"It feels wet and oily going on. It rubs in easily, but the pigments don't spread that evenly, leaving tiny like specks all over my face. You can only see them if you're looking at me super up close, but I'm looking at it in my 10x mirror, and I don't want speckles all over my face. So I was hoping that this would be better, especially for the price. And it has a very very shiny finish. After 20 minutes of dryback, it looked and felt the same. I gave it a zero out of five as a sunscreen."
