"If you are a beginner in a skincare journey and want to include a vitamin C serum in your routine, this is a good starting point. This is suitable for all skin types. "Choose your cleanser wisely. You can be very tempted to choose that harsh cleanser that you feel really cleanses the skin and removes all the oil and dead skin, but that's not what you want to do. Use a gentle cleanser, or something with salicylic acid mixed with something like a ceramide, so that it controls your oil without drying your skin out. The CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is a good choice if you are looking to cleanse your skin without drying or irritating it."

On a completely damp scalp you take a concentrated amount of the shampoo and lather it on the scalp, leave it on for about two minutes, and make sure to massage the shampoo into the scalp in order to form lather so that it dissolves all the dirt and grime of the scalp and then it can make your scalp clean. After two to five minutes you can wash it off."

"Once you apply this liberally, leave it on for about five minutes and wash it off with cool water. Remember to never use hot water to wash the mask off as this can lead to more dryness and frizziness.
