"It's got their trigger factor concentrate what they call TFC8, which is also oolog peptide 177 and it's just a tissue protecting peptide. So this stuff is really nice to use. I have pretty dry skin, but sometimes I'll use it in the spring and summer. And the rich cream is probably a little bit more my favorite for winter, but this stuff's pretty nice for summer. I like that it has no scent to it, but the little bit of alcohol in there for some people could be an issue or a no-go, but probably just depends."

"This guy by Augustinus Bader, this is their body cream. I love their body cream. It's very expensive, 190 bucks, but you could take a little bit and make it go a very long way by using just a little bit of this on your neck, using a tiny bit of this even for your under eyes if you wanted, because it's a much thicker moisturizer. This is super thick and it kind of reminds me of Nivea, which is a complete insult because it is not Nivea and it's much more expensive, but you do not need to be using this much all the time. This has bisabolol, which helps to support your skin's barrier function, shea butter as well. It's extremely rich. I mean, this just feels lux, and sometimes skincare is aspirational."

Plus a retinol percent is quite low at 0.6%, and this is meant to be the hero ingredient that you assume you're buying enough of at this price point. I mean it feels lovely on the skin and there is no irritation, which is what you'd expect at 0.6% retinol."

They're just like super overpriced and I personally would not spend that much on a product. Looking at the ingredients, there's lots of hydrating agents. Glycerin is the second ingredient. There's also squalane which is one of like the best moisturizing ingredients you can find. A lot of good natural extracts, sodium hyaluronate, ginseng, green tea, pomegranate wine peptide complex. Do I look at this ingredient list and do I drool a little bit? Yes, I do. But the price point makes that drool go right back up into my mouth. I just can't stand behind their price points. But their formulas are good."
