"One of them is Neutrogena's Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye Cream. I'm recommending that for years. Great retinol. Johnson and Johnson has put a lot of R&D into retinol. They've been doing retinol a really, really long time. When it comes to good retinols, Neutrogena is a no-brainer for me. And I love that product. It's a nice rich moisturizing base. It really does give a very nice instant effect. It's all sort of light scattering, but it really does give instant feel-good response as far as moisturizing and diminishing those little lines. Great option."

"So far it's the only product that even has retinol at the correct percentage that is Navy safe, that's non-irritating. And for that reason I'm going to have to give it a 5 out of 10, which is actually pretty decent. But having said that, there's air around the tube, there's air in this tube, you don't know how much of this product is even working."
