Adaptogens help your skin retain water by promoting skin repair and renewal, and may also help with puffiness, wrinkles, and free radical damage, so it's a really good ingredient for that. We've got lactobacillus ferment, a probiotic with skin protecting and soothing benefits, which may also be beneficial for acne and rosacea prone skin. We've got niacinamide, an anti-acne, skin brightening ingredient. We've got allantoin, a skin soothing ingredient. We've got betaine, a humectant, and licorice fruit extract, a skin soothing, wound healing, brightening ingredient. Then we've got chaga mushroom, an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory ingredient that's starting to show up in more and more products now."
