"This is really bringing a lot to the table. It has hydrolyzed collagen and peptides as humectants, petrolatum to reduce water loss, a stable form of vitamin C that may help defend against oxidative stress, and retinol, which is great for fine lines around the eyes and improving collagen production with long term consistent use. There is no fragrance in this, and it also has glycolic acid, which can help soften and smooth skin and may enhance the efficacy of the retinol."

"I found an eye cream, well it's not really an eye cream, it's a 15 minute eye therapy. It's the Global Beauty Care Lift and Firm Eye Cream with Collagen and Peptides. It says it's de-puffing, tightening, and helps reduce the signs of aging. I'm a little bit skeptical of that, because how damage repairing can it be if you only leave it on your eyes for 15 minutes. Looking at the ingredient list, it has glycerin, dimethicone, milk proteins, collagens, peptides, oat peptide, which I love, and it does have retinol, which I was a little skeptical about at first, but because it's only left on for 15 minutes the potential for irritation is probably not too severe, although you're just not going to get the retinol benefit, you have to leave retinol on overnight for that. It also has sodium hyaluronate, so overall it's a really good ingredient list, it's fragrance free and free of a lot of the common irritants I see in eye creams. I'm interested in trying it, but afterwards I was kind of like, did I really need to get this. I hate it when skincare comes in this kind of packaging, because it's not the most sustainable thing in the world and it makes it really difficult to use the product multiple times. Once you open it and squeeze some out it's just going to be a hot mess, plus it's exposed to air so it can oxidize quickly. It just makes me want to throw it out, so I don't really know why I got this, I may end up giving it to someone else to use."
