    What the gurus are saying

A neutral palette so versatile and complete that reviewers rely on it as their sole eyeshadow collection, this Tarte palette blends 12 shades of matte and shimmer finishes in neutral tones. Some of the darker shades may go unused depending on skin tone or preference, but the palette's enduring status as a classic favorite and its contouring versatility make it a go-to one-palette wonder.

"I'm going to use my Tartelette In Bloom palette, an iconic palette, and I'm going to do a little bit of the Flowerchild over the mobile lid. And then come in with one of the darker colors in the corner. Just super super easy three-step shadow."

"The Tarte Tartelette In Bloom, this is the Amazonian clay palette, it's a beautiful palette of neutrals. I haven't touched any of these three darker shades, probably never will, but the rest of them, all other nine shades, I absolutely love. If you watched my video on the eight mistakes that you don't want to make with mature, recessed, hooded, or small eyes, you'll see how I use both the Too Faced Naturals palette and the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette to get a beautiful look for mature eyes."

"My number one all-time favorite shadow palette, one that I can recommend to absolutely everyone. Everyone can find a way to use this palette and get some beautiful looks from it. It's the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom, the Amazonian Clay Palette. It's just a palette that's full of neutrals. If you like a minimalist look, you're going to love this palette. I reach for it probably more often than any other shadow palette that I own, and it's definitely my top pick for shadows in the Sephora sale."

"The Tartlet and Bloom palette has been a longtime favorite. It is the best neutrals palette, and it is so for a reason because you have every neutral shade that you could ever want. For a minimalist makeup girl like myself, this is my go-to on a daily basis. I do charmer kind of over the entire mobile lid just to kind of brighten things up. I have a really recessed eye so brightening things up especially in the crease before I start is really helpful. Charmer, put in flower child over the mobile lid, and now I just put a little bit of jet setter along the outside corner, and this is really my everyday go-to look. Super basic, super easy, and then just use my blending brush to blend it all out. Nice neutral everyday go-to look."

"The Tartelette In Bloom palette I cannot tell you how many times I reach for this now. I kind of cheat, I don't necessarily have a bronzer at all times, and I use the Tartelette In Bloom palette. I reach for this color, Firecracker, which has some bronzy tones to it. If you really wanted to do some contouring you could with the Tartelette In Bloom palette. I just tap into that, I want a little bit of contour and definition, and of course blend that out, tap it in just to place it, and then I buff that up to kind of give me that sharp look to my cheekbone. I could put the residual over my brow, which is always nice to have a little bit of bronzer on the brow, which would naturally happen if you were in the sun."

"I love the Tarte In Bloom shadow palette. It's a super versatile 12 shade eyeshadow palette with a mix of matte and shimmer finishes. It has a lot of warm neutrals and rich rosy tones, perfect for creating that natural daytime look or if you're going for a dramatic evening glam, it's got it all in there. It's pretty long wear, has really vibrant colors, and it blends in really nice. It gives you really smooth, crease-free application, especially combined with the Urban Decay primer."

"If you're looking for a less expensive dupe then I would recommend something like the Tartelette In Bloom. This is just a classic Tarte palette, it's been around for years. It's kind of similar to Natasha Denona in that it doesn't go super dark, it's very muted, it's got some warm neutrals, it's got some cooler neutrals. You could probably dup a look from the Natasha Denona with the top row of this palette and you could probably dup the look that I have on today with the bottom row from this palette."
