It's moisturizing. There's a lot of peptides in the formulation to firm and stimulate collagen, but there's also a few ceramides. There's shea butter, vitamin E, and the list goes on. There's no fragrance. I use this pretty much every day, twice a day, so this always layers up nicely with any skincare product that I have used with it, and sunscreen also sits nicely on top of this as well. The neck cream is designed for the neck and décolletage and chest area. This is perfect for all skin types, but if you have dry skin I think you're going to really enjoy this."
