But I didn't find that to be the case in the actual performance of this toner. I do feel like it actually is enough. Is it the most hydrating, plumping, hardworking, hydrating toner? No. I would say that this falls pretty fairly and squarely in the middle of the pack for me as far as hydration goes. [...] It feels so light, but then I feel like it sticks with your skin just without weight or body or thickness. It doesn't feel like much at first, but it's kind of one of those quiet background type of skincare products that actually does work hard for your skin."

"This is the VT Reedle Shot Synergy sparkling toner. It's so much less bubbly in real life than I expected, a little less exciting than we hoped for, but it does feel nice, it does feel like a nice toner, it has some lovely humectant ingredients in it and some betaine as an enzymatic exfoliant. It's made to complement their viral Reedle Shot, not a must have, not as bubbly as I hoped it would be, but also not bad, it's a nice hydrating toner."
