Dr. Daniel Sugai rates it highly; Kelly Driscoll is mixed. Kelly Driscoll: "This is a powder zinc oxide mineral product offering SPF 35. Powders in general are probably the least protective in terms of sun protection because they're very hard to apply to your skin in a thorough, even layer."

"People sometimes ask me what do I do if I have makeup on and I'm at a wedding and I want to reapply. You can consider Supergoop's Resetting Powder. I believe they have different shades, this one's a light shade here. This is all mineral zinc oxide, and this is something you can conveniently apply over your makeup, and [...] you can put in your purse, your bag, your pocket, and you can easily apply it, reapply sunscreen over your makeup there."

"This is a powder zinc oxide mineral product offering SPF 35. Powders in general are probably the least protective in terms of sun protection because they're very hard to apply to your skin in a thorough, even layer. However, [...] there is a place for a product like this, especially for makeup wearers if you use an additional reapplication method. [...] You might want to put your spray on first, let it set, [...] and then [...] top it off with a powder to take down some of the greasy look. It can also be an additional product on top of regular sunscreen cream, [...] especially if you're oily and don't like that dewy look. Zinc oxide is quite drying, so if you're very prone to feeling dry and tight in your skin throughout the day with dehydration, [...] you're not going to want to bother with this. [...] The application here is not ideal, but it is very convenient for the powder to be built into the brush. It's easy for on the go and would be great in a makeup kit. [...] It takes down some of that shininess, but don't rely on it for all of your sunscreen protection. It's really not going to offer robust protection from the sun."
