So if you are vegan and don't like snail mucin, or you're allergic to snail mucin because some people can be, this is a really nice option. "I bought the In Beauty Project Elastic Skin in the Sephora friends and family sale. It's a firming and plumping serum with copper peptides, vegan growth factors, and phyto mucin. I like this product, but I went into it because of the copper peptides since I'm a big peptides fan, and ultimately I found that this did not replace my favorite peptide serum, which is the Peach and Lily peptide serum. I can still see how you could like this more than the Peach and Lily. The texture really does feel like Kosterx snail mucin, but it's a fully vegan product, and I've come to really appreciate that category. It's kind of like using Kosterx snail mucin plus the Peach and Lily peptide serum, although both are a little toned down in this product. For me, I prefer to use those two products separately, but some people might want to simplify their routine, and that's what this product will do."

"In Beauty Elastic Skin is supposed to be In Beauty's dupe of the Cosrx snail essence, with vegan growth factors and a phyto mucin. I do like the approach, they're including a lot of peptides as well as copper peptide. I do like the texture they came up with for this serum to mimic the snail products, but ultimately I feel like I saw a lot more in my skin from the Peach and Lily copper peptide serum. I liked this overall, I like In Beauty as a brand, they're cute and the price point is reasonable, but if you made me pick between Ulta and Sephora for a peptide serum, I would go to Ulta for the Peach and Lily."

"I just absolutely love this formulation. This is definitely more advanced than The Ordinary in my opinion because it contains more ingredients to improve the skin. This is great for all skin types, but if you have dry skin, sensitive skin, or let's say you're someone that really loves that deep hydration, that plumper, bouncier looking skin, then you're going to absolutely love this. It has peptides as well as copper peptides. These types of peptides help to firm the skin promoting collagen as well as preventing and treating fine lines and wrinkles. This also contains vegan collagen amino acids as well as ceramides to help strengthen and repair that skin barrier. It also has encapsulated vegan growth factors. There's beta glucan in here as well as centella asiatica and phyto mucin. This has a very similar texture and consistency as snail mucin, but this is vegan. There's no snail secretion in here, but it has that same type of texture where it looks like slime, but I promise you it's not real slime. It honestly feels so nice on the skin, especially when you need that hydration."

"If you're looking for a nice hydrating plumping serum that helps to rejuvenate the skin then I would say look into this. It has a nice pump, you can purchase a refill once you're finished, and you are getting 30 mls of product. I've paired this up with retinol, with other types of peptides, I did use this with vitamin C a handful of times in my morning routine, I've never experienced paling, and everything layered up so nicely."

"I used it consistently in my morning routine and then I switched it up and used it in my nighttime routine. I didn't see anything about conflicts with this product, so I paired it up with anything and everything. I was using this with truth serum, copper peptides, regular peptides, vitamin C, and honestly this layered and paired up nicely with everything I used with it. There was absolutely no pilling, especially when I got to my moisturization stage, my sunscreen, and my makeup. Everything was just layering so nicely. There's 30 mLs of product here, it comes with a nice pump, and you can purchase a refill as well, so you can keep the packaging and just take this off, put the new one in, and off you go. The more consistent you are with this, the better off you'll be, especially in terms of seeing results in the anti-aging department. We're all going to see results differently, you might see quicker results than I do, but the hydration, the plumpness, it's definitely there, and I can't wait to continue using this because I truly believe this is going to work to firm because it has the peptides in here, the growth factors, it's all going to do a really nice job to improve the overall look and texture of our skin. This has that same type of snail mucin texture, it looks very slimy, but when it's on the skin it's not slimy."

"The In Beauty Project Elastic Skin Serum is a more affordable option [...] for 42 bucks and it has encapsulated vegan growth factors at 6%, it also has copper and biohacking peptides. [...] Copper peptides help with anti-inflammatory effects and help with the aging process. Just don't use this in the same routine as your ascorbic acid. You can probably use it with Ester vitamin C, so if you're using an active vitamin C [...] use this at night and use the active vitamin C in the morning. This one also has no fragrance and it does contain HA as well. [...] It has a light periwinkle hue to it and it is very very very very sticky and tacky, which is not necessarily my favorite."
