"The Power Peptides is different to others I have tried both in texture and in price. It has a milky color, is runny but with more body than water, and feels silky when applied. My main issue with other peptide serums is the perceived oiliness on the skin, which was absolutely no issue here, and I didn't notice any scent. It contains four peptides: 3% Matrixyl 3000, 2% Synthe6, 4% Tego Pep 4-17, and an encapsulated copper peptide at 0.001%, all aiming to boost collagen and elastin production, plus glycerin, panthenol and allantoin. It's safe to use alongside retinoids or acids. I personally preferred using it at night as I found it to leave behind some tackiness after application and it could cause pilling when paired with silicone based sunscreens. Regarding the four peptide complexes, the two from the Matrixyl group have the most research behind them, but the other two sound promising as well. It actually firms your skin quite quickly, plumps your skin, firms your skin, smooths your skin in just a matter of a few weeks with consistent use. I definitely love the peptide mix that they're using here and they're using the clinical percentages. So I know oftentimes products will claim peptides are in there and they don't disclose the percentages. Now, peptides do actually work in like very unimpressively sounding percentages. Sometimes it's, you know, down to 0.001% and that is an effective percentage."

It's easy to fit in my routine. The skin cycle is about 30 days, which is why typically most products you want to give them at least 30 days to be able to tell they're going to benefit. I think it's friendly for all skin types: oily, dry, sensitive, and acne prone. For acne prone skin, the only ingredients of note are cetyl alcohol, glycerol, steroid, and carbomer. "This is so wonderful. It's got a really nice milky lotiony texture to it. It's really wonderful, lightweight. It instantly gives skin a plumped appearance and a little bit of a radiant glow, which is really nice. I really love this stuff. It's super affordable. It's about 16 bucks or so. Using this one I used this a lot when it first came out and then I kind of tested other stuff, but I will say this one seemed to help thicken my skin up a bit. I tend to have skin that is on the thinning side, and this helped thicken it up."

"This one's got a nice list of peptides with the Matrixyl 3000 peptide duo, we've got the Matrixyl synthesis peptide, tetrapeptide 21, and copper peptol hexapeptide 14. This one's really really nice, it's got a really nice serum lotion type texture to it. It's a little bit thicker than the other two products but still really nice to fit in your routine pretty easily. You can use it. I like to use the peptides in my evening routine or if I'm not using vitamin C in my daytime routine then I will sneak the peptides in when I can.
