If you don't like the minty tingle then don't get this because it is very tingly. But I love the tingle. This one you press the bottom here to bring the product up, it's a mechanical pencil. This shade is Puffy Nude, it's a very nice nude."

I can't say that this is going to make your lips like huge or plumpy, but it definitely does give the tingle, so it is going to irritate a little bit and bring a little bit more blood flow to the lips.
