    What the gurus are saying

This toner tackles dullness and uneven tone through a multi-acid blend without the sting of traditional exfoliants. Gurus praise its ability to slough off dead skin cells that dull the complexion, revealing brighter, more radiant skin underneath, and note it also helps with hyperpigmentation and fine lines. The lower acid concentrations mean gentler exfoliation, making it a good entry point if you're new to chemical exfoliants or prefer a more comfortable experience.

"In here we've also got azelaic acid, we have an exfoliant, glycolic acid, and then instead of ascorbic acid we've got magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. So this one is about twenty bucks less and it's really nice. It's also got some fruit extracts, bearberry extract and things like that. If you're looking to brighten things up, it's also got nice niacinamide, bearberry, green tea. It's very nice."

"The Weekend Glow Daily Brightening Toner is a more intense chemical exfoliant that you can leave on that will help to not only improve skin dullness but also tackle hyperpigmentation or the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture and skin tone. It contains lower concentrations of AHA, so two percent lactic acid, three percent glycolic acid, point five percent salicylic acid, point three percent kojic acid, and then niacinamide."

"I like to say this is a tingle free skincare acid solution that gives you the benefits of an acid without that stinging misery, if you know you know. This is really the first thing that you should grab if you ever feel like your complexion is just lackluster or dull, it's because you have an accumulation of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin that is trapping light. This is going to break up that layer and allow light to bounce off the skin so you have that glowy look."
