There are 15 different active components within this to help smooth out the under eye, eliminate discoloration, remove crow's feet and the lines and wrinkles. "This is one of the best eye creams you will ever use. When it comes to the results, it's great at minimizing dark circles, puffiness, inflammation. It has some anti-aging benefits, too. And it's just a great allround treatment for the under eye. It's slightly oily in terms of its texture. I don't mind that because it sinks in really, really quickly, and you can put makeup on top of it. If you let it settle for like 2 minutes, then you can put makeup on top of it. It hydrates you like no other product under the eye. And it's just a really, really nice one."

"I have reintroduced this more recently. I'm using it in combination with the Dermatology HPR eye cream. The HPR formula is a little bit more watery, it sinks in, and then I follow it up with the fractionated eye concentrate because this is a little bit more viscous, just following the rule of layering. I didn't like using this in the past because it has a slightly oily texture and I was like, oh that's so annoying, but I've moved it into my skincare routine. I never use it during the day because it just makes my under eye look greasy."

"You really only need a drop to nicely create a thin film on the lower eyelid and the upper eyelid. But be really careful about getting this within roughly a millimeter of the lash line because if it gets into your eye it burns. It burns. It's a nuisance if that happens. So don't use too much and don't allow it to seep into your eyes by getting it too close to the lash line. Not a ton of difference in the appearance of my eyelids or the skin around my eyes. I will say that I noticed that my eye contour area out where the crow's feet are appears smoother, brighter, firmer, but my expression wrinkles look the same. Little fine lines less obvious than had I put nothing there, not any more diminished than when I use my favorite product to use around the eyes, a glycerin skin protectant. I get very similar results in terms of diminishing little fine lines, the dehydration lines especially, and brightening up and smoothing out the contour around my eyes where the crow's feet area is. This product with the peptides does actually lead to sustained hydration like it claims because a lot of it in my opinion likely relates to the moisture retaining properties of peptides. I also have noticed that I have a reduction in those little fine lines, but it's not strikingly different than what I would observe with the glycerin skin."

"This product is $70 for 15 ml. I would not go out of my way to repurchase this at $70. For me personally, I have not seen a huge difference in the way that my eye area looks using this compared to the glycerin skin protectant, and therefore I would be more inclined to just continue using that and not pay the big bucks for this. Skincare products can only do so much, and you really have to have some sense of what it is you're dealing with around the eyes that you are hoping this product will address and set your expectations accordingly. If you have significant laxity around the eye area, a lot of redundancy, shadowing related to that, this is not likely going to give you dramatic results, and you may feel as though your money was wasted."
