"This has panthenol, a humectant that can improve hydration and help with skin barrier repair. It didn't cause any irritation for me, I think it's well formulated, and I did find that it improved skin hydration. But panthenol is already very commonly found in moisturizers, so I'm not convinced it offers additional benefit in a separate serum, and it's not an inexpensive product at 22.95. It's not a bad product, but I don't really see that it's offering anything unique, so I'd say the b5 serum is the least useful of all of these."

"This is a very friendly, gentle serum that can be paired up with tretinoin, retinol, exfoliating acids, vitamin C, basically anything. It's very thin and lightweight. It does have a watery type of texture. There's also glycerin in here. This serum is very similar to The Ordinary amino acids plus B5 that I always rave about here on my channel. The Ordinary amino acids is a little bit more watery. This has a little bit more of a thickness to it in my opinion, but still very lightweight, never causes peeling, and it's really nice to incorporate when you need that additional hydration."
