"This is the Milani Keep It Full Plumping Lip Liner, in the shade Twice as Spice. It's a regular sharpenable pencil that's supposed to have a little tingle to it. It's definitely tingling, really spicy, almost too spicy. I don't get products that only plump in one area if you're just using it as a liner, you can feel it doing something but my lips don't look bigger, just overlined, they don't look big and juicy. The color itself is really beautiful, but I don't think it's worth the severe pain, that tingle is quite spicy, I'd compare it to more intense lip plumpers. I just don't think it's worth it."
