Pomegranate Peptide Firming Serum.

"Another great anti-aging serum that doesn't contain retinol or alpha hydroxy acid is from Glow Recipe their Pomegranate Peptide Firming Serum. It's beautifully packaged with a magenta red color. It contains a few different ingredients that can help target fine lines and wrinkles. Number one, it contains a polypeptide complex including copper tripeptide, which has been shown to be one of those peptide complexes that can help improve appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and to support collagen and elastin production. It also contains extracts from pomegranate that is rich in antioxidants along with hyaluronic acid. So just a really nice serum to work into anyone's routine who has concerns of wanting to improve skin aging, fine lines, and wrinkles. With the ingredients it works really well, even layering it with retinol if one wants to."

"We have Pomegranate in here. On the website they say they use all parts of the Pomegranate, including the oil, seeds extract and enzymes to provide strength and elasticity to the skin to soften, soothe and tighten the look of skin. It's an antioxidant as well. And then Hyaluronic Acid in here. So it's a really good kind of everyday use, morning, evening, helps hydrate, helps firm. My skin just really, really enjoys this. I think for me the hydration, the moisture of this serum is what keeps bringing me back to it. And the added benefit of Peptides which I hope using it as a preventative measure, I will see the benefits of in five years time."

"I am a huge fan of the ordinary copper peptides and that one is half the price. For me personally I wouldn't pick this over the ordinary copper peptides and I also wouldn't choose this over the Neostrata. I feel like the ordinary and Neostrata are formulated perfectly. I have seen the best results with those and for the price point I much prefer to use those. The one from the ordinary and from Neostrata, they contain more anti-aging ingredients and so I just feel like to spend $61 on this, it's just not worth it for me. But I do think it's a great option if you love this brand and you want something that has that creamy texture, something that is a little bit more moisturizing on the skin. This one is not sticky or tacky once it's dried down and it does layer up nicely with the products that I have used with it and it always sat nicely underneath my makeup as well. So although I think this is a lovely option for an anti-aging serum, I just don't feel like it's worth $61 for what it is."
