What the gurus are saying

One expert found it effective for layering and building coverage, praising how it spreads and adapts to drier patches when applied in adequate amounts. However, another reviewer didn't find it particularly special and ended up redirecting it to hand care instead. The takes here genuinely split, so it may work well for those who prefer a moisturizer with some slip and coverage, but it is not a standout for everyone.

"I really didn't like it for my face and so I just ended up using it for my hands. It was fine, but I just wasn't a huge fan of it. I didn't find it to be anything really special."

"This is the face moisturizer from Typology. I'm going to put my moisturizer on because I think the key of what a lot of people are missing when they're doing the moisturizer and the bronzing drops directly mixed in is the aspect of quantity of what they're using. I want there to be like a film when I rub my finger on it, those areas that are a little bit drier do just push in a little bit and then go on with a little bit more moisturizer."
