"This has both a gel and little capsules together, and whenever I apply it, it feels really cooling and, compared to a normal moisturizer, definitely more moisturizing. I was kind of skeptical because the Capsule Cream trend felt like too much of an Instagram and TikTok style gimmick, but once you apply it on your face you understand the hype. It is worth it."
