"It does have a bit of a funny smell, quite strong, but it's salicylic acid and it's fragrance free so it's not going to irritate the skin. This isn't going to foam because of salicylic acid, so you don't get that kind of lathery feel that you're going to find with your normal cleansers, but it gets into the pores and it unclogs the pores."
