"For a nice alternative to the Farmacy toner, for fifteen bucks there's the Versed Weekend Glow Daily Brightening Moisturizer. In here we've also got azelaic acid, we have an exfoliant, glycolic acid, and then instead of ascorbic acid we've got magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. So this one is about twenty bucks less and it's really nice. It's also got some fruit extracts, bearberry extract and things like that. If you're looking to brighten things up, it's also got nice niacinamide, bearberry, green tea. It's very nice."

Has wonderful ingredients, I really really love the texture, it's nourishing, it's hydrating, it supports your skin barrier, yet it's non greasy, it's not going to clog your pores. Versed makes great products that are also vegan, cruelty free, as well as fragrance free. This contains various different types of vitamin C including THD ascorbate, along with other plant derived extracts like carrot extract that fights free radicals and currently has some antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as other plant rich seed oils that are just really nourishing for your skin barrier. So basically you will use this after cleansing, you've hydrated your skin, you provided some skin barrier support at the same time with active ingredients that can also help to serve as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actives in that moisturizer."

"Step two of my custom glow on a budget routine is the Versed Weekend Glow Daily Brightening Moisturizer. I like to say this is a tingle free skincare acid solution that gives you the benefits of an acid without that stinging misery, if you know you know. This is really the first thing that you should grab if you ever feel like your complexion is just lackluster or dull, it's because you have an accumulation of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin that is trapping light. This is going to break up that layer and allow light to bounce off the skin so you have that glowy look. You just need a little bit of this, you can do it two ways. This is a nice pump top container so just one pump and you can actually just pat it into your skin very gently, or if you have a little bit of extra roughness to your skin and you need a little bit more, I take a cotton round and one or two pumps here and then just gently swipe along the skin. Do not overdo it, you do not have to be rough here. This is also a great addition to hyperpigmentation skincare routines or post acne marks because this has a very nice blend of four acids in it."
