    What the gurus are saying

This oil blend's standout strength is barrier support through omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. Gurus found it particularly effective for dry and dehydrated skin, especially during winter or when using retinol. The medium-weight texture works well mixed into moisturizers or layered underneath. One caveat: it may feel heavy on oily or acne-prone skin, though some have found it manageable.

"She also genuinely enjoys a blended facial oil like Stratia Fortify, which has been specifically formulated to include all the fatty acids beneficial for the skin barrier. You can apply it in a thin layer under your moisturizer, mix a couple drops into your moisturizer, or, her personal favorite, mix a couple of drops straight into her Stratia Liquid Gold."

GLOW UP OVERNIGHT! PM Skincare Routine for Plump, Glowing, Glass Skin in the AM!
"I love this product, and I especially like to incorporate it into my routines right alongside the exfoliation from the AHA and BHA, like the Laneige product tonight or my retinoids. It just really keeps my skin nice and strong. The oil also helps to condition my skin, make it really nice and smooth and moisturized and supple, and that goes a long way for that glow in the morning, but also immediately as I apply this to my skin."
My End of Winter Retinal PM Skincare Routine
"Oils with high omega 9 content are best suited for dry skin, and they may aggravate acne prone skin. I don't find that I break out from omega 9 oils, but I do find them to be fairly moisturizing and a little bit on the heavy side when my combo skin is oily. When my combo skin is very dry and dehydrated in cold weather, that's when I like this blend the most. It is incredibly barrier supportive, which is another thing that I keep my eye on in the winter because the barrier will definitely go a little bit weak, especially with retinol use. This just keeps my skin in good shape."

"I have to shout out Stratia Fortify Oil, which I know I've named as a monthly favorite in the past, probably like 2019 is probably when I did, but quite honestly it's been a while but you've seen me use this throughout the years it is one of my favorite facial oil blends. I really love this oil blend and for me personally the texture the benefits that it brings are very similar to be oil. So Fortify blends oils that are rich in omega-3, six and nine fatty acids and you know Stratia is all obsessively researched so it's all about how you know the ratios and the balances of these particular omega fatty acids and these oils help to strengthen your skin barrier, help to relieve inflammation, help to relieve the symptoms of dry skin."

"If you can help fortify that skin barrier, if you can really nourish that skin barrier, you're going to start to see healthier skin in the long run. That's exactly what this oil does, and these oils live up to those claims. They're using such great oils, I almost called them nutritious oils because they are nutritious for your skin barrier. There's quite a few in here, but some really great ones include borage oil, jojoba oil, there's cranberry seed oil in here, tomato oil, which can also help brighten up your skin, it can also help with scars and it can help with hyperpigmentation on the skin too. So we have that kind of more rejuvenating complexion enhancing oil in here along with the really great fatty acid profiles that are going to make your skin stronger and healthier over time. When it's stronger and healthier, one night of bad sleep, one slip of a nutritious diet right, isn't going to matter because your skin is still going to be really healthy and strong."
4 Steps to Glowing Skin in Winter
"Stratia Fortify, this is a blend of different oils that have high amounts of Omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, and these are particularly good for nourishing your skin barrier. It can be a really good oil blend for folks who are suffering with a little bit more dryness or with dehydration on the skin. It's more of a medium weight type of oil. If you like The Ordinary bee oil, this is actually a really good alternative to that formula."
THIS is What I Do Weekly for Bright & Glowy Skin!
"I usually do about a pump, sometimes I do two. I've gone back down to one pump my skin is not as dry as it was back in December and January. And then I am doing one, two, three drops of the Stratia Fortify Oil Blend, which is a blend of different oils with a good omega-3, 6, and 9 fatty acid content. I've been doing this mixture with some form of oil, often their oil, since 2018, and let me tell you why: because it keeps my barrier really strong. In 2018 I damaged my moisture barrier very very badly. My barrier is broken. It was really really bad, and let me tell you that was probably the worst skin I've ever had ever, because my barrier wasn't functioning. My skin was really dull, really red and inflamed because it was so dehydrated because the barrier wasn't working."

"I like to use a pump of lipid gold and sometimes I'll put a couple of drops of oil like the Stratia Fortify Oil mixed right in to really oomph up the moisture and then just apply a thin layer to my face let it kind of absorb and sink in for like a minute or two and then top it off with my final moisturizing cream."
