What the gurus are saying

Gurus praise the reformulated Tatcha mineral sunscreen for its luxurious feel, lack of fragrance, and improved performance compared to the original version. A slight white cast is present but minimal on lighter skin tones, though may be more visible on deeper tones. The main drawback is alcohol content, which can cause dryness with extended consecutive daily use; reviewers suggest rotating it rather than relying on it as an everyday option.

"I tend to lean toward mineral formula so I'll be finishing up my Tatcha. They have kind of a similar type tint to them, kind of a pinky tint, and they're both mineral formulas and I just like to hedge my bets in the winter in case my skin barrier gets a little bit compromised and stick to mineral formulas."

"I'm loving the Tatcha mineral sunscreen. This is their reformulation and I absolutely love it. I was so skeptical after their first bomb with their first release of the silk mineral sunscreen, but this is fantastic. It does leave a very slight white cast, but it's so slight it really doesn't show up on my skin tone, but it might if you have a darker skin tone."

"The Tatcha Mineral Sunscreen is probably the most luxurious sunscreen. I really enjoy it. There's no fragrance in it, it's got a really nice silky texture to it. They changed the packaging, which is good. It does have some alcohol in it, so I don't use it daily, more like if it's very hot, very sunny, or I'll be out sweating or swimming. I can use it like two or three days in a row and I'm good, but if I use it four, five, six, seven days or more straight, then my skin starts to get dry at the end of the day."
