Honestly, that's not really a problem because when it comes to vitamin C serums, small differences in concentrations aren't going to make huge differences in terms of outcomes. If you've got a very resilient skin type, go for the 20% which is in a yellow bottle. If you have a more sensitive skin type, go for the 10% in the orange bottle. Both will work in the long term. It'll just be the speed at which you get those results dictated by the strength you go for. Great pH for maximum absorption. Also has a penetration enhancing ingredient in here which is amazing if you're looking to just double down on the speed at which you get your results. Just nice blend of antioxidants and it comes in an airless pump. If you're somebody that likes your airless pump packaging, this is a really great option, and that will extend the shelf life of this vitamin C from 3 months to something like four or 5 months."

So this person got one that was already over a year and a half old, their customer service not super helpful to them. "In terms of fragrance, this is fragrance free, no scent to it. Sorbic acid typically has its own kind of natural smell which some describe as hot dog water or metallic, and it has a little bit of that, but there's no added fragrance or citrus or essential oils, which is a good thing for your skin, especially for sensitive skin. In terms of denatured or drying types of alcohol, the Timeless does include benzyl alcohol, they use it as a preservative. It's not a very big amount, but benzyl alcohol can also be a perfuming ingredient and some people can be sensitive to it in large amounts, but this one's a very small amount. I'll also say the Timeless has an airless bottle, which in my opinion is just a little bit better, it protects the product from exposure to light and air. Every time you open a jar-type bottle it's exposed to air, which oxidizes it slowly, so the Timeless bottle is a little bit better, and thankfully this newest version so far has not leaked yet."

"You all have been shouting in the comment section that you love this Timeless brand. They have two types of L-ascorbic acid, a 10 percent and a 20 percent, and they retail for $26 each. If you're sensitive and you're trying to use an L-ascorbic acid and it's within your price range, start at the 10 percent, do not start at the 20 percent. If you really want that brighter look in a shorter amount of time, this one gives almost that immediate brightness to the skin within a couple of days to a week from my experience with it. If you have post-acne marks or you have that uneven skin tone and you just want to use this to even out your skin, then I would say try it. It's great. It has vitamin E in here which actually has more antioxidant properties to it, and there is hyaluronic acid. I keep this in the fridge and it's lovely."

This is ascorbic acid, the purest form. There's also vitamin E in here and ferulic acid. I like to use this more so in my morning routine and this does a fabulous job to brighten up your complexion. It helps to fade dark spots, post-acne marks, it treats fine lines, but it also protects our skin from free radicals. This texture is like water so your skin absorbs it so nicely. It spreads like a dream as well. I will do about two to three pumps of this, maybe four depending on how I feel. I do bring this down my neck and my chest and I just absolutely love this formula. "This is my Holy Grail. This is at a 20% concentration of ascorbic acid. This one also has vitamin E and ferulic acid. Same thing, watery texture that absorbs into the skin really nicely. This one comes in a pump style packaging, whereas the other one comes in a dropper style. I like the pump because I don't have to worry about this oxidizing as quickly. I mean, you want to use your vitamin C up as quickly as possible within a 3 to 4 month time span, especially when it's an ascorbic style of packaging. Also, if you don't want the 20% option, Timeless offers a 10% vitamin C strength as well if you wish to use that, and there are different size options with Timeless as well.
