"If you have dullness underneath your eyes, then this could possibly be a product that would work for you. Yes, it was a little bit brightening and yes, it is very moisturizing, but there are other eye serums and eye creams that I have used in the past that have performed better than this. The other eye serums and eye creams that I have talked about contain more ingredients to target signs of aging, like the Neostrata Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate."

It's creamy enough, holds really well under makeup, but it's substantial enough that it does keep this area just well lubricated. This contains 5% of three vitamin C derivatives. These derivatives are good at brightening the skin, but also it has the peptides, the hydrators, and all of that as well."
