"This is a derived peptide that they say gives a visible reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also boosts hydration and moisture retention, smooths texture, and plumps skin, and it contains sodium hyaluronate. I bought this product back in 2019. I didn't feel it was expensive, I actually bought it when we were on a trip. I didn't notice any benefits and I didn't notice any negatives. It might have plumped my skin a little bit, but I didn't notice anything dramatic in terms of benefits. I know it's very popular, it's sold at Dermstore. I just don't have anything bad to say about it, and I don't have anything good to say either. For me, if I'm going with a lot of expensive skincare products, I find the most benefit with human stem cell type products, secondly animal derived, and then plant derived would be last. That's just my experience, it may not be true for everyone."

"Using this as a first step, my beloved Bio Effect EGF serum. I've used this for a long time now, I want to say over a year. I wouldn't be without it. I use it morning and night. This is the big version; I think the normal version is 15 ml. You need four drops. I pat it into my skin before I do anything else. After the needling, it's phenomenal. It is a really simple formula, but it's very, very potent and good at what it does. I will recommend this forever."
