"It gets inside and actually does some good work. It also protects the DNA and the mitochondria in your skin cells from damage from the sun. While this is not like a sunscreen, this is not a sun protector, you can't use this underneath a sunscreen to support the sunscreen's effects, and also to help against environmental damage. If you're going on a hike, if you're going to the beach, if you live in a polluted city, this is an amazing antioxidant that's really easy to use. Do you see how lightweight and beautiful that is on my skin? It soaks in so wonderfully. Coenzyme Q10 is something that almost everyone's skin can benefit from, especially since we naturally lose it as we get older, and we can use a little bit of replenishing."
