"This is one of the most moisturizing options in this whole video, very softening and it really supports your skin barrier. They talk about how the rice was harvested and what kind of rice it is, and rice is a very gentle, innocuous ingredient that just about everybody will be able to use, great for sensitive skin. Next to the TIRTIR toner it looks a little more natural. The price is actually pretty good, I saw it for about twenty dollars on the iHerb website for about 6.76 fluid ounces."
