"Vanicream Moisturizing Cream is really one of my top recommendations for super sensitive skin because it does the best job at avoiding the most common irritants and allergens. It's completely fragrance free, dye free, paraben free, lanoline free, which makes it ideal for patients who react to some of the other moisturizers. The texture is rich but not greasy and it moisturizes without stinging that inflamed or cracked skin. It's really safe for all ages, works really well for both daily maintenance, but also during your eczema flares. It's proven to hydrate for up to 48 hours and fully restores skin moisture barrier, and it's specifically formulated with a dermatologist backed blend of niacinamide or vitamin B3, panthenol which is your vitamin B5, and then hydrating glycerin to improve the resilience of sensitive skin."
