It has a cream type of texture and it has a zinc oxide of 22.75%. It does help to control oil if you're someone that has oily skin, but even if you have normal skin and you are a little bit on the drier side, it's comfortable to use without your skin feeling tight. This one doesn't accentuate the dryness the way matte products usually do."
