Unanimous yay from 2 reviewers. Dr. Jenny Liu and James Welsh both rate it highly. Top take: "This is a really nice line that contains a combination of ingredients that are calming and soothing and actually have been shown in clinical studies in patients with rosacea to help reduce the signs and symptoms of burning and sensitive skin and also help to enhance the response to prescription metronidazole cream which is commonly a prescription topical cream given to patients with rosacea.", Dr. Jenny Liu.

"This is a really nice line that contains a combination of ingredients that are calming and soothing and actually have been shown in clinical studies in patients with rosacea to help reduce the signs and symptoms of burning and sensitive skin and also help to enhance the response to prescription metronidazole cream which is commonly a prescription topical cream given to patients with rosacea. Ingredient wise this contains ulena which is a polyphenol, so an antioxidant that's soothing and calming, along with neuroxensing which is a peptide that's actually in quite a few of La Roche-Posay's calming soothing products [...] and has calming and soothing properties. This also contains glycerin that's hydrating and then of course La Roche-Posay's thermal spring water that has some skin barrier soothing properties. Texture wise this is a very nice hydrating slightly more nourishing serum so I think it's great for those with more dry and sensitive skin although it doesn't feel heavy."

"This is the La Roche-Posay Rosaliac AR Intense Serum, a rosacea serum. They've got their own kind of trademark ingredients which are said to target the blood vessels in rosacea skin. Honestly, when I first used this it took about six months to see any difference, but with continued use that difference sticks around. It really is the difference in your rosacea that you just see without the flushing. But this is a product that you have to religiously use for such a long time before you see a difference and then continue to use morning and night. It can be a little pricey and sometimes it's hard to find, but I really do love this. I do feel like it's one of the only targeted rosacea products that I genuinely see a difference with. I absolutely love it."
