Half & Half Peptides & Ceramides Fluid Moisturizer.

"I've been loving the Prequel fluid moisturizer. Half and half. This stuff is wonderful. I love a good nice hydrating essence or moisturizer. It's got some nice hydrating ingredients. Coconut ceramide, sodium hyaluronate. Some good ingredients. No fragrance. It looks like beta glucan. I love that stuff. And some fatty acids. It has no fragrance in it, which I appreciate, but it has a little bit of a rubbery smell to it, but that dissipates pretty quickly. It feels nice. It's a little tacky."

"We've got a ton of ceramides in here, rice protein, one, two, three, four, five ceramides. So to call it ceramides and peptides is a little bit overpromising. It's got basically a duo peptide in there, which there's nothing wrong with. But for real anti-aging, I think this is going to leave a little bit to be desired. But as long as you use it in a routine with other good anti-aging things, I think it'll fit in well. But if you're relying on this solely for anti-aging, I think you might be left a little disappointed. There's a lot of great peptides out there and just using picking one basic duo, I don't love that. But that being said, it's really nice. If you have oily skin, it's a nice way to get some ceramides and barrier repairing ingredients in there without the thickness or heaviness of a moisturizer that can end up greasy. It feels really nice, not sticky at all. A lot of moisturizers or fluid moisturizers can be kind of sticky. This does not leave your skin feeling sticky at all. Feels really nice. Nice base moisturizer. I think in the summer on the hotter, more humid days, I probably could get away with just using this underneath my sunscreen and going with it. Rice protein, the peptide duo, vitamin E, squalane, which is a good antioxidant."

"For oily skin, this is probably all you need for moisturizer. For dry skin, I layer this very nicely. I give it a minute or two to soak in, then I'll apply my other moisturizer over it, a thicker one, especially for winter. It sets to a natural finish. It doesn't look or feel greasy at all and it's not sticky or anything like that. It's wonderful. There's not a lot of products that can give the plumpness and hydration without being sticky or tacky or having some feeling, but this doesn't have that at all. It just feels really nice on your skin, feels really nice and silky. I apply my vitamin C and moisturizer sunscreen makeup over it and it sets to a natural finish. I use it day and night. It really gives a good boost of moisture both day and night. I really love this stuff. The texture, everything, usability is great. For beneficial ingredients, we've got squalane, which is a great skin-identical ingredient that helps with barrier repair and plumping skin. It's a great antioxidant. We've got rice protein, which is a great barrier-repairing ingredient. Ceramides in here, great for hydrating skin. We've got hexapeptide-11, which is a peptide known for its skin-firming abilities. And then we've got the Matrixyl 3000 peptide, which helps slow the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines and helps with wrinkles from repeated expression movements."

It's got the Matrixel 3000 peptide duo for anti-aging, which Matrixel peptide is supposed to help with wrinkles from repeated facial movements like your eyes, eye area, forehead, all that good stuff. Then it's got several amino acids and vitamin E. It's really wonderful. It feels really nice on your skin. You kind of see how soft your skin looks and a little bit goes a long way. It's 25 bucks. I think this might become a big hit for me this spring and summer. This might be a really nice option, or if you have oily skin, maybe just go with this underneath sunscreen."

So, I would say this one's great for anti-aging. It's a nice milky fluid. It's got squalane, rice proteins. It's got ceramides. It's got Matrixyl 3000 peptide duo. And then several amino acids which are great for the barrier repair. This one gives your skin a nice glowy feeling. Feels so nice and hydrating. And if you have oilier skin, you could probably get away with just using this one. But it's super nice. No scent. Leaves your skin feeling soft, silky, not tacky or anything like that. And really nice. 26 bucks is a steal for this because I've been working on this now off and on and I'm still pretty pretty close to the top still. So, a little bit of it goes a long way. It is wonderful."

"The Prequel Half and Half Peptides & Ceramides, this is a liquid fluid moisturizer that just came out recently. So this one you could even apply in conjunction with all of these at night. You don't want to go super crazy during the daytime.
