"The Doctor's Visit Instant Resurfacing Mask contains an AHA and BHA complex plus pineapple enzyme, so you're getting chemical exfoliation through different sizes of AHAs as well as enzymatic exfoliation. The percentages of these ingredients are very low, and that's intentional. This is exactly the right level of these chemical exfoliants for those of us with sensitive skin. Versed is very transparent about the percentages of actives in their products. Because I struggle so much with high percentages of glycolic acid and lactic acid, these levels in a quick two to three minute mask are absolute perfection. This is one of very few chemical exfoliants that I can continuously use."

"A little bit goes a long way and you certainly can use this twice a day on top of your vitamin C or with your retinoid and it's minimally irritating. This is something that I highly recommend checking out, a product that is really affordable and effective for those who are struggling with uneven skin tone. [...] Doctor's Visit Instant Resurfacing Mask retails for $17.99. [...] It has a Jello-like texture but it is a gentle chemical exfoliant that you leave on for two to three minutes and then you rinse off. Because it's washed off and not a leave-on treatment, it's a great one if you have extra sensitive skin but want to improve dullness and dead skin buildup. [...] You apply it like [...] a mask, leave it on, and after a few minutes rinse off. Ingredient-wise it contains 2 percent lactic acid, 2 percent glycolic acid, 0.15 percent salicylic acid, and 1.2 percent papaya extract. Fruit extract can work in a more gentle way to help remove dead skin buildup. It has a lot of great ingredients but in lower concentration so it's not going to be as irritating. [...] Because it's washed off, you can use this a couple times a week to help remove dead skin buildup and improve your skin radiance."
