Such a great blend of protective ingredients that are going to hydrate and plump out the skin."

This also has a couple of other peptides in here, so if you want to be super streamlined and you don't really want to have to lay multiple peptides, then go in with an antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant. It can help ward off oxidative stress from exposure to environmental aggressors. It's going to exhibit synergy with the layer of sunscreen you're going to apply over it as part of your morning routine, and that sunscreen helps to protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation, but it can't do that 100%, plus it can't really protect against all of those other environmental aggressors that are going to lead to a lot of free radicals and oxidative stress. The coenzyme Q10 can really help with that and it can help to boost up your skin's antioxidant system so that your skin is better equipped to handle the day-to-day stresses. And it also has a good ability to penetrate into the skin when applied topically."

CoQ10 is an antioxidant that has relatively good penetration in the skin and may help reduce some of the burden of oxidative stress from UV rays and help mitigate sun damage. I've actually been pretty happy with their serums overall, except my gripe with this one is that you kind of have to mix it up a little bit because it looks like it separates out and isn't the most uniform yellow color. The Coenzyme Q10 Serum has a milkiness to it so the texture is a little bit thicker, which is why I like to apply this after my vitamin C."

So you can use this every day twice a day. It does have that milky consistency to it and I love pairing up coenzyme Q10 with vitamin C, specifically ascorbic acid.
