What the gurus are saying

This toner tackles hyperpigmentation and dull tone with a notably thicker, essence-like texture that gurus find easier to apply and faster to sink in than lighter formulas. The brightening lineup includes stabilized vitamin C (gentler and less prone to oxidizing), niacinamide, glutathione, and arbutin, all working to fade dark marks and even complexion while hydrating. Gurus praise the bouncy, plumped skin feel without any stickiness, making this a solid choice for anyone wanting to brighten and hydrate in one step.

"This is a hydrating toner. It definitely hydrates and plumps up the skin. Has a little bit of a thicker texture than the number one toner does, but it has the benefits of an essence. It helps to really brighten up your skin complexion. And it also helps to address dark marks or hyperpigmentation left over from things like acne or even a dull or uneven skin tone. Some of the brightening actives in here include niacinamide, 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid as well as ascorbic acid, arbutin and hippophae rhamnoides water which is also sometimes nicknamed as vitamin in K beauty. All of these ingredients have a strong brightening effect for the skin. The 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid is a little bit more of a stabilized form of vitamin C. It's a little bit gentler on the skin as well and it's not as much of a diva. It's not going to oxidize on you."

"It's got glutathione which is the best hyperpigmentation fighting ingredient you'll find, evens out the skin tone. It's got those amino acids, those hydrators and humectants. It's got a lot going on and this gives you that same bouncy skin feel. What I do find though is this is easier to apply because it's a lot thicker, it's easier to apply. I think it sinks in a little bit better. For me, this is getting a solid 10 out of 10. The blend of ingredients is divine, same bouncy feel on the skin and it doesn't leave behind any stickiness or tackiness. I like the fact you've got that glutathione and whilst I think other products are going to be like the very best for hydrating the skin, this is a great one for hydrating and also fading hyperpigmentation at the same time. That for me is a winner. Numbuzin knocked it out of the park with this product."
