to loosen everything up and then I always go in with a second cleanse with a cleanser like this just to ensure that my skin is super clean. And then in my morning I will go in with a little bit of this as well just to cleanse my skin and it always does a good job. It never ever disappoints."
"First I was having a really good experience with this. My skin felt really clean afterwards, it didn't necessarily strip my skin barrier at all, it just had this nice cleanse, and I thought oh this is a great morning or nighttime cleanser. I was using this more nighttime, after I rinsed off my sunscreen and makeup. But as I got using this more and more often I started breaking out like crazy, little pimples all over my cheeks, my forehead, areas where I don't typically break out. I never get breakouts on my forehead or my temples, sometimes my cheeks I do, but this was completely different, so I knew this was coming from the cleanser, and once I stopped using this my skin cleared up completely. So I got looking at the ingredient list and I thought to myself, what could possibly be breaking me out? There are peptides in here, there's ceramides, I'm great with that, there's panthenol, there's aloe, I'm great with that, but there's a lot of oils, like grapefruit peel oil, orange peel oil, there's sage extract, sweet almond oil, lime oil, ginger root oil, peppermint oil. So I'm thinking it might be some of those oils that my skin's just not reacting well to, and there is a little bit of a citrusy scent."
"The BYOMA Melting Balm Cleanser is another great option to remove your makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day, as that first cleanse. Perfect for all skin types, it's also very gentle and it doesn't leave a film on the skin, but it does contain fragrance, so if you don't like fragrance in your skincare and you have sensitive skin, please keep that in mind. You're getting less product with this one, and it's a pretty big tub, which might be a little awkward to travel with. But it has a really nice buttery texture that feels really nice when you apply it to your skin, and it's also quite moisturizing. This will never strip your skin but this will also not leave a heavy film on the skin once you've rinsed it off. I have combination skin and I am acne prone and I love this. When you first start using it, it will be like a little oily, but once you add some water it does turn into this really beautiful milky cleanser and it cleanses the skin really nicely. All you need is the littlest amount, especially in your morning routine. This is one of the best, especially from the drugstore. Cocokind is one of my favorite drugstore brands. The brand feels very luxurious to me and it also feels very high-end."

"This is a yearly favorite and I have loved this for so many years. This was actually the first product that I started using when I was starting to get into skincare and makeup to remove my makeup at night time or my sunscreen. It is excellent because it is really quick to use. Honestly, you don't have to rinse this off after you've used it. I like to use this for those quick removals of lip stains or lipsticks, or if I have a specific makeup look going on but I want to switch out the lip look for evening. I will use this on a cotton pad or a Q-tip and wipe off that lip product and then go right in with a new lip, and you don't have to rinse this off. If I'm creating that winged out look and need to clean up the edges, I will put this on a cotton pad or Q-tip to clean up that area and make that winged out look more defined."

I've been using it for so many years and it's an excellent product to remove stubborn waterproof mascara, lip stains, sunscreens that are really difficult to remove at the end of the day, especially water resistant formulations. "I also really enjoyed the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture 5.5 Soft Cleansing Gel. I did share this a couple of times back in the summer months and I even featured this in my summer skincare routine video, I believe. I love this for the summer because it has that true gel texture, it lathers up nicely, it doesn't strip the skin. I honestly believe this will be great for the winter months as well, especially if you have oily combination skin, but even if you have dry skin or normal skin I think this is still going to be lovely. During the summer there were several times where my skin was on the drier side and this kept my skin barrier nice and comfortable. This has a pH of 5.5 which mimics your natural skin's pH, so it keeps everything balanced and it cleanses really nicely. You can use this both morning and evening. If you like K-Beauty and you like that gel texture, honestly I would say try this. It's also unscented, and it did the job really well. I really liked it."
"The Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Cleanser is one of my favorite drugstore cleansers because it's affordable but also it is extremely gentle, perfect for all skin types including oily skin, including acne-prone skin. I have combination skin, I am acne-prone, so sometimes my skin can be dry and sensitive, sometimes it can be oily, especially in the summer, and this cleanser works for every season. It is very gentle because it does have that oat ingredient, and so if you have sensitive skin or deal with a lot of dryness in the winter or all year round, pick up this cleanser and give it a go. It has this nice creaminess to it. It doesn't lather up too much, but it does have a slight lather where your skin is being cleansed, and I never have a film left over on my skin either. It really is an excellent one to use both morning and evening. I personally don't use that cleanser to remove my makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day because I feel like it doesn't exactly remove my makeup and sunscreen as well as that first cleanse, so I always like to resort to a cleansing balm for that. But the Aveeno cleanser is one of the best cleansers from the drugstore."
"This is amazing for removing your makeup, removing your sunscreen, and just cleansing your skin on an everyday basis. If you're looking for something that is extremely gentle, very moisturizing on the skin, but also something that is fragrance free, then this would be a great option. You are getting 400 mL of product, and all you need is basically one pump to cleanse your skin in the morning, one pump to remove your makeup and sunscreen. This is going to last you a really long time. It is super gentle and it doesn't burn my eyes when I'm trying to remove my mascara and my eye makeup. I've really been enjoying this."

"The Ordinary Amino Acids Plus B5 is truly like water. I've talked about this product for as long as I've had my YouTube channel, over seven years now, and it's one I continue to use over and over, more so during the colder months, but I do like to use it in the summer too when my skin feels tight or I want additional hydration. It's always my go to for that hydrating serum, very thin and lightweight, like water. It's a really underrated product that provides a lot of deep hydration and makes my skin feel good when it's compromised or tight. "This is a really nice product. I have been using this almost every single night since I purchased it and I am obsessed. I really love the performance of this serum on my skin. It really helps to improve texture, the clarity of your skin and then obviously in time it can address everything else that retinol does. Now, this contains a [bakuchiol] ingredient, which is a plant-based alternative to retinol, super gentle, but it also contains hydroxy panacolone retinoid, which is one of the newest retinoids in the retinoid category. So, this is a very gentle ingredient, but yet really powerful. So, you know, it's very possible that you could still experience irritation with this, but I find this to be very gentle. And we also have the reedles in here. So last year the VT Reedle shots were going viral on YouTube and Tik Tok. There's different strengths and it basically mimics at home micro needling but topically with product. So these have like these little microscopic particles, silica particles that act as that micro needling. So you can actually feel a little bit of that sensation on your skin."
"I love the Living Proof line. There are several products that I do enjoy and this was something that I really wanted to try because I wanted to compare it with K18. And to be honest with you, I think the K18 is way better. And the reason being is because I find the K18 is more lightweight. It's lighter in texture when you apply it to your hair and after you've blow dried your hair and you've styled your hair. The K18, it just makes your hair feel so soft and smooth. It adds a lot of shine and my hair just feels so healthy. With this one, I don't get that. And I don't know if it's because, you know, I have fine hair. This has a little bit of that thicker texture to it. So, even with one pump, like with the K18, I used two pumps. I used two pumps with this a few times. Oh my god, I had such a film in my hair. My hair actually felt and looked greasy after I blow-dried my hair. My ends were really frizzy. It just felt like I had this film in my hair. I couldn't stand it. I had to wash my hair the next day. So then I did one pump and then applied it to mids to ends a little bit in the bang area and I got the same result just not as intense as the two pumps. And I didn't like it. I don't know. The formula just doesn't work for my fine hair."
"You don't have to use these with relay therapy. You can just use them on its own but if you have a relay therapy device at home then you can use this with it before or after. And I really like this. And there's also ascorbic acid in here. So I like to spray this on sometimes before my mask or sometimes I will just use it afterwards."

"I do like to use it with in my skincare routine because it just preps your skin for your serums or for your moisturizer but I love that glow and that dewyness and this facial mist will provide your skin with that. I do like to use this even throughout the winter on top of makeup especially if my skin is feeling dry or it's looking a little crusty. When you have makeup on and you're starting to see your little flakes come through this is a really nice facial mist to just spray all over just to basically reset your skin and it just brings life back and you just have this nice glow again. There is a 30 mil size but they also offer a 100 mil size which is great to keep at home and I think that's the size that I'm going to purchase. It smells incredible, it smells very spa and very fresh. I really love it."
"If you're looking for a 10% option that is strictly just Argireline, I would say look into this and it's also really affordable. You're getting 30 ml of product and there is a 12-month shelf life with this. [...] A lot of people swear by this and truly this does work. There was a time where I was really consistent with this and it really did help to soften some of the lines around my eyes, so crow's feet. You can use this underneath the eyes if your skin allows you to. [...] The skin underneath and around the eyes is so thin and delicate so we should always be cautious, but when I was testing this I was mainly using this as an under-eye serum and it worked really well. "Blistex and so on contain fragrance and Menthol and ingredients that actually dry out our lips more so we're addicted to that lip product because we keep reapplying thinking that it's going to heal our lips but at the end of the day it never does it just makes our lips worse and worse. "The Copper Amino Isolate Lipid is very similar to the serum except for this one has that thick texture. Depending on what type of texture you are looking for, that will determine which one to go with. I always chose the serum because it's easier to use, it's thin, it's lightweight, it layers up nicely with skincare, and I've never had an issue with peeling. When you use something that is a little bit thicker, sometimes depending on the other products that you're using in your skincare routine like moisturizers, sunscreen, makeup, or even other serums, there's always that chance of pilling. "This is a product that you spot treat in those areas where you need more volume. They say this is filler in a bottle. It's not filler in a bottle. It does not work like filler, but eventually it can help to plump up the skin, I suppose, in those areas. I really didn't have a good experience with this. "I have another facial mist. This is the Timeless HA spray that contains Matrixyl 3000. There's aloe, glycerin, hyaluronic acid in here, and rose extract. And this smells like rose water. Smells like fresh roses. It smells so nice. There are four scents to choose from. So, there's rose, orange, lavender, and cucumber. Cucumber is actually my favorite. It smells like real chopped up fresh cucumbers. It's very refreshing. That's actually my go-to summer one, but I do like to use the rose one as well as it has like this calming effect to the skin, but it's more for hydration in my opinion. And this is something that I use before serums and moisturizer, so after cleansing. And this does have that Matrixyl 3000, which is a peptide. So, this is a nice anti-aging facial spray. But I use this more for hydration. And sometimes I will pair it up with the hypochlorous acid, but I usually just use one or the other. I don't use both really, but I really like the rose one. So, if you love facial mists like this and you love Timeless, I feel like you're going to really love this one. But remember, there are three other scents. The cucumber one though is the most refreshing."
"This is a pillow that has this nice unique 3D design with cutouts on either end. When you're sleeping on this, especially if you are a side sleeper like myself, there is no way for this pillow to cause creasing and fine lines and wrinkles. The only areas where this pillow is touching your body is your neck and your head. [...] When you're sleeping on your side, the side of your face isn't even touching the pillow. There is absolutely no way for your face to be touching the pillow. [...] So crows feet is not going to be a thing. Creasing, nothing is going to be smooshed while you're sleeping. This has a glass style packaging, so not exactly ideal for those that are traveling, but I really do like the packaging. It looks very sleek and chic."

I've been using this mainly in my morning routine to get that tightening firming effect for the day. The texture spreads very nicely, absorbs right into the skin leaving a non-greasy finish, and gives the under eyes a refreshed look with a slight glow. I really like it so far and I think this could benefit a lot of people. This would be a great starter eye cream and a great eye cream for those that have sensitivities or sensitive skin."

"If you're consistent with some type of retinol-based eye product, it can help to diminish them over time and prevent milia as well. It got rid of my milia within 3 months or so, and this has prevented milia as well. This is a product that I have been using consistently for the last 7 years and it never ever disappoints. It will target all eye concerns as well. This is more of a gel, though they do consider it a serum, but it's a little bit thicker. It has bakuchiol, which is a plant-based alternative to retinol that works very similar to what retinol does, but it's more gentle. And there's also rambutan and ferulic acid, which are two antioxidants that can help to brighten the skin as well and to protect the skin from environmental stressors. There's glycolic acid in here as well as salicylic acid, and licorice root extract, which is an ingredient that can help to naturally brighten the skin as well. So there's a lot of ingredients in here that will give that overall brightness, and these ingredients, along with others, will help to soften fine lines and wrinkles, great to get rid of any type of texture and crepiness, and just keeping the skin really soft and smooth. This is one of the nicest eye products that have retinol in them. It can be a little strong at first if you're new to it, so I would say start with a couple of nights per week and then gradually increase from there."
"This has been a favorite of mine for quite some time and I really love this one a lot. The reason why I like this a lot is because this helps to brighten it moisturizes it lifts firms and addresses fine lines and wrinkles without using retinol bioactive peptides vitamin C all of those other types of active ingredients. So if you're looking for an eye cream that tackles fine lines and wrinkles without those ingredients then this would be a great option to look into. This is super gentle and it might take a little bit longer to work to see results in terms of firming and softening the fine lines but it's still a great one to use every day twice a day and this is one that you can use a lot because there's no actives in here. There is seagrass extract and this ingredient will help to lift and firm the skin, there's pink marine algae which helps to lift and firm the skin, and then of course there is squalane which is their signature ingredient. "This one has three types of vitamin C's and there's also tranexamic acid so these two ingredients specifically can really help to brighten up the skin around the eyes if you struggle with dark circles discoloration dullness then vitamin C tranexamic acid with consistency can really help to brighten and this eye serum really does brighten. I don't struggle with dark circles I'm very fortunate but sometimes my under eyes can be a little dull and this has been a great one to use to brighten up the skin specifically so I really love using this in my morning routine but this can be used every day twice a day. "This is a fairly new product that they recently just came out with. From my time using this I really love it and I had to include it in this video. This would be great for those that are looking for that everyday eye product that can be used morning and evening, something that is plumping, hydrating and repairing on the skin. These ingredients are going to prevent transepidermal water loss, it's going to strengthen that skin barrier around the eyes and it is very hydrating. That metal applicator is really nice and cooling especially if you're really puffy when you first wake up in the morning, so I do like to keep this in the fridge sometimes and then use that metal applicator to spread the product to depuff. The formulation is really moisturizing. There is squalane, there's hyaluronic acid, there's vitamin E, there is a peptide in here, so it's a great anti-aging eye cream but it really keeps your under eyes nice and moisturized. If you're someone that has a lot of dryness especially during the winter, this is really lovely. If you're someone that wears concealer and makeup, this eye cream is a great product to use beforehand. It really preps the under eyes and your under eyes look incredible when you have concealer on top of this. It just looks so moisturized, it doesn't look creepy and cakey. It's a beautiful formulation."
"This one has caffeine to depuff but it also contains Matrixyl 3000, which is a type of peptide that helps with signs of aging. It's affordable and it does work for deep puffing. [...] I have used this on and off for a couple of years now and it really does work. I just feel like it works better when I pair it up with an eye serum or right after one of the eye masks. If you're looking for a good affordable eye cream that contains that retinol ingredient, something to really help with fine lines, texture, tone, then this really is a lovely option to go with. Now, I'm not going to be purchasing this at the moment just because my go-to is eye serums and I have a lot of eye serums that I need to use up first, and sometimes I will put a regular eye cream on top of those eye serums just to keep the skin nice and moisturized, but also sometimes I just use my face moisturizers and bring them up around the eyes, so I don't need to pick up another one at this time. But this would be one that I would refer back to down the road for sure."

I do feel like when you keep this in the fridge these silver spheres get really cold and then of course when you apply it to the eye area it does help to de-puff. It targets all eye concerns like crow's feet, fine lines and wrinkles, and texture, it helps improve dark circles and really helps to depuff, it does it all. There's peptides in here, and bakuchiol, which acts similarly to traditional retinol but without the irritation process, plus vitamin C, omegas which are fatty acids and lipids, and ceramides. The ingredient list is truly ten out of ten and this works really well. A little goes a long way, it spreads so nicely, very lightweight and never sticky or tacky, and it doesn't peel with other products including makeup and sunscreen."
"These are extremely brightening and one of the best eye masks on the market, hands down. Not only because it's brightening, but they're very saturated with ingredients. It's a great product to depuff and rejuvenate the under eyes. If you want to use this every day, you can, or just use this a couple of times per week like I do. But if you wake up puffy, this is a great product to depuff. And the longer you can leave these on, the better the results. Your under eyes will be bright after one use, but with continuous use, that brightness is going to get brighter and brighter and the results are absolutely fabulous. "DRMTLGY has two eye creams, but I like this one the best because I feel like it's more advanced and it works better. This formulation has an ingredient called hydroxypolene retinoid, which is a newer retinoid that is more gentle but yet powerful and it really does work. Retinoids are great for targeting a lot of skin issues like texture, crepiness, fine lines and wrinkles and it just really helps to rejuvenate the skin. I love eye creams that contain retinoids because the skin is so thin and delicate and it's one of the areas where we do start to see premature aging, crow's feet, crepiness, loss of firmness. So this would be a great product to use every night around the eyes. If you're unsure how your skin is going to adjust with this, then I would say start with one or two nights per week and then gradually increase your usage from there. But I only use this once a day and I only use this at night time because of that retinoid. There's other ingredients in here like pumpkin seed oil, peptides, and glycerin. It is very moisturizing and quite repairing around the eyes."

It provides all the hydration so nicely, really maintains that healthy barrier, and your skin just looks incredible when you're consistent with it. "I have been using this for several years. Every year I like to purchase a new one because I love how thin and lightweight this is. I like using this as an essence, even though they say this is a lightweight moisturizer. You could totally use this as your moisturizer replacement, especially if you're someone that has normal combo oily skin. If you have dry skin, you might like this more as an essence and then use a thicker moisturizer at the very end. This one is very similar to Roadkin in my opinion, but this one's a little bit thinner and not as rich and heavy. This one does a good job to reduce the look of facial redness. It calms, it soothes, and it moisturizes the skin. There's hyaluronic acid, microalgae, prickly pear, and fatty acids in here as well. I like to use this when my skin is drier, so this is one that I tend to use quite a bit in my morning routine before my serums because of how thin and lightweight it is. I love the Ilia brand and it's one of my absolute favorites."

If you have accelerated signs of aging or spend a lot of time outside, I'd use this one every day, at least in the morning, and use the second generation mist at night, though you can use both every day twice a day. It's great for dry, dehydrated skin, but even with her oily, combination, acne-prone skin it's still great to use, just maybe not every day, more when skin feels tighter, more compromised, or dry and flaky from an active ingredient. She's been using it lately, though come humid summer she probably won't use it as often since she gets oilier and more acne-prone then. "This is the Rhode Glazing Milk Essence. I really like this because it's milky. It's lightweight, but it's rich. It's very hydrating and repairing on the skin. So you can use this everyday twice a day, or you can just use this when you need it. Like if your skin is a little bit drier and tighter or maybe your skin is feeling a little sensitive and it's compromised maybe from active ingredients, then that would be a good time to incorporate this. But it can be used every day just to maintain hydration. And it's also a lovely one for all skin types. You can be oily and use this. You can also be very dry. I have combo skin, I have acne prone skin. This does not break me out. I've also never experienced peeling with this either. It actually is a friendly product that pairs up nicely with everything. There's ceramides in here. There's magnesium, zinc, and copper. There's vitamin E. So this is also going to protect your skin from free radicals like pollution, but at the same time, it's going to aid in skin repair and just keep your skin really healthy and hydrated. And I really, really love this. So if you love a good milky essence, then I do recommend this."
"The way that this makes your skin look and feel is insane. This has really helped my skin during the winter months. But even though we're basically spring now going into summer, I'm still going to use this because milky essences like this always keep my skin nice and balanced and hydrated whether I need it or not. "I really love the formulation. Very hydrating. It has a milkiness to it and it's also quite repairing on the skin. So, if you have a compromised skin barrier, you're experiencing redness, your skin's just a little angry, this is a lovely product to use after cleansing, but before your serums and the remaining products in your skincare routine. I don't love the packaging. The sprayer does not spray out very nicely. It comes out like a jet. So, when you're spraying this on your face, it's just targeting one area and it's just not enjoyable to use. It doesn't have that nice fine mist where it's covering your entire face. I really hope that they change the packaging or the sprayer because I don't love that. So, instead, I just spray four or five pumps into the palm of my hand and I will apply it to my skin like that, which is fine. I don't mind doing that because the formula is really really nice and it does provide a lot of comfort and hydration, but don't love the packaging."

"This is the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence. This is a wonderful essence to provide your skin with hydration, with that plumper look, and something that helps to prevent transepidermal water loss. So if you're struggling with dryness, you have tightness, or you just love that plumper, hydrated look to the skin, then you're going to love this. I don't find that this necessarily repairs my skin barrier. I don't really feel like it reduces the look of redness, and this definitely doesn't brighten from my experience with this, but this is more for that plumper, juicier complexion, something that keeps your skin plump and hydrated for the entire day or for the entire night. This is great. And yes, this is from snails and it has that unique texture where it looks slimy, but when you apply it to your skin, it just feels like hyaluronic acid to me. Eventually it dries down, your skin isn't left sticky and tacky, it actually dries down quite nice. Yes, you might have a subtle glow to your skin. I've never had an issue with peeling. This can be used every day, twice a day. I mainly use this in my morning routine just because I love how this shines through my sunscreen."
"This one is a little bit more repairing than the Ilia. So if you have sensitive skin, your skin barrier is compromised, your skin is irritated, you have a lot of redness going on, your skin is super tight, then I would say go with this one. I was actually using this all winter and it kept my skin so hydrated. It kept it so nourished and I really loved this. I still use this even though we're coming into the warmer months. It's not heavy. It's not greasy or sticky. It actually has a very similar finish on the skin as the Ilia, but it doesn't peel with skincare products. It doesn't peel with my makeup. And it's something that I do use every day, twice a day. This one has chamomile, which is going to help calm and soothe your skin. There's ceramides in here that actually help to strengthen your skin barrier and it helps to prevent transepidermal water loss. And there's also white Hawaiian honey, which is rich in antioxidants, and this can also improve dryness, bringing in hydration. Great for all skin types. It has that liquid, thin, milky texture, and this is amazing, especially when your skin is angry and you just want to keep it nice and hydrated and repaired."

"This is your true hydrating soothing facial mist. There isn't a lot of ingredients in here which is why I like it, and I like this especially when my skin barrier is compromised, so if I have that itch, that burning sensation, my skin is dry and tight, I will generally stop all of my active ingredients and I will create a skin care routine that is repairing, moisturizing and hydrating. When I'm using these types of products, I like to use this facial mist with those and I like to use this in between each application so that all of those products are applied to damp skin for better absorption. This also is a great product even on its own to hydrate and soothe the skin, but when you pair this up with those ingredients that are repairing your skin barrier, it heals up even quicker. I use this when I need it, but I also like using it during the day as that refresher if my skin is feeling tight, if my skin is feeling flushed and I have that warming sensation and I can't seem to cool myself down. I will pop this in the fridge for a little bit and then apply this to my face when it's nice and cold."
"When my skin is dry and it's irritated, especially during the winter months, I will always incorporate an essence, and the one that I love is the Kerx Advanced Snail Mucin Power Essence. This is basically like glass skin in a bottle. It gives your skin that glass-like look, it looks so healthy, you have this glow to your skin, and your skin has this bounce to it as well. This is a great one to use every day twice a day, or you can just strictly keep this for your nighttime routine. I will use this on my recovery nights when I'm not using tretinoin, and I will also use this when I am using tretinoin, especially in my winter routine. This is exceptional. It also helps to repair your skin barrier, but it's more moisturizing than anything. If you're lacking that moisture and your skin is super dry, tight, and flaky, use an essence. The Cucumber one smells like fresh chopped up cucumbers, it doesn't smell artificial in the least, it smells like the real thing. It contains Matrixyl 3000, aloe, and hyaluronic acid. You're getting 120 milliliters of product, so four fluid ounces, and these do last a really long time. You can use them every day, twice a day, multiple times a day, and they're also really affordable."
"I would be calling in a refill for tretinoin. This is a non-negotiable. This is what I use at night time as my main active ingredient. I'm using the Retin-A brand tretinoin cream at a 0.05%. I would remain on this strength, and I do plan on staying on this strength for quite a while because I still get quite flaky. Even 7 years, almost 7 years of using tretinoin, I still get flaky. And the flake happens every 3 to 4 days. So, once I have the flake and I remove the flakes, 3 to 4 days later, the flakes are back again. So, it is an every 3 to 4 day struggle, but it's well worth it because every time you remove those flakes, your skin just looks glowier. You have this brightness to your skin. It's also improving texture, tone. It's stimulating new collagen. It does so many wonderful things for our skin for anti-aging. I use this at night time only, and I do like to pair this up with growth factors. This pairing is exceptional."
"I have talked about this a couple of times already here on my channel and I really love this. I took a break from Tretinoin to test this and I have been so impressed with this that I haven't even went back to Tretinoin yet. I really like this. And sometimes I do take breaks from Tretinoin. I feel like it's nice to do that. At least I think so because I am somebody that still experiences flakiness and dryness around the mouth. Sometimes I still experience irritation. Even though I've been using Tretinoin for 6 years, I still experience all of that still. Not obviously as bad as what I did when I first started, but I just like to take breaks and just use other things. And I have really been impressed with this product especially. So this has the Reedles. So if you're familiar with this brand, they do have a lot of products with these Reedles and basically the higher the number, this is at 100, but they have other products that are even higher. There's 300 for some products and so on. So the higher the number, the more intense it is when you're using it. So this is basically like little needle-like fibers that help the absorption of the active ingredients that are in here."
"This is a great affordable option for those that want to keep things budget friendly. This is also a great option for those that have sensitive skin or if you're a beginner to the retinol world. It's a great intro product. [...] This has an encapsulated retinol, which means that this has more of a gentle approach, even more gentle than just regular retinol. Anything that is encapsulated will have more of that slower delivery system into the skin, which means it's going to be more gentle for you. I would definitely recommend that if you're a beginner and then as your skin adjusts to the retinol, then move up to something a little bit stronger. For example, there's niacinamide in here and this ingredient really helps to fade dark spots and post acne marks, but it can also brighten the skin at the same time. Retinaldehyde does that also. So I feel like this combination really gives that extra kick to your skin to brighten everything up. There's also hyaluronic acid, ceramides, squalane, aloe. There's green tea. "This one also has Centella asiatica, squalane, and aloe. So hydrating, repairing, calming ingredients to keep the skin nice and comfortable when you're using those three types of retinoids. And this one really does wipe out texture. It gives this nice softness to your skin and then over time with consistency it can improve everything else. You want to use it at night time because this one is a little bit stronger. You might want to start with a few nights per week for a couple of weeks and then gradually increase your usage from there just to see how your skin does. Or you can just go right in and use this every night if you really wanted to. This one does have a little bit of a thicker texture than the [CeraVe] one. Even though it's considered a gel, it's not as runny and as thin as the [CeraVe]. It spreads really nicely. And this one is a little bit more moisturizing on the skin in my opinion. So this one will have more of a moisturizer feel to the skin. So you may not need to put a moisturizer on top of this if you don't want to."
"I love a good eye cream and a good eye serum. I'm always looking to improve the texture, helping to soften some of the fine lines that I do have and obviously to help prevent as much as possible. This is a really nice eye cream because it has an encapsulated retinaldehyde. Retinaldehyde is in the middle between retinol and retinoic acid. "This is a product that I've always raved about because not only does it have the retinol, it also has vitamin C and peptides, so it's going to help firm, address fine lines and wrinkles, it's going to brighten, it's going to improve texture, and it's great for those that have acne-prone skin as well. It really does it all. And all you need is a pea-sized amount to apply to your face and then another pea-sized amount to cover your neck area. I use this on my neck and my chest, and it's a product that treats the skin really well with no irritation."
"The first time that you use this you do see that instant brightness if you had any dry flakiness honestly I feel like that's completely gone it improves texture it helps with skin tone if you have that unevenness and then of course signs of aging. The more consistent you are with this the better off but it is a product that you do see instant results and in terms of brightness and I just absolutely love this for the face the neck and the chest the tops of the hands and my elbows and my knees. This is very saturated with product and it's also very concentrated as well. We have the 0.5% retinol there is bakuchiol which is a plant-based alternative to retinol so it does very similar things to what retinol does but it's not as irritating and as harsh there's ferulic acid in here which is an antioxidant rutin which is great for signs of aging. I feel like rutin ferulic acid and bakuchiol are three ingredients that Dr. Dennis Gross tends to put in a lot of their products and I just love these three ingredients for signs of aging."

"I'm going to go in with the Paula's Choice Barrier Repair Advanced Moisturizer and this is really nice for those that are looking for that lightweight formulation that is still extremely moisturizing and repairing to the skin. This formula also contains peptides but there's ceramides in here to keep that skin barrier nice and repaired and peptides pair up nicely with tretinoin or let's say with a retinol so I do like to still have a moisturizer that contains some anti-aging properties in there just to give my skin that added boost but this is very very moisturizing."

If you're new to retinol and you're looking for something quite gentle on the skin, this would be a great intro retinol to introduce into your nighttime skincare routine. When I used it on my neck, I honestly did not see any irritation whatsoever. Of course, we are all different when it comes to retinol and we can experience irritation and dryness depending on the formulation and how sensitive our skin is. But this really is a nice retinol to use, especially if you are a beginner."
"This has several peptides in here, six peptides to be exact. There's 11 antioxidants and brighteners. There's also ceramides and omegas, so these ingredients really help to repair and strengthen your skin barrier. And again, you need that when you're using a retinaldehyde, but we have the peptides for anti-aging and for firming. Retinaldehydes also help to firm the skin, stimulate collagen. It targets all skin concerns, really. I only use this at night time because of the retinaldehyde, so keep this for night time and then use something different in the morning. I do like to use this on the nights that I don't feel like using tretinoin and I also bring this down my neck as well and I never experience irritation when I do that. This actually is quite gentle in my opinion. But we're all different, so be cautious. Maybe start with a couple of nights per week and then slowly increase your usage from there."
"It's very nourishing and it's yellow in color. So when I put this on my skin, I do have a little bit of a yellow tinge to my skin. But by the next morning though, it just rinses right off. So this is a nighttime product. You only want to use this at night time. And you can use it every single night. "This was nice but I didn't love it. I feel like there's better out there in terms of strength. I found this to be very gentle, which is great if you have sensitive skin, but if you are looking for something at a higher strength, something that is a little bit more aggressive to target sagging and wrinkles, discoloration, stretch marks, all that stuff, I just don't think this is the best option. The only thing that I noticed was that my skin was a lot softer and smoother, so it does help to address texture and it is very moisturizing, but besides that I really didn't see anything else. Maybe you'd have to go through like three of these before you see results. I'm not going to be repurchasing right now. If you are looking for something that is quite strong and powerful, I wouldn't say that this is it."
"I really, really love the One Skin OS-01 Lip SPF Broad Spectrum SPF 15 plus. It's all mineral with 5.5% zinc oxide, which is rare for a tinted lip product, and it also contains six different antioxidants and a few oils, but the balm doesn't feel oily. It has a really nice pinky coral shade that I think would look good on all skin tones, and I wear it a lot on its own or paired with a lip liner. It's not sticky, my hair doesn't stick to my lips, and it's the perfect texture. I also like that the metal applicator can be wiped clean and disinfected, which you can't do with a lot of other lip balm SPFs. If you're looking for a good tinted SPF, this is a great option."
"I have been obsessed with this since I bought it. I use it every day, literally. It is literally the perfect shade. I also like to just wear this on its own, and this is also really nice, but if you want more of that fuller look, then pair it up with your favorite lip liner, or you can also put this on top of a matte lipstick if you want to. On its own, it actually gives quite a bit of color. It's not exactly sheer, but it's also not super pigmented, either. It's literally the perfect shade that I feel would look good on so many skin tones. It's got the SPF 15, but it also has six types of antioxidants, one of them being a vitamin C derivative. There's also shea butter. There's other types of oils in here. There's sea buckthorn fruit oil. There's peptides. This is fabulous. It's non-drying. It doesn't dry out your lips. It's very nourishing, moisturizing. You're treating your lips for signs of aging. You're also protecting at the same time, and it is one of my favorites as of right now."
"This is exceptional for outlining your lips and giving more of that contoured look. I will line my lips with this, but I focus more on the Cupid's bow and underneath that middle part of the lip. I don't necessarily go on the outskirts. Sometimes I do, but if I do, I'm blending it out, and I'm really focusing on that color underneath the lip and the Cupid's bow just to make it look more full."
"The other lip product is by Summer Fridays, the Lip Butter Balm in shade Poppy. So, this has like an orangey shade to it, but really summery, really fresh looking. I love this color a lot and I love this product because again it is very hydrating. It also has a scent. It smells like oranges and it does give a pop of color to the lips as well. Whether you want to pair this with a lip liner or just wear it on its own."
"I actually really like this product from Cocokind. This is the Ceramide Lip Blur Balm. There's a few tinted options as well [...] that I do like to use during the day, but this one of course is clear, perfect for nighttime. There's no fragrance. It's not sticky or tacky. Your hair does not stick to your lips, which is a great thing. And I like this because we have the ceramides there to help prevent moisture loss, to help repair the skin, but also there's peptides in here as well, which I think is still very important to have for the lips, no different than the rest of our face. So, I love products like this that contain those anti-aging ingredients. And you can also put this on top of lip liner, on top of matte lipstick. You can do whatever you like. And it's a great option if you're looking for something that is affordable, but something that also just keeps the lips nice and moisturized."
"I was looking for a plumping lip product and I have tried many in the past and some are just so intense. They have that real burning, tingly sensation and sometimes they're just not enjoyable to use and then it causes a lot of redness around the lip area and it can look not right. So I really wanted to try this and I'm so glad that I did. This contains spicy ginger and spicy oils and this has a warm sensation. It's not hot from my experience with it. It has a light warm sensation if that makes sense. And there is a little bit of a tingliness which might last 10 to 15 minutes tops and then it subsides. But your lips do plump up. You get that fuller look. This gives that juiciness and it's also very hydrating. This doesn't make my lips dry. It doesn't make my lips feel uncomfortable. It does provide a lot of hydration. There is vitamin E in here and hyaluronic acid. And there are several shades to pick from. I do have it on my lips today and I did pair it up with a lip liner, but this on its own still gives great color. You don't even really need to pair this up with a lip liner if you don't want to. And there are some shimmer shade options as well if you'd prefer that. But this is really nice. The longevity is there. Honestly, I have to reapply this maybe once every two hours. And that is rare when it comes to a lip product. For me personally, I feel like I always have to reapply my lip products, especially tinted lip balms."

"The Paula's Choice Pro Collagen Peptide Gloss Balm is very moisturizing and gives the lips that nice plumpness, but because it contains peptides it can also treat lip lines. It does have a little bit of a sweet vanilla scent to it and a very sheer tint, I don't see anything when I apply it to my lips, it's just clear basically. I like to apply this several times throughout the day and before bed. It's also a nice product to use on top of lipsticks and lip liners, and it just gives that nice juicy plump look. Within a couple of minutes you do feel that little plumpness to your lips. It doesn't have a tingling sensation or anything, but all the ingredients mesh well together and it just plumps up the skin on your lips. I absolutely love it."
"The Ordinary Squalane + Amino Acids Lip Balm is very moisturizing, great to repair dry lips and also great to prevent dryness. It really gives that nice plump to the lips and I really like it. "This is a cream blush and I really do like liquid blushes also and I will use a liquid blush for this type of look so it just depends on what I feel like using but cream or liquid those are usually my two go-tos. I'm not really into powder blushes right now because I just feel like cream and liquid just look so so natural on the skin. I'm going to grab a little bit more on the brush and just add it along the hairline because this looks like the sun naturally sunkissed your skin it looks a little sunburnt and I really like that look especially when you mimic it with makeup of course not with sun exposure but it just looks really youthful when you add a little bit of that flush to the hairline and then of course I do like to add a little bit across the nose as well because of course the sun can naturally do that also and again I'm trying to create more of that natural look with the skin and I just think that there just looks chef's kiss."
"I do get that with this sometimes where it gets a little bit gummy on the lips and you can kind of scratch it off, and I don't like that, but you can get that with a lot of lip products unfortunately. But honestly I just love the formulation and the color is truly on point as well. I do like to pair this up with a lip liner for that longevity, but sometimes I will just use this on its own so you will get more of that sheer look to your lips but it's still beautiful to have that little subtle pop of color, especially if you want that no makeup makeup look or you're just somebody that doesn't like too much of that pop on the lips. I put a little layer at night time, a little layer in the morning, sometimes during the day if I feel like I don't want to use a tinted lip balm or like a lipstick I will use this and it does the job well. It's affordable, you can get this at the drugstore, you can use this all over the body, but it's amazing for the lips."

"Allies of Skin has a really nice one. This is called the Peptide and Ceramide Repair Lip Balm. So, there's ceramides, there's peptides, there's vitamin E, there's sea buckthorn, there's sunflower seed oil, there's avocado oil. There's a lot of great ingredients in here. And it is really nourishing. It actually feels really nice on the lips. It's not greasy or sticky and it really does a good job to repair the lips. And I think this is going to be great for the winter."
"This has that SPF 40 [...] and it's all mineral. So, this has a zinc oxide of 12% and you are getting 3.5 ms of product. [...] It almost feels like a lip oil kind of. It's very thin and very lightweight. It's not sticky at all. My hair never sticks to my lips when I am wearing this. So, if you hate that stickiness, you're not going to get that with this. But it really does have that nice long wear, but also very nourishing to the lips. This is a great one for all year round. I really love a good lip product that has that SPF because sometimes I don't always remember to put SPF on my lips, especially when I'm [...] going to be outside for a long period of time."
"I love the OneSkin OS-01 Body Topical Supplement, which is essentially a body moisturizer. The one I'm using has no scent at all, no fragrance, nothing gross. I like it because it has the OS1 senescence blocking peptide, which is why I use it, and it's great for reversing cellular damage and improving crepiness above the knees, on the elbows, chest, hands and arms. It's so moisturizing, it has a few different oils in it but it's not oily, your clothes don't stick to your skin, and it has a beautiful silky satin texture. It really is one of the best body moisturizers I've ever used, especially one geared towards anti-aging and improving skin tone and softness. I know it's not exactly the cheapest body moisturizer out there, but the ingredients are very advanced and I'm very impressed with it."
"I've been talking about this product for years and I still use it because it does a really good job to improve skin texture. If you have any dryness or flakiness on your legs, or you have keratosis pilaris, those bumps that can form behind your thighs or the backs of your arms, this product is exceptional. It's the First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser, the body scrub that contains 10% AHA, glycolic and lactic acid, so it has a nice grit to it, like a pumice. I really love this for my chest specifically because sometimes in the summer I get a little bit of roughness there, and [...] if you self tan and still have some self tanner lingering on your body, this on its own does a really good job of getting rid of that. It just sloughs everything off and gives a really nice smooth canvas to the skin. I like to do this maybe once a week, sometimes two or three times a week if my skin is really dry or I have a lot of bumps. It's [...] fragrance free, which I feel is good for those who are more on the sensitive side since it's quite gentle, but because it is like a pumice and a little rough, maybe start with a little amount and see how it feels on your skin. [...] I really love using this even on my hands when my knuckles are a little dry, and on my heels, [...] especially during the winter but even in the summer. It's just a really great product to exfoliate."
"I've been using the OSEA Undaria Algae Body Butter [...] on and off for several years. Anytime I want another body butter in my routine, [...] this is always the one I'll repurchase because it truly acts like a real body butter, it's thick, rich, and very moisturizing on the skin. If you have dry, flaky, parched skin you are going to love this, I guarantee it. [...] It has undaria seaweed, which is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids, [...] plus ceramides, shea butter, and additional amino acids, so it keeps the skin moisturized, helps firm the skin, and improves the skin barrier. [...] It does have a little bit of a citrusy scent, which I actually really like, but it's very minimal and doesn't linger for the entire day. I'd recommend applying this to skin that's still a bit damp from the shower, because on bone dry skin it doesn't spread as nicely and takes more effort since it's so thick. [...] It doesn't leave your skin greasy or sticky, your clothes won't stick to your skin, but your skin will feel moisturized all day without feeling heavy. [...] If you love a good body butter, I would say try this."
"I hated the smell so I had to spray my entire body with Sauvage because I didn't want to have to hop back in the shower and restart the process again. So besides the scent of this, I think the formula is really nice and moisturizing, but yeah, I just can't with the scent."
"This retails $32.50 Canadian and around $24 American. Yes, that is a little pricey for a hand cream I will admit, but I've also never found a hand cream that works as well as this with all those butters and a hand cream that isn't greasy and sticky. For me personally, I would spend $32.50 all the time for this because it's a hand cream that I can actually be consistent with multiple times a day, even before going to bed, without having to worry about that greasiness. It just has this nice buttery skin-like feel that just gives that comfort and that moisture that we're looking for. One thing that I wasn't expecting because I didn't read up on this prior to using this cream: I didn't realize that this had a slight tint to it. This tint isn't going to actually leave a tint on your skin, it's just the color of the cream, but I was just expecting that regular white hand cream type of look and texture. This has that little beigy tone to it, and apparently this color can vary from batch to batch."

"This is a hand cream that actually performs especially when your hands are very dry and flaky. I like this one because it contains 30% glycerin and 4% niacinamide. Niacinamide is great for moisture loss, it really helps to keep that moisture in the skin, great for dryness, but also if you have discoloration on the tops of your hands, niacinamide can help to brighten that up. But the glycerin in here is really going to repair your hands and it does a very good job. If you're someone that wears retinol on the tops of your hands or tretinoin, I do that quite a bit especially with tretinoin, and sometimes my hands can become a little drier, so this would be a great product to use on top of retinol or on top of tretinoin to keep your hands even more moisturized. This one really does work."
"I really like using this on my neck and my chest, but I mainly keep this for my chest when I get out of the shower. I bring this down my arms and I really focus this on my elbows, my knees, my legs. This can be used every single day, but just remember if you're going to be using a body care product that contains a retinol or any type of active ingredient, just make sure that you're wearing your body sunscreen, especially if these areas are being exposed to UV exposure. I like it because it has a 0.05% retinol, it has squalene ceramides and Shea butter, and I think that this is a really nice moisturizing product that just keeps your skin looking radiant and looking super healthy. It has that nice thickness to it but it's still thin enough where it spreads really nicely. A little bit goes a long way. I really like how nicely it spreads. It's fragrance-free as well, so if you need that fragrance-free option then this of course is it. It leaves your skin feeling really nice."
"It did a really good job to smooth out everything on my chest and I was really pleased with that. You can use this every day, or if you choose to use this twice a day you could do that as well. I would probably start with once a day and see how it goes. This is very thin and watery and it does spread nicely. It does not dry down sticky or tacky. When this absorbs into your skin your skin just feels like your skin. I wouldn't say that it's moisturizing, it just dries down, so you will need to put a lotion or something on top if you are wanting to lock in hydration and get that nice moisture to your skin. Overall I think that this is going to benefit a lot of people, and it's fragrance free."
"The other product is the hydrating body lotion. I mean, that would probably be one that I would try. 250 mls for $38, that's not too bad. Same thing, earthy, woody scent, and it will give your skin hydration for up to 24 hours. So I might consider the body one in the near future."

"This is the skin smoothing retinol body treatment and I've been loving this on my chest and the backs of my hands. This is fabulous for those that have uneven skin tone, discoloration on your chest, your hands or anywhere else in your body, texture, and fine lines. This is going to be a great product to treat all of these concerns. This contains retinol but it also has a vitamin C derivative so I do feel like this is quite brightening as well when you're consistent with it. It contains shea butter and evening primrose so it's also very moisturizing. I've never had an issue with irritation with this, I've never had an issue with dryness. It actually performs well and it just keeps my skin feeling nice and comfortable but it's also treating my skin at the same time. I like to be consistent with this every night before I go to bed and it does a very good job to keep everything super soft and texture free. I would recommend just to use this on your most troubled areas since this contains 118 mils of product and you will go through this pretty quickly if you use it all over your body."
"I have a little Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream and this is literally one of my favorite scents from this brand. I have all three and I alternate every other day or whatever depending on what I feel like wearing and this is what's on my skin pretty much every single day. I love how the scent lingers. I get a lot of compliments when I wear this one. These are very very moisturizing as well, it's like a body butter, so if you have dry skin these really do the job. It really helps to repair the skin and again I just love that scent. These are a little bit pricey, they are pretty pricey, but in my opinion they're worth it."
"There is a two percent salicylic acid which will help with acne breakouts, texture, rough bumpiness. There's tea tree oil and witch hazel, so this trio combination of ingredients will help fight acne but also help to calm and soothe the skin at the same time. I feel like this does work, this really does. I have developed a few breakouts already since using this and this really helped to clear those up pretty quickly. But also this would just be great to use on a daily as a preventative, so if you know you experience a lot of body acne during the summer months, start now and be consistent with this and use this every day once a day. Or of course you can just use it when you develop it. But again, it is so quick and easy to use, especially for my chest area."
"This does a really good job even on the feet, and if you have a lot of creepiness on your elbows or your knees this is another fabulous product just to treat those areas. This can really help to firm the skin with continuous use. It has kept my skin nice and comfortable and nice and moisturized. I really haven't seen too much of a difference in terms of the fine lines that I have but it really has helped with the tone of my skin. I also love that cocoa butter, the squalene and the vitamin E because these are just additional ingredients that are going to keep the skin nice and comfortable. It's a true lotion so it's not too runny but it's also not too thick either. A little bit goes a long way especially if you're just treating your neck and your chest area, and it spreads nice and absorbs quickly. It gives your skin that nice moisture feel and my sunscreen has sat nicely on top of this as well."
"This is amazing if you have dry, scaly, flaky skin on your legs. If you have texture on your chest, if you have ingrown hairs where you have those bumps, this is going to be your go-to to correct all of that. I use this all the time. I use this a lot in the summer on the backs of my thighs to get rid of ingrown hairs like those bumps. And then in the winter, I like to use this on my legs. And I also like to use this a lot on my chest because sometimes my chest will develop texture and this wipes out the texture and it gives the most softest, smoothest skin ever. And it's also a very moisturizing lotion as well. There's oils in here, there's ceramides, and there's also peptides. But the main ingredient here is 12% lactic acid. This is quite powerful and you do smell it. It smells very medicated when you're using it. And I wouldn't recommend using this right after shaving or right after waxing because you most likely will experience a burning, tingling sensation that could last for a couple of minutes. But it is a good one to use on the days that you did not shave or wax. And it really does perform quite well, especially during the winter months."

"This is the Giorgio Armani Liquid Eyeshadow, [...] shade 25, which I believe is cashew. And this is my favorite for the crease and for the outer area of my eye. [...] I really love liquid eyeshadows, especially this, because they are very longwearing, but also you're not getting that powdery look on the lid as well. If you're someone that has wrinkly lids, [...] sometimes when you go and add powder, it can kind of accentuate that a little bit. So liquid eyeshadows or cream eyeshadows are nice to use because it kind of disguises that a little bit and it just brings in more moisture in that eye area. I like this a lot because it's very longwearing and it doesn't crease. [...] Even though this is a Liquid Eyeshadow, it does not crease. "This is their newest mascara and I love it. I like this because it has a very thin and narrow brush head. When you are applying this you can really get in the root and sweep it up to get that great length and separation. It gives that feathery look to the lashes. This is also a lovely brush to get those hard to reach lashes in the inner corner and the exterior of the eye. If you're someone that loves to apply mascara to the lower lash line but sometimes you just feel like some brush heads are so thick and bulky and you get it on that lower lash line, this is exceptional for that lower lash line. It is so precise and it's really hard to make an error with this. I just love how user friendly it is, but the length and volume that you get from this is incredible. I have always loved the original Lancôme Lash Doll, but I like this one way better because it has that thinner brush head and I can just coat every single lash and get that great length."

It's beautiful. The formulations of these types of powders are so good. I'm going to pick up this because I'm going to be using this on my eyes as well. "The Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara is a Holy Grail, I absolutely love this mascara. I like the brush head and I really like the way that it applies mascara. It just gives that nice separation, that fanned out look, but it also gives that great length as well. No raccoon eyes and it's really easy to remove at the end of the day. This one will give you more of that natural look, but if you want your lashes to look like you have mascara on them then this is the one to go with. This one is my Holy Grail and this never disappoints."
"The Morphe Life-Proof Continuous Setting Spray is one I use especially in summer because my makeup will literally melt off my skin otherwise. It truly keeps your makeup in place, nothing budges, nothing melts off the skin, it's 10 out of 10, and it keeps your skin and makeup looking like how you applied it without adding glow or mattifying it out. There is a scent to it though, a little tropical or floral, and I don't love the scent, it could do without it, though I don't hate it either. It goes away about 15 minutes after you apply it, and your makeup looks exceptional all day long."
"When this launched last year she had no interest in trying it because it's sulfur, which usually smells like rotten eggs, but [...] The Ordinary formulated it to eliminate that smell, and it doesn't smell like anything. It's exceptional for breakouts, helping heal the blemish and reduce redness and inflammation, and is also great to apply when [...] a blemish is just forming [...] to stop it becoming a whitehead. "This is the One/Size Powder Melt Glass Setting Spray. This will truly give you glassy, dewy, glowy skin. If you're someone that's dry, you have flaky skin, you use a lot of powder-based makeup, and sometimes your skin looks dull, it looks dry because of the makeup, and you just want to get rid of that powdery, dry look to your skin, then this is the one to go with. This is going to give you glassy, dewy skin, but it doesn't give you greasy, sweaty looking skin. [...] I really love having that glow and that dewiness to my skin, especially when I am drier, when my skin is a little bit flakier, then this is my go-to. If you do have flaky skin and after you've applied your makeup, you're starting to see it come through and your skin's starting to lift a little bit, this would be great to use on those days when you're flaky because I feel like this just melts the flake back into the skin and it just blends into your normal skin and then your skin looks fresh and skin-like again. [...] This really helps to melt that flake back where it's flush on the skin and it's not noticeable."
"I'm actually really impressed with this. I like how lightweight it is. It doesn't make my skin feel dry or look dry. And I'm actually shocked that I haven't tried this sooner. I do like the shade cupcake. It does have a beiginess to it. There is a little bit of a hint of rosiness, but it's more beige than rosy. And I don't find this too brightening in the least. It's like the perfect amount of brightness. And it just blends right into my skin."
"Since I've been really flaky and dry, [...] I decided to pick this up. And actually, this works pretty good. [...] If my skin is really flaky and I want things to lay flat on the skin when I am wearing foundation and makeup, then this is a great product to use prior to your tinted product. "This is one of my go-tos. I absolutely love the setting powder because it doesn't dry out your skin where your skin looks lifeless. It does its job with setting your makeup, setting your under eyes, getting rid of some of that shine, but it still allows your skin to shine through and giving more of that natural complexion. I have a lot of setting powders in my collection and ones that I've used over the years that matt out your skin completely, but then your skin just feels really dry and tight afterwards and then you look at yourself in the mirror and your skin just looks lifeless. It looks worse than what it did prior. I'm not for setting powders like that. This actually keeps your skin looking skin-like. It gives that longevity with your makeup and it does a good job to diminish shine. [...] I just have to use this once and that's it. I'm good for the day. [...] This does an excellent job."
"It can be a little messy, but I do like this little lid here which is great. I do see a little bit of that pinky tone on my skin, which is okay. It's not something that I look for in a setting powder necessarily, but it will help to give that nice little brightness underneath your eyes if you're looking for that. But if you have a setting powder that you love at home, I don't think you need to go out and purchase this. It's not giving me that wow factor. It's nice, but I don't think it's wow amazing. It is doing a good job setting my under eyes and it's giving that nice natural finish, which I do like. If you are someone that does like to bake, then I think these would be a great option. You're getting a lot of product, but it is quite pigmented as well, especially if you are applying it quite heavy onto the skin. I'm not somebody that bakes my skin, so I would never do this, but if you are someone that quite enjoys doing that, then I think this would be a really nice option."
"I love the Mac setting sprays they work really nicely but for some reason this packaging was pretty crappy. I don't know if it was just my packaging per se and I locked out with a faulty sprayer, or maybe that happens on all of the 30 mil sizes because this is considered a mini, but it didn't come out very nicely. Especially midway through using this it started to come out in globs which wasn't ideal. But the product in general really does help to keep your makeup in place. But if your sprayer is going to act up and it's not going to spray out really nicely then you're not going to get the same effect because it's not covering your face evenly. But besides the faulty sprayer the product really is nice. I am not going to repurchase at this time because I do have some other makeup setting sprays that I'm trying to use up first."
"This contains alcohol and a lot of makeup setting sprays do contain denatured alcohol, but this does not dry up my skin, I promise you, from my experience with this one specifically it does not dry out my skin. It really is hydrating. I always use this before applying my mascara, my mascara is the very last thing that I apply in my makeup routine, and I don't like putting setting sprays on my face when I've already applied mascara because sometimes makeup setting sprays can keep that mascara damp for the entire day, and then of course your chances of raccoon eyes are a lot higher. I've been there, done that, I refuse, so I always use my makeup setting sprays prior to applying my mascara."
"It's very buttery. I love setting my under eyes because my concealers sometimes crease and I don't like that shiny under eye look, so I do like something that blurs and mattifies the under eyes, and this is supposed to do that."
"I just feel like I don't, I can't, I'm not surprised to see this in the fond farewell tab. So I personally didn't like it. But you might like it especially if you like niacinamide, you want to be your own little chemist and take your time mixing the powder with a specific serum. But just be careful on how much you mix it. A lot of people are very sensitive to The Ordinary 10% niacinamide serum, so imagine this powder and putting too much, you're just getting a high concentration."
"I much prefer to use other makeup primers from other brands, [...] even though these are much cheaper and more affordable. The formulation just isn't quite there in my opinion, especially if you're someone that wears a lot of makeup and you're looking for that makeup primer. I just don't feel like these are it. But I will say I really did like this primer more than the high adherence silicone primer because this one is in a serum type of texture, more lightweight. It was hydrating. It never peeled with my skincare products or with my makeup. This formula also has silicone in it as well and it's supposed to give that soft smooth canvas prior to your makeup, allowing your makeup to have that longevity. The [...] last time that I used this [...] was like five or six years ago, so it's been a really long time. I truly cannot remember if I had that longevity with my makeup, but I can tell you that it did sit nicely on top of skincare and underneath makeup. If I had to recommend one or the other, I would recommend this one over the high adherence silicone primer because it just has that lighter texture."
"I never liked this product. [...] It always pilled with my skincare products and sometimes it did peel with certain makeup formulations that I applied on top of it. [...] Once I applied all of my skincare products and then I applied that primer before my makeup, peeling everything just started balling off my skin because it has that silicone base. "I've been using this on and off for several years and it's a staple in my makeup collection. It really does help to keep your makeup in place for the entire day or for the entire night. It's not something that I use every day, but if I am going somewhere special or I need my makeup to stay in place, especially now that we're coming into the summer months and we're going to be experiencing that humidity again, it's nice to use something like this just to keep your makeup in place. This one is alcohol-free and it's just a staple and it's been around for a really long time, so if you're looking for a good makeup setting spray I would say try this one."
"The one that I have found that has worked the best so far is by Charlotte Tilbury and this is the Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray. This really does work and this keeps your makeup in place for the entire day. I am somebody that likes to use a lot of liquid cream types of products so cream blushes cream bronzers liquid foundations even liquid blushes and when I use products like this and when I don't use a setting spray sometimes my makeup can separate halfway through the day and it can do that more so during the summer so that's why I like using this and this keeps everything in place and I never have to worry. This isn't going to give you matte looking skin but it will mattify your skin a little bit so I think that's why this allows my makeup to stay in place all day because I have makeup setting sprays that provide that additional luminosity and glow and dewiness to the skin and although those are beautiful I don't feel like they perform well to keep your makeup in place. Products like this that kind of dry down a little bit more matte they do."
"I've heard a lot of great things about this and I really wanted to try it for myself. It comes in two parts, a bottom and a top, which makes it easier to apply and it fits your face properly with a good grip, it doesn't slide off. You leave it on until it turns transparent, which can take 3 to 4 hours, then peel it off. It has niacinamide, low molecular weight collagen, hyaluronic acid, and galactomyces. It's a brightening mask that also hydrates and helps improve pores. Once you peel it off your skin looks so radiant, rejuvenated, and refreshed. I am very impressed with this."
"You apply that all over your face, your neck, and your chest if you want to. Let your skin dry down for at least 2 minutes before you go in with treatment number two, and this is like the neutralizer. This will bring your skin's pH back to where it should be. Plus, there's other calming and soothing ingredients in this treatment as well to really nourish the skin and to help soothe it, and it's lovely. I just really love these so much. This would be the first exfoliant that I would purchase to start in my collection."
"They are meant to be used everyday but if you are using retinoin and other types of actives you may not want to use this with those because it might just be a harsh pairing that could cause more dryness and irritation. So maybe pick one or two days of the week where you can take breaks from your other actives and then incorporate this as the main treatment just to give that exfoliation to brighten things up. And after one treatment you really do see a big difference with your skin. Your skin looks brighter. It looks very shiny. It just looks so good and it really does the job."
"I have the dermatology Tingle Exfoliating Pads. I don't use this on my face because I really love the Dr. Dennis Gross exfoliating daily peels, but I like to use this product on my body because sometimes I do develop texture on my chest, even my arms. When your legs are looking a little dull and they're scaly, flaky, maybe you have keratosis pilaris, you have bumps, these do a really good job to smooth everything out and it brings life back to your skin. This has a total of 10% AHAs. There's glycolic and lactic acid in here, 5% each. And then there's a 2% BHA, which is salicylic acid. And these are actually really nice. You get 60 pads. So you can use it on your face, you can use it on your body. This would be something that I would repurchase again."
"You only need a thin layer. Your skin doesn't have to be super dark red. The first thing that I notice is the brightness of my face. I just feel like my skin looks more refreshed. My forehead has like a sheen to it. It really improved texture right off the bat and I just have this nice refreshed appearance to my skin. I had a little bit of texture on my cheeks prior to applying the serum and it's not as bad. My skin's not red. It's not irritated. It feels really good. It's a little tight but my skin is always like that every time I use some type of chemical exfoliant. It just looks more refreshed and I like how nice and bright my skin looks as well."
"This is a once a week treatment and they don't recommend using this any more than that. You could possibly have a tingling sensation when you're using this. I definitely did, so when this was on I had a little bit of that tingling sensation for the first couple of minutes but then it did subside and then I didn't feel anything after that. And then you go and rinse your face off when you're ready to do that and your skin just looks so glowy and bright. You really do see this instant result with your skin in terms of the brightness, but you also get this really nice soft and smooth feel to your skin as well. So if you are consistent with this and you use this once a week you will see a big difference with your skin, especially the tone and just the texture of it. There's other ingredients in here as well to help calm the skin and keep it nice and moisturized. It's a wash off mask, so you apply a few pumps of this into the palm of your hand, warm it up a little bit, and then spread it evenly across your face, leave it on for 20 minutes or less, rinse off and then go in with your skincare routine after that. When you're using products like this you don't want to be using this with tretinoin, with retinol, with vitamin C because it could be harsh pairings that could lead to further dryness and irritation."
"This is the Paula's Choice 6% mandelic acid plus 2% lactic acid liquid exfoliant, so this has a blend of 8% AHA and this is what I go with when my skin is dry and flaky but it's also so sensitive, my skin is a little bit compromised. This is the one I am going with and this always does an excellent job to remove flaking, keeping my skin comfortable. It doesn't feel overly exfoliated where I have that tingling sensation to my skin. I don't experience that with this at all. In my opinion this is very, very gentle because of that 6% mandelic acid, but then of course there's only that 2% lactic acid in here and the combination just pairs so nicely together when your skin is dry and it's irritated at the same time. It's a toner so of course you can put some into the palm of your hand and apply it to your skin that way or of course you can just put some on a cotton ball or a cotton round and then apply that before your serums. This can be used daily or again just once or twice a week but it's very gentle like I said, it can really help to soften and fine lines."
"I really like this. I feel like it's very hydrating, it feels very comfortable on the skin. I don't experience anything out of the ordinary, no irritation, no nothing. It pairs up nicely with other hydrating serums. It does have a little bit of a milky consistency, like a little bit thicker than a water-based serum, but you don't have to pair anything with this. You could just cleanse your skin and put this on and that's it, or you could put a moisturizer on top of this, which I would suggest just to keep your skin well moisturized, especially if you're new to the product. I love a good drugstore moment and this really is lovely."
"If I was using the 2% BHA liquid exfoliant from Paula's Choice, my skin would have been irritated. There's something so weird about that ingredient list. When I first started using it I never experienced irritation, and then as I got using it over the years my skin has developed the sensitivity to the 2% BHA. I don't know what it is, so I can't use that product anymore."
"I usually also apply the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask on top of my moisturizer to lock in moisture but also to add more and this does a fabulous job when your skin needs some TLC. This is great to use on its own in replacement of your moisturizer, this is great to use on top of your moisturizer, and you can use this as a mask so you can put a decent layer all over, leave it on for as long as you want, and then wipe it off. I like to keep this on and work it into my skin and put this on top of whatever moisturizer I am using. This has niacinamide in it, there's a lot of great ingredients in here for anti-aging but also to moisturize and repair the skin barrier."
"The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Mask is great if you have acne prone skin, you have texture, you have bumps, and you have blackheads. It's also amazing to use if you have oily and combination skin. You might want to use it a couple of days a week and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off."
"The Lineage Water Sleeping Mask is a hydrating mask, so if you are lacking that moisture and your skin feels tight, this is wonderful to use. You could use this one or two days a week, or more if you want to, I'll use it when I need it. All you need is a little amount. This has that nice gel texture so it spreads really nicely, and a little bit goes a long way. I use this in replacement of my moisturizer and I use this at night time, so you do leave it on, you sleep with it, and then in the morning you can just rinse your face and go in with your regular morning skincare routine. This contains squalene and probiotic. The first time I applied this about a month ago, I was so impressed with how my skin looked and felt. I forgot how much I love this. My skin feels incredible."
"You could put a moisturizer on beforehand and then this on top if you wanted to, but this is moisturizing and repairing enough to replace your moisturizer in your nighttime routine. It was very rare that I paired this up with another moisturizer. It's really nice, and when you wake up in the morning, your skin just has this glow and it just looks so healthy. So yes, I would consider purchasing this again."
"This unfortunately was a fail. My skin reacted the exact same as it did a couple years ago, my skin became really rosy, I had that burning sensation to my skin, and I also broke out, especially on my forehead and my temples. It's supposed to exfoliate the skin and rejuvenate it, give a brighter complexion, and it does have that warming sensation to it, which is probably why my skin became quite rosy and felt like it had that burning sensation. I have combination skin and I'm acne prone, so if you're someone with oily skin or normal skin, perhaps this may not affect you in that way. If you have sensitive skin, please be careful with this, because I wouldn't say my skin is that sensitive but it's very sensitive to this. There's also fragrance in here, it has a cinnamon scent, and it's a little artificial."

"This is actually the mask that I've been using the most lately because of the different modes: the red light mode, the near infrared, and the magenta. I really love my experience with this mask. I really do see a difference when I take it off. When I'm consistent with this mask I really notice that some of the discoloration that I have on my cheeks has definitely lightened. I still have the discoloration but it's not as pronounced. I do have freckles, I do have some facial redness as well, and I've just noticed that my complexion looks a lot brighter and a little bit more even. With consistency I feel like this can really work and you can really achieve a nice even complexion, but we're all different, we all have different types of hyperpigmentation, there's inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma, there's different kinds, so some of these masks you do need to be careful. For those that do have melasma and deep hyperpigmentation the red light mode is a nice mode to use, but do your own research, I don't want to say otherwise because I'm not a dermatologist, I'm not a professional when it comes to red light therapy, but I just know that there are different settings and wavelengths."

I just finished it three weeks ago and pulled out a new one, and I wash my hair two to three times a week, so it lasted a very long time. Sometimes I will in the morning if I'm not really going to be exposing much skin to the sun, but I try to keep these types of products at night."
"I am quite impressed with the Drunk Elephant hair care line. The glossing shampoo is very lightweight on my hair. I have quite fine hair, so a lot of products can weigh down my hair. This shampoo does not. It actually gives the most beautiful gloss to your hair. It adds a lot of shine. It allows your hair to feel so soft and smooth and just gives that nice fresh, healthy look to your hair as well. And it does lather up quite nicely. It doesn't strip your hair. This is formulated without sulfates, silicones, essential oils, fragrance, dyes, and drying alcohol. There is an ingredient in here called almond oil. And this does have a slight almond scent. It is very mild, but there is something there."
"This is one of the best from the drugstore. I really like this shampoo, it does a really good job to cleanse without stripping your hair. Your hair doesn't feel like straw, it's not all matted when you hop out of the shower. It does a really good job and I also find that it gives that nice shine to the hair as well. "I love a good hair body fragrance mist, but the description of the scent was something that I thought I would really like: woodsy, earthy, some warmth in there, but also I do believe there's some citrus in here as well. These are all notes that I generally like, and when I first apply this to my body or my hair I like it, but as soon as it dries down it's disgusting. It turns into this powdery scent with a little bit of warmth in there, a little bit of a spice, and it just smells like cheap men's cologne or cheap men's deodorant. That is how I can describe this, it's just very cheap smelling, and I was just so disappointed with this. It comes out really nice, a very fine mist, but once it dries down, super powdery. If you like a powdery scent then you might really like this. I personally don't like powder in my fragrances. I just don't like that. So for me personally, this was a complete fail."

Your makeup just looks and applies so much better when you remove that peach fuzz off your skin. This little device has been game-changing. There's squalane in here, niacinamide and of course the list goes on. This sits really nice underneath other types of makeup products like cream blushes, liquid blushes, cream bronzers. So, if you love matte skin, you probably won't like this unless you just use some translucent powder on top of it. But, I think this is going to be exceptional coming into the winter months when we lack that moisture and we're looking for that natural dewy glow to our skin. I think this is going to be exceptional and it's great for all skin types. I have combination skin and I'm also very acne prone. This never breaks me out. It doesn't clog my pores."
"For foundation I've really been loving the Laura Mercier Real Flawless Weightless Perfecting Foundation. This is a nice light to medium coverage but you honestly can build this up to full, especially if you're using a foundation brush. If you're using a damp beauty blender or damp sponge you will get more of that light coverage. I think this is beautiful. It does give that skin-like finish, so it's not super glowy and dewy but it's also not matte, it's just skin-like. And I really love this. It blends right into my neck perfectly. I've really been enjoying this."
"I've been hearing a lot of great things on the Dior Forever Skin Perfect 24Hour Multi-Use Foundation Stick. The way that this applies to the skin and how it just gives this nice flawless look is absolutely beautiful. I love a good foundation stick but also I really like something that gives a natural finish as well, which this does. This isn't a matte foundation because if it was I would not be interested. I like something that is natural skin-like but maybe something that is a little bit glowy. Apparently it's very lightweight, easy to blend, and it really does look like it blends nicely from the videos and reviews that I have seen."
"It does give a little bit of that dewy complexion so it's definitely not matte and it's not skin-like, it is a little bit more dewy than that skin-like finish. Surprisingly this lasts pretty much the entire day, my makeup stays in place, it doesn't separate, and it just looks like my skin for the entire day. I really love it. [...] This is lovely and it has skincare ingredients as well. There is peptides in here, there's also Cactus extract which will help to soothe and soften the skin but it also provides the skin with antioxidant support, and there is ceramides in here which helps to prevent transepidermal water loss so it keeps your skin hydrated for the entire day and it can also help to strengthen your skin barrier at the same time. I love when makeup products contain skincare ingredients especially when a foundation type of product or like a skin tint, because you're using majority of that on your face more so than let's say a blush or a bronzer. This is what's covering your entire face."

But if you were to apply a lot of this because maybe you have dark circles and you have some discoloration to cover up, then I would probably recommend applying a translucent powder just to prevent any type of creasing. "I really love the Tower 28 concealer. This provides a medium coverage but you can build it up to a full coverage if you need to. It's lightweight. It has a lot of great skin care ingredients like hyaluronic acid, Centella Asiatica, and I love how hydrating this is. So, this is one of my go-to concealers for underneath my eyes because of the amount of hydration that it provides my skin. It doesn't make my under eyes look dry and crepey, and it's very longwearing. I just really love the natural skin-like finish that this provides the skin. And this will cover up redness pretty well, blemishes. It covers up a lot of imperfections quite nicely. And like I said, it's longwearing and I really love how lightweight this is."
"I really love the Kosas concealers. They really are one of my favorites and they have that nice full coverage and longevity and they don't make your under eyes look worse. You know how some concealers can make your under eyes look really creepy and dry looking? I don't get that with the Kosas brand. I'm just always so impressed with this concealer. This concealer is also very hydrating, and that is the one thing that I love with the Kosas brand. All of their products I find are so nice on the skin. They don't dry out the skin. I have combination skin and I'm also very acne prone, but I do get quite dry in the inner corner of my eyes, especially during the winter months, so I'm always looking for makeup products that are hydrating as well to keep the skin."
"I have really been loving the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Concealer. If my under eyes ever look really tired and I just need some TLC then this is the concealer that I am reaching for. This is very lightweight but it does help to even out your under eyes, but it also gives that little kick of glow which I think looks really nice. I love this formulation so much. It spreads nicely, a little bit goes a long way, you don't have to use a lot at all. And I do set this with translucent powder because it just gives that longevity and it does help to eliminate any possible creasing. This makes a world of a difference and it really does give that brightness and that more awake look to the eyes. If you love the foundation version of this, the Luminous Silk, then you will love the concealer version."
"I have been using this non-stop since November and I think that this is the perfect concealer if you're looking for something that looks natural on the skin and that also feels weightless as well. I am very picky when it comes to concealers especially ones that I apply to my under eyes. I don't like anything that is too thick that is too heavy or maybe even too full coverage because sometimes they can look very bad. I think you will really like this because again it is very thin and lightweight but it's buildable. This will give you a true medium coverage but of course you can build it up to a full coverage and of course you can sheer it out as well if you want something that is more light coverage. This does cover up discoloration in the inner corner of my eye where I do have some pinky purpley tones [...] really nicely. I do set this with a translucent powder as I always do when I am wearing concealer just to prolong the wear because sometimes I do get a little bit of creasing underneath my eyes and this wears even longer."
"This is more of a lighter version of the Tier Tier Ceramic Milk Ampule. It's highly concentrated with rice bran, chamomile extract, and niacinamide, with a lot of botanicals as well. It's very soothing, calming, and moisturizing, but it doesn't provide the same amount of glow and luminosity to the skin as the ampule. This would be great to use before the ceramic milk ampule or in replacement of that serum. It's very lightweight and dries down quite skin-like, but it provides your skin with a lot of moisture. I love that it reduces the look of facial redness as well. It's perfect for everyday twice a day, fragrance-free, and great for all skin types."
"I have an empty Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner. [...] I used to use this a lot several years ago because I love green tea. It's an antioxidant. It can help to brighten the skin, but it also protects your skin from pollution. So, I really love this for my morning routine, but then I would occasionally use it at nighttime as well. And I forgot how much I really loved this product. This can be used with vitamin C, with other types of antioxidants if you wanted to pair up all of your antioxidants together, but you can honestly use this with so many other ingredients. And this is also great to use before red light therapy. If you have a red light therapy mask at home, you can actually apply this prior to your red light therapy. And there's studies that actually show that green tea and red light therapy work really well with one another to enhance results."
"This has co-enzyme Q10, which is a powerful antioxidant to improve fine lines and wrinkles, to improve signs of aging. It also has that cloudberry that is rich in antioxidants as well, like vitamin C. And this is going to help brighten the skin. And I'm telling you right now, if you can be consistent with this and use this at least once a day, if you can use this twice a day, great. The first thing that you will notice is that brightness. It might take a couple of weeks, but it really does brighten. It hydrates like a dream as well. It is also very lightweight, more lightweight than the other two that I just mentioned because this isn't milky. This has more of that gel type of texture. So, if you have oily skin, I think you're going to really like this. And this also has 5% glycerin, which is a humectant, and rice water, which is also another ingredient that is going to hydrate, nourish, and plump up the skin. This does have fragrance. It smells really nice, but if you can't do fragrance, just keep in mind that this does have fragrance. I just use two pumps and I apply this all over my face and my neck. Feel free to bring this down to your chest as well. I actually really like using this more so in my morning routine paired up with vitamin C serums or paired up with some type of antioxidant serum."

"I recently picked up the Rose Water Toner and I've really been enjoying this. There's about half left and this smells like fresh roses. "I like the lactic acid way more than The Ordinary Glycolic Acid. The Ordinary Glycolic Acid I feel is very irritating on my skin. I used to use it many years ago but for some reason it's really irritating on my skin now so I personally don't like that."
"It's very hydrating. It has squalane. It has that milky type of consistency, so this is going to provide the skin with more nourishment, more comfort, and hydration. There's a lot of exfoliating acid formulations out there that are not hydrating. They're actually quite harsh and they make our skin feel tight and dry. This does not. And you can use this every single day if you wish, or you can use it every other day or a few times per week. It's nice to use something that you can be consistent with because the more you use a product, the chances of you seeing results are a lot higher. So with glycolic and lactic acid, sometimes people can only use that once a week or once every other week. With something like this, you can use daily or several times a week and you will see results. I find this to be very underrated. So if you want something that will be nice and gentle and hydrating for the winter months especially, then this is a great option to look into."
"This is what I use for my cream bronzer. It's really nice, super creamy and balmy, applies onto the skin very nicely, and you can blend it, sheer it, or build it up. "I love the Rhode Pocket Blushes. I have two shades here. I do plan on picking up another shade or two. I was thinking of Piggy, which is that baby pink shade in the collection. I [...] have Tan Line, which gives like that natural sunburnt look to the skin. There's a little bit of that brown undertone, but you still have some of that pinky red tone in there as well, which I think looks beautiful on so many skin tones. And I also have in the shade Sparkle. And this has a pearlescent in it. It's not super sparkly. Honestly, if you're someone that loves to wear highlighter, you still could because there really isn't a lot of shimmer in here. Like, I really don't see it when I have it on my skin. But I really love these two shades. They're longwearing. I love cream and liquid blushes. I only wear cream and liquid. I don't even resort to powder blushes anymore because I just feel like cream and liquid just melt into the skin. It looks more natural and realistic, more skin-like, and I much prefer that than powder. So, if you love cream blushes and you haven't tried the Rhode Pocket Blushes yet, I really do recommend it."
"The Saie Dew Blush has been my go-to this year in all of my YouTube videos. This is in the shade chili and this has been my go-to pretty much all year. If you have used the Rare Beauty liquid blushes and you just found them to be too pigmented, then try the Saie ones. These are also very pigmented but I find that these are easier and they're more friendly to use. You can shear them out but you can also build them up. I like this shade a lot because it just mimics my natural flush and it just looks very natural. I do have this shade on today and I just really love it. I'm a big fan of the Saie blushes in general. Shade chili is honestly one of my favorites."
"I wanted this more for my cheeks for that longevity with that stain because some liquid and cream blushes and even powder blushes they wear off throughout the day. I did pick it up in the shade Chill but this is just very blotchy on the skin. I've tried applying this many different ways with a brush with my finger with a beauty blender, applying it directly onto my cheek and blending it in or using a brush to grab from the product itself then apply it to my skin and every method of application was the same very blotchy and it moves the foundation underneath. I really didn't like that so unfortunately for me it was a fail. I couldn't make this work but I do like the concept idea and how it does have that longevity with the stain but if it's going to look blotchy and unnatural on the cheeks then what's the point so this was a fail."
"Right now I actually have the Rare Beauty one on this is in the shade Joy which is a coral peachy shade which I love for spring and summer. I was using this in the winter though, using this more so in the winter in the shade Chili which is a nice cool tone pink mauvey shade. They're so pigmented that all you need is one little tap on your cheek and then you might be blending for a while because that's how pigmented they are, but again you're getting your money's worth and they're going to last a really long time. [...] Once it's on your skin that longevity is there as well and my cheeks will look like this until I wash my face at night time."
"I love these for when I'm experiencing the odd breakout because this helps to prevent me from popping them. Putting a little hydrocolloid patch on top of that blemish helps to expel the pus from that blemish and it just speeds up healing time as well. By doing this you're going to prevent acne scarring, you're going to prevent inflammation and infection. This one from the INKEY List is really nice because this contains 99% hydrocolloid but it also contains some other additional ingredients to help heal the blemish a lot faster. There's 0.4% salicylic acid, 0.4% succinic acid, and 0.2% ectoin for hydration, and it really helps to heal the area, it helps to expel any oil, and it's wonderful. These work really well, so of course I always have to have this on hand for when I'm experiencing that odd breakout, and these never disappoint."
"I would recommend the Salicylic Acid 2% in Hydrous Solution. This is one of their newest Salicylic Acids that they came out with and I much prefer this formulation over the original one because this one is water and oil-free but it's in a squalane base which allows this serum to be more gentle, more moisturizing, and it just feels more comfortable on the skin. Although I have combination skin I can break out from time to time, sometimes when I use Salicylic Acid this ingredient can be a little bit sensitizing on my skin, sometimes I do experience dryness and a little bit of redness along the way. When I use the in Hydro solution I never ever experience that. So if you are more that sensitive skin type but you have acne I would say go with the in Hydro. It is a little bit thicker but it's still very very thin and lightweight. It's thicker than the original Salicylic Acid 2% Solution as that one is a water-based serum, so very thin, it absorbs into your skin really quickly, and they do the exact same thing, it just depends if you want the squalane base or the water base."
