What the gurus are saying

The watery, milky texture earns consistent praise for layering and delivering visible hydration and softness, particularly through fall and winter. Gurus highlight the ceramides and soybean ferment extract for strengthening the skin barrier and balancing oil and moisture, while also noting the glow and texture improvement people see with regular use. It's vegan and concentrated enough to work across toner, essence, and serum stages in a routine.

"I love the ingredients in here. It's really nice if you are looking for a product that is vegan, helps with skin brightening, skin hydration, especially in the fall and winter time. I love this product. I've been incorporating it into my skincare routine on a regular basis probably since fall and I continue to use it. I really love the fact that it makes my skin so hydrated and soft. I predominantly use it in the evening after cleansing before my serum. I love it and I can see why this product is viral and I highly recommend it for those who have not tried it."

"This is the Milk Skin Toner from Teer Tier. I had just finished up my previous toner and then I busted this out well I love her. So what I've learned is that I prefer a watery kind of milky toner or maybe that's just what's really working for me during the winter because winter for me is definitely all about layering essences, mists, serums, even moisturizers. I am seriously layering up these days because with the cold extreme weather outside and then the warm temperatures inside and of course my age, my skin is..."

"There's copper tripeptides, there's ceramides, there is so much in here that you can use this as your toner, essence, serum stage on a daily basis. This is my second one, I am flying through these. I love this so much. The glow that it leaves on your skin is incredible. If you need that extra kind of wrap of moisture and nourishment to your skin, this is incredible. It also really helps with the texture of your skin in general. We have soybean ferment extract which is supposedly very good at balancing that oil moisture level and help strengthen the skin barrier. We have pear juice which is an antioxidant and pomegranate extract again which is an antioxidant."
