Copper peptides typically in most products are used at the most one percent, I've read two percent topically is about the absolute highest you want to go, but there's a lot of peptide companies or research companies that sell copper peptides, and it sounds like some people have been doing their own formulating with it, using more, and having good luck topically. So we've got the copper peptides in here, then we've got several other peptides, which makes me excited, instead of just relying on the one peptide. They threw in one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven other peptides, so I'm very excited. It really appears that they're coming for the ordinary copper peptide serum, because this one is really wonderful. Again, this one doesn't just rely on copper peptides, it uses several other peptides. So I kind of think they're coming for them. They're a little bit more expensive, but typically I mean they're not really that much more."

I do have some reviews here on my channel of the first bottle and I absolutely loved it and I am really loving my second go-around with this product. First of all, it's very light with a little bit of a gel-like consistency, but it's extremely runny and quite hydrating and sinks into the skin really fast. That's kind of what I need because I'm going to start moving into some more moisturizing protective layers next, but I wanted to keep everything else really thin and very hydrating."

Copper is having its moment right now. Copper can be great and beneficial for a couple reasons: number one it's a great antioxidant, also has anti-inflammatory benefits, but also has wound healing benefits and have been shown to help stimulate collagen and support collagen production. This serum is really watery, lightweight but still hydrating. One thing you do not want to do when it comes to layering products is add copper to your alpha hydroxy acid or vitamin C because copper could potentially oxidize alpha hydroxy acid. It's probably okay with THD ascorbyl based vitamin C because that vitamin C derivative is way more stable. But because I'm already using antioxidant vitamin C in the morning, I typically reserve the copper peptides and the other anti-aging products for the evening."
