This is more of a thicker zinc-based cream that acts as a protective barrier to prevent moisture irritation while promoting healing. When you want grease, [...] Triple Paste has a different preservative system than Sudocrem. I think Triple Paste works better for that purpose than Sudocrem, which is just made for bottoms."

"This Triple Paste is really good if you get rashes and the skin folds or chafing. That's basically an irritant dermatitis, same thing happens in the diaper area for babies. The zinc is anti-inflammatory and it protects the skin. This also has petroleum which is also a skin protectant, lanoline, visol is anti-inflammatory as is oak kernel extract, glycerin is hydrating. There are a lot of hidden gems."
