10% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum.

"One of my personal favorites is Timeless. This is the Timeless 10% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum. They do 10, they do a 20. As with the retinoids earlier, I would say start with the 10, work your way up to the 20. Maybe use two bottles of the 10, then buy the 20. That way, your skin can get used to it, minimize side effects and irritation. Vitamin C helps create more collagen, but it's also preventative. It prevents that collagen degradation. So it's a bit of a double whammy. Vitamin C to get your glow game on point, prevent any collagen degradation, and also boost collagen production is another absolute essential when it comes to anti-aging."

"If you're in the US or you struggle to get hold of Geek & Gorgeous, I always recommend the Timeless 10% Vitamin C. This is basically an exact dupe for the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic. It's got the penetration enhancing ingredient that the Skinceuticals one has in it to get that vitamin C into the skin to get working, it's got the ferulic acid and the vitamin E alongside it which is part of the patent that L'Oreal has for that Skinceuticals product. This is basically a dupe, it's better though because it's in a truly airless pump so it lasts longer. I mean Skinceuticals want you to pay £160 for a 30 mil serum that comes in a dropper, if you want to keep it fresh and stable airless pump is the way to go, and if Timeless can do that packaging on a budget I don't see why Skinceuticals can't. This is a better packaged product, it's basically the same formulation and I just think it works wonderfully. They have a 20% option too which if you like a high dose vitamin C you can go for, it's great, I'll link both below, but for me the 10% is where it's at, that sweet spot of maximum results, minimum side effects and irritation. So yes, Timeless, absolutely phenomenal if you're shopping in the North American skincare market and you want a product that's easy to access, better packaging and basically the same formulation to the CE Ferulic. Such an amazing, amazing product."

"They do a 10%, they do a 20%. [...] Different strengths work for different people. If you have sensitive skin, go for the 10%. If you've got resilient skin, go for the 20%. You got your furic acid. You've got your other antioxidants in here. You've also got a penetration enhancing ingredient which is really going to help this vitamin C to get into the skin to be super effective. Works really quickly. It has enhanced results. I actually find I got better results from this than the $150 skin suiticles. This is a fraction of the cost. "Great pH for maximum absorption. It also has a penetration enhancing ingredient in here, which is amazing if you're looking to double down on the speed at which you get your results. Just a nice blend of antioxidants, and it comes in an airless pump, so if you're somebody that likes your airless pump packaging, this is a really great option. That will extend the shelf life of this vitamin C from three months to something like four or five months. Timeless is a great option if you're in the US, if you're in Canada, if you're in Australia. It can be difficult to get if you're here in the UK or in the European Union, and that's because of that penetration enhancing ingredient, which is in a concentration that actually is over what is legally allowed within the European Union and the UK."

"I love this brand and I will still continue to use this brand. Ascorbic acid has a lower pH. It's more acidic. And so, this is going to create that cell turnover and it works a little bit quicker. With vitamin C derivatives, they have a higher pH around five or six. The same pH is what your skin is naturally, which is why it tends to be more gentle, but with derivatives, they can take a little bit longer to work as well. In my opinion, and from my experience, it really is just the acidity of the vitamin C that caused this instant reaction with my skin. "Just because this one is at a lower percentage doesn't mean that this one isn't going to be effective. It is, and it will be. Remember, consistency is key, and you want to use a formulation that you can be consistent with. So if you think the 20% is going to be a little bit too strong, then go with this and be consistent with this. I have seen great results with this, which is why I am sharing the 10% as well. It contains vitamin E and ferulic acid, has a very thin and lightweight texture like water, and comes in a nice pump style packaging in glass, which is really nice.
