"I love this product, and I especially like to incorporate it into my routines right alongside the exfoliation from the AHA and BHA, like the Laneige product tonight or my retinoids. "Oils with high omega 9 content are best suited for dry skin, and they may aggravate acne prone skin. I don't find that I break out from omega 9 oils, but I do find them to be fairly moisturizing and a little bit on the heavy side when my combo skin is oily. When my combo skin is very dry and dehydrated in cold weather, that's when I like this blend the most. It is incredibly barrier supportive, which is another thing that I keep my eye on in the winter because the barrier will definitely go a little bit weak, especially with retinol use. This just keeps my skin in good shape."

"I have to shout out Stratia Fortify Oil, which I know I've named as a monthly favorite in the past, probably like 2019 is probably when I did, but quite honestly it's been a while but you've seen me use this throughout the years it is one of my favorite facial oil blends. I really love this oil blend and for me personally the texture the benefits that it brings are very similar to be oil. So Fortify blends oils that are rich in omega-3, six and nine fatty acids and you know Stratia is all obsessively researched so it's all about how you know the ratios and the balances of these particular omega fatty acids and these oils help to strengthen your skin barrier, help to relieve inflammation, help to relieve the symptoms of dry skin."

When it's stronger and healthier, one night of bad sleep, one slip of a nutritious diet right, isn't going to matter because your skin is still going to be really healthy and strong."

"Stratia Fortify, this is a blend of different oils that have high amounts of Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, and these are particularly good for nourishing your skin barrier. It can be a really good oil blend for folks who are suffering with a little bit more dryness or with dehydration on the skin. It's more of a medium weight type of oil. "I usually do about a pump, sometimes I do two. I've gone back down to one pump my skin is not as dry as it was back in December and January. And then I am doing one, two, three drops of the Stratia Fortify Oil Blend, which is a blend of different oils with a good omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acid content.
