"This is a great rich elegant barrier balm that I think is great actually for a couple things. Number one, post redness laser so Vbeam or broadband light targeting redness, or say after your skin has healed up from microneedling and fractionated laser like after a couple days, this would be great one to further repair your skin, to provide that hydration, nourishment, and help your skin heal faster. Another way you can use it is if you have retinoid uglies or say you overexfoliated, your skin is just peeling and really uncomfortable, this would be a great kind of recovery balm to help your skin soothe, recover faster, and repair any sort of damage that may have been done to your skin from just overuse of skincare products. It contains ingredient wise palm oil, tripeptide 8 that is great at repairing the skin, reproving redness, along with niacinamide, panthenol, squalane, and ceramides. I mean, just a wonderful list of ingredients that helps to further strengthen your skin barrier but also support your skin in various different ways, helping with brightening, improving serum production, helping with improving some of the uneven skin texture and skin tone with the niacinamide in there."

"I would only recommend using this if you're introducing a retinoid or a high strength active and your skin is very dry and very sensitive. This will fix it in one go. I switched from retinol every night to doing half retinol, half tretinoin, which is a high strength prescription retinoid, about three to four months ago. The first week my skin was a bit dry, tight, and sensitive. I applied this one night and by the morning it was solved. It was gone. Problem solved. You buy it, it works instantly. It's a product I'm always going to have on hand for those times when my skin is going through it. If I've got a little extra sun than I should have, put this on. Works better than any after sun. If your skin is dry, use this. Just have it on hand as an emergency rescue for your skin."
