"The issue with this is the pigment. It's too pigmented. This is how it applies. I look at the color under the lip and it is incredibly patchy. It has been every time I've used it. You then go to use this smudger, which is this quite hard siliconey smudger that has a very slight angle on it and it actually doesn't do anything. If anything, it makes it worse. If I want to blend this out, which should even out the color, it just doesn't. It just doesn't do anything. It's pretty terrible."
