SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray.

"This is one of my favorite products, one I actually featured in my best of 2025 series. Hypochlorous acid is one of the newer ingredients on the market and it's absolutely incredible for helping a variety of issues. It works to help get rid of bacteria that could be contributing to acne and breakouts, has a mild cleansing effect, and also helps reduce redness, irritation, sensitivity, and even eczema. It's kind of like niacinamide in the way it targets so many different skin concerns, which is why even though I don't necessarily need it since I don't struggle with active acne or eczema, I use it in my skincare routine every single day. It's just such a good addition to the routine."

"My favorite toner of 2026 so far is this. Hypochlorous acid is fantastic for anyone that's breakout prone, I am. I love it in a spray form. Before I even go into the gym I will give this a good spritz on the chest, on the face, back of the neck, and that will just prevent and reduce acne causing bacteria from causing a problem and prevent breakouts. When I'm done at the gym I will generally shower and then do another spritz again because it just keeps all your breakouts in check. "I love to use a hypochlorous acid spray. I've been using hypochlorous acid on my skin for years. If I have breakouts, if I have any redness, if I have any kind of perioral dermatitis, I always have the Tower 28 SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray mini on me just because it's great to travel with. I spray it on my skin, and before I put anything else on, especially actives, I let this dry down, because you're essentially putting bleach on your skin and it can make any of your other actives inactive. You just want to let this dry down. It is not a hydrating spray toner."

"The Tower 28 Daily Rescue Facial Spray contains hypochlororous acid, an ingredient that I start using during late spring into early fall because this does a really good job to prevent breakouts. So if you're someone that experiences bacne, chest acne, facial acne, this is a really nice product to use on an everyday basis twice a day. This is something that you can also use throughout the day on top of makeup, on top of sunscreen. It's also very hydrating. It's antimicrobial. "Let's talk about the Tower 28 SOS Rescue Spray. This is a product that is new to my routine this spring. I have been using it in the winter and as I shared with you in my March favorites, I've been using it over the last couple of months to help prevent breakouts from sweating. My skin can sometimes get very irritated when I sweat a lot from my workouts. I'll use this spray before I work out, I'll sometimes spray it right after, or I sometimes build it into my routine right after my shower from working out. It's not a toner. It's not an essence. It's really a targeted mist for folks who suffer with inflammatory conditions on the skin. It helps to reduce the inflammation, the irritation, the redness and potentially things like eczema, rosacea, and psoriasis flare-ups on the skin, which are all rooted in inflammation within the skin. The only ingredient here is the hypochlorous acid, and this is a great ingredient for what I just said. I have found that it's been really helpful like I said for preventing breakouts because there is an antibacterial benefit to this ingredient, but it's also soothing inflammation."

"This is a really multi-functional spray that contains the active ingredient hypochlorous acid, which is essentially a naturally derived ingredient that has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and soothing benefits and can help to balance the skin pH when it's disrupted from cleansing or acne and rosacea. So that's usually the conditions that I kind of recommend using the spray for: anybody that gets breakouts, rosacea flares, or has eczema that needs some instant soothing. This can be helpful. You can spray it on the face and body after exercising, and if your rosacea tends to flare during seasonal transitions, this would be a great product to incorporate into your routine once or twice a day, just spray on your face after cleansing and then carry on with the rest of your skincare routine. I honestly wish I had this during my intense acne days because I feel like it would have really come in handy, but I love having it anyways even though I don't always have active breakouts.
