"When it comes to a better replacement for Allies of Skin, it's the Geek & Gorgeous Power Peptides. This one is $20 versus like $200 for Allies of Skin. This is something that is using the clinical percentages of peptides. This is something that has shown me meaningful results by using it and finishing a couple bottles of this is something that I just trust to actually work for me. The texture is milky and emulsion-like. There's a hydrating element to this, a plumping element, but also a creamy, silky moisturizing element to it. I would call this a medium weight serum. It's hydrating and moisturizing at the same time, and it adds a little dew to your skin as well. It might be a little too moisturizing for some folks. If you're like super duper oily, you may not enjoy this. I personally really like it. And this is something that I definitely have noticed firms the skin, gives a little bit of a lift to the skin."
