What the gurus are saying

The peptides in this booster earn consistent praise for firming skin and prompting collagen production, with a lightweight gel texture that absorbs quickly and leaves skin plump without heaviness. Most gurus find it pairs well with tretinoin and retinol because of its hydrating formula, which can offset dryness from those actives. A few note the small 20ml bottle means it lasts about a month with twice-daily use at three to four drops per application, and one expert prefers it mixed into another product rather than used alone, though that is not essential. One reviewer felt less impressed compared to newer peptide options, though still calls it a good product.

"This formulation contains six procollagen peptides. It's quite pricey, around $80 Canadian and $59 American. I really enjoyed this serum when I was using it. There is a little bit of a scent to it from what I can remember because there is an ingredient in it called pyrus molus, which is basically a fruit extract, but it was very very mild. There's no added fragrance to the serum. It comes in a 20 mil size. This type of serum can be used with tretinoin, can be used with retinol, other types of peptide serums, copper peptides. I remember using this serum with those types of ingredients and everything went well, no peeling. It's a serum that isn't sticky or greasy. It's also very lightweight and all you would really need is like four drops for your face and maybe like two drops for your neck."

"This contains six procollagen peptides which helps to firm the skin and stimulate new collagen. It also has amino acids as well as hyaluronic acid, so this is going to plump and hydrate and maintain a healthy skin barrier. You can use this in the morning and also at night time every day, twice a day. This is a serum that I would pair up with tretinoin occasionally or retinol. You can pair up your peptides with those and I really do like it. Three to four drops would cover your entire face and neck, so this would probably last me about a month if I were to use this every day twice a day."
3 AMAZING TRETINOIN PAIRINGS FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS | ANTI-AGING, UNEVEN SKIN AND MORE!
"This is from Paula's Choice and this is the Pro Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster. This has your peptides but the formula is also quite hydrating, which is why this is one of my favorites to use with tretinoin because again, as you know, this product can be a little drying on the skin. It can create that flakiness, so I like to keep my skin as hydrated as possible when I'm using products like this. And I'm telling you, this pairing really helps to address signs of aging and it really does help with that texture and tone of the skin."

"Another great option for a regular peptide serum would be Paula's Choice Pro Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster. There's no copper in this one, but this one contains multiple peptides so you're getting more than one. This one is also very lovely, it absorbs into the skin, it gives your skin this nice plump look to it, but also with consistency your skin can appear firmer and it just looks more youthful at the same time."

"This is the Paula's Choice Pro Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster. I actually never used this, it's the first time that I'm using it. It has a mediumish gel texture, it's not too heavy, it's not really moisturizing, but I can definitely feel that there's a tiny bit of plumpness to this. It feels pretty good. It's really nice for like a makeup prep type of skincare routine. All of that hydration, all that plumpness really helps to create a smoother canvas for makeup application."

"Paula's Choice is one of my favorite skincare brands because their products are just formulated so well. The Paula's Choice Pro Collagen Multi-Peptide Booster has just a little bit of a thicker texture or consistency but absorbs in really nicely and quickly and finishes very smooth on the skin. It's your treatment step and it's going to do your anti-aging, skin brightening, skin barrier strengthening and kind of help your skin reset."

"It's very small, 20 milliliters, 0.67 ounces, not meant to be used as a serum per se. It's meant to be mixed in with another product, but to be honest I didn't use it that way. I just applied a couple drops and patted it on my face. I didn't mix it in with anything because it's just too high maintenance for me. I like that there's no fragrance in it. If this had copper peptides in it I'd be all over it, totally all over it because I can't get enough of my copper peptides lately. No issues with it. Decent product."
