"This is from TIAM, one of those brands where I've found some products I really like and yet I still sometimes forget about them. They have a ten percent niacinamide product, this AC Fighting Spot RX Cream, a spot treatment for acne that contains ten percent niacinamide. This is actually the only time I've ever been able to use that high a level of that specific ingredient. It also has seven percent zinc oxide, which can help reduce breakouts, but it is white so you might get a bit of a white cast where you apply it."
