"The ordinary shampoo, the Sulfate 4% Cleanser for Body and Hair, isn't going to give you the experience you may be seeking if you like highly scented shampoos and lots of lathering, it doesn't really lather too much. But it is effective at leaving the hair and scalp clean, and I don't get the residue with this that I've gotten with a lot of other shampoos. It's very good, and I love the packaging, this newer rectangle bottle style. You can also use it as a body wash."

"This shampoo, you have to mentally prepare for it because the experience just isn't there, there's no lather, it's fragrance free. I was skeptical about it because I didn't enjoy the experience, but every time I use this shampoo my hair is super manageable, very glossy, there's no frizz, it doesn't leave a buildup. It is a very good shampoo, one you can use on a daily basis, it's wonderful if you've got brittle hair that's prone to breakage, or curly hair, any hair type. You can also use it as a body wash. Eight dollars."

"My scalp gets dry and irritated from a lot of shampoos so I was pretty curious to see how this very simple formula would go for me. This turned out to be really good for my scalp, one of the better tolerated shampoos I've used. There isn't any fragrance in this, and I personally like a bit of fragrance in my hair products, but I know a lot of people want or need to avoid it. It's actually pretty hard to find fragrance-free hair products, so I'm really happy to see this available as an option."
