"I love a milky toner. I don't think most dermatologists would say you need a toner, and in fact, most would say don't bother. But I love it. It adds this layer of hydration to my skin. I usually do it in the morning. I just splash some water on my face. I don't cleanse. I put my milky toner on and then I proceed with the rest of my skincare routine. I think they do milky toners so well. It's just a really nice add-on for me personally."
