"I love to apply the toner tatcha Essence is great for my skin on days that I feel like I'm more oily and I don't want a ton of hydration but I do want something almost like a to prime the skin to absorb the subsequent steps a little bit better it's super lightweight it absorbs really really fast and it really preps my skin for next step. Now this tatcha Essence contains and I'm going to butcher this probably 100% hadashi 3 this is a trie of fermented Japanese superfoods that help hydrate resurface soften and plump the skin I find it pretty hydrating it does plump just a little bit I love to apply really close to my eyes it absorbs really quick allowing the next product that going pretty fast some of the key ingredients are things like aita rice which serves as a base of this ferment ainaa algae I might have mispronounced that but this replenishes the skin Berry and retains the moisture and a green tea which is really rich in antioxidants."

"It smells a little bit foody, kind of like curry powder mixed with a floral scent, and it's got added fragrance which I'm a bit confused about. But it feels very light and refreshing and gives me a nice dewy glow straight away. I like that a lot for an instant kind of dewy fix. It's pricey but that's expected from Tatcha. For an instant dewy fix I'd use this in the morning under my other products and I can see it looking nice over makeup. I actually quite like this."

So many people love them and I don't know if it's because they look like a fairy tale book or if there is something amazing about the formulation. This spray has glycerin, squalane, licorice, and rice, which are good hydrating ingredients but not gonna cure anything. There are fragrances and alcohols in here which I don't always love to see in skincare sprays. But she looks gorgeous when she's spraying it, so if she loves it continue using it, but know that there are other options if you want to save money."

"I actually don't hate this product, but I find that a lot of Tatcha products tend to be a little bit overpriced for my liking. That said, this is definitely expensive but if you have Selena Gomez money you could probably afford it. It claims to deliver smoother, plumper skin based on these ingredients. Looking at the formula, the first ingredient is not water but saccharomyces, which is a fermented filtrate and does cost money. The product has glycerin, squalane, hydrolyzed collagen, and hydrolyzed elastin. While collagen topically doesn't magically make more collagen in your skin, it is a really good moisturizer that can hold on to water and help hydrate and smooth the skin. The hydrolyzed elastin is even better because there has been some scientific literature showing it penetrating deeper. So it is expensive, and that's probably what's contributing to the price."

"Tatcha, so many people love Tatcha, I get that they're basically the line of skincare everybody loves them, I get that it can be fun for some people but for me and my lifestyle it's just not worth the hype. So, if you're like really dry and you need to like rehydrate throughout the day, that's a great thing. Like, just buy the mini one, keep it in your bag, and just a quick mist to just sort of like bring the skin back to life. That's a great supplement. If you are doing all the other steps and they're not necessarily doing everything that you need or maybe you just feel like you're missing a little, your skin is missing a little bit of life like halfway through the day and you need a little pickme up."
